I spent my birthday at this hotel and had such a great experience. The room was spacious and included a bathtub, which made the stay even more relaxing. I also enjoyed the beautiful sea view overlooking the swimming pool — it was absolutely stunning. To make my birthday even more special, the hotel surprised me with a complimentary cake and sweets, which I truly appreciated. The staff were all very kind and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I really loved it here and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

The hotel is the second to none in Dubai. Located in heart of JPR, one of most lively beach in Dubai. The staff is super friendly, huge thanks to Debbi who was amazingly supportive and made our visit totally memorable. The breakfast was very good while the dinner buffet was limited with no live stations or special dishes, just the minimum, despite the staff efforts on top of them Mustafa who went the extra mile to satisfy us. The gym needs refurbishment and modernization.

We waited 30 minutes plus for the elevator and then we used the stairs from 22nd floor. Pool is really small compared with other hotels and it was full of kids even though their was separate additional kids pool.
