“A wonderful hotel in the heart of the Amsterdam ”
Amsterdam was the last city after our 2 weeks European tour. Staying at Marriot reminded me why travelers always prefer chain hotels. We’ve been staying in airbnb and boutique hotels prior and Marriot reminded us how superior chain 4 star hotels are compared to other type of accommodations. Service are impeccable, any request are taken seriously and they try to fulfill it to make things easier for you. Although, the room is dated and probably needs some refurbishment but it’s comfy and the beds was very comfortable. We stayed in family room. 4 people in a room and it was spacious and comfortable.

“Stay right in the heart of the museums”
Such a wonderful place to put up! The staff are friendly! The breakfast options are very varied! We stayed in a quadruple room and it served our needs well. The housekeeping were prompt to clean each day. The complimentary cookies , hot chocolate and mulled wine after a cold day outside was such a welcome treat! Public transportation is just a hop skip and jump away, and so are local restaurants and supermarkets.

“Well-rounded hotel”
The hotel is located very near to major attractions and the centre of the city, yet it is not too busy and quiet due to the soundproof windows. The room was clean and although some of the equipment are not so new, but nevertheless it was a comfortable stay. Good value for money!

“Great Place Amazing Staff”
The hotel is in a great location and I must say that the staff is extremely supportive and professional. This was our first visit to Amsterdam and we had a wonderful time staying here and doesn’t regret the decision even a bit. Special shout out to Oudo for going extra mile to get us a table for New Year’s Eve despite we being a large group and had some miscommunication around the dinner booking.

“good location”
Hotel Review We stayed for one night in a family room at this hotel, which has an excellent location right in the heart of the city. The convenience of being so close to everything was a major plus. However, we experienced a couple of issues during our stay. When we requested two additional bottles of water from housekeeping, the staff member seemed reluctant to provide them, which was a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, the front desk did not inform us of an extra city tax that we only found out about at checkout. It would have been helpful to have known this upfront. Overall, a great place to stay for the location and comfort, though a bit more warmth from the staff would make it perfect.
