I'm sorry to say but this was the worst place I stayed in 2 months across Vietnam. I was given a damp room by the owner and told the smell was mosquito smoke fumes. I was told to go out for two or three hours for it to shift — it didn't. When I pointed out that the linen was damp, the lady admitted there had been a lot of rain and perhaps she should have dried it out first. It was quite clear that she had been trying to pass off damp (a health issue) as something else. It was too late to find anywhere else by then (6pm, dark and I had a LOT of luggage) so I requested another room and waited for someone's late checkout. Finally got another room at 9pm. No damp thankfully but there was no remote for the air conditioning unit so I had an awful night's sleep with a small tabletop fan. Really uninspiring rooms too - half the walls are just concrete blocks and not tiled. No thought gone into the design of the rooms at all. She also responded to my Tripadvisor review with threats. Crazy.

Lovely Homestay with own Papaya Tree”
They welcomed us very friendly in the morning and we immediately got one of the best breakfast in Vietnam. Banana pancake, omelette, mixed fruits (you have to try the papaya from her garden!) and good coffee. She helped us with everything, we rented a motorbike and she recommended us a very good tailor. Rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. Nothing more to say :) if you‘re looking for a nice place to stay in Hoi An you should go to An Bang Beach Town Homestay.

Great accommodation, nothing is missing, very very clean, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast with good coffee and ginger tea, large enough choice and extra wishes are implemented immediately and googled even if they do not know the preparation 😊, fresh fruit will always served, laundry to wash quickly finished and smells good 🌸, always helpful with questions about the area, transfer or exchange 👍 the offers from the hotel (taxi, motorbike, transfer airport) are priced very recommendable very friendly and lovely family who also like to give a small language lesson in Vietnamese 😁! We had originally booked two nights and have extended! Very much to be recommended who likes it quiet friendly and warmly. It’s very close to the beach and about 10min by Taxi to downt town! Lovely stay: fantastic location, friendly owners and clean room”
We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend to a friend. The homestay is a 3-5 min walk from the beach and an easy 20min bicyle ride from Hoi An oldtown. You can rent a bicycle from the homestay. The owners are lovely people, who look after you very well. The room itself is spacious and clean.

Friendly, orderly, clean and comfortable; great for families”
We had an excellent experience here and would come back again. The place is clean and spacious, compared to many others nearby, and the owner is very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful, especially with flights and tour bookings (she has excellent English and worked for airlines for 15 years; she is a professional travel agent). They were very tolerant of my very active 6 year old. The room was very functional and comfortable, simply furnished but it was enough. The room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable and not too hard or soft. Good air con. Good internet connectivity. Quiet. The bathroom was a proper bathroom with adjustable shower , with a glass partition separating it from the toilet. Our upstairs room had no view to speak of, but opened out onto a large, covered, shared , furnished patio space with many plants that we used a lot. Spacious covered entryway/lobby. It's about an 8 minute walk from the beach and on a street lined with restaurants and spas. Nice location.

Nous avons passé 3 jours dans cet hôtel, il est très bien placé à 2 minutes à pied de la plage. La chambre est spacieuse et propre, nous avions pris l’option petit déjeuner qui était bon mais un peu léger par rapport à nos autres hébergements au Vietnam. Nous avons réservé avec eux une excursion pour my son, nous vous conseillons d’anticiper votre petit déjeuner en effet c’est ce qui était également prévu pour nous mais nous avons eu littéralement 2 minutes pour manger nos œufs ce qui nous a valu des maux de ventre toute la journée. Ils ont également un service de laverie, pratique mais j’ai récupéré quelques tee shirts un peu plus court. Enfin la propriétaire des le premier jour nous a parlé de jus d ananas frais fait maison, nous en avons déduit que cela faisait partie du petit dej, mais ce n’était pas le cas ils nous l’ont facturés 35000 Dong chaque. L emplacement est vraiment chouette mais je pense que l’on peut trouver à un tarif plus abordable avec une meilleure qualité de service ailleurs.

Very clean and comfortable new rooms, towels and beach towels included. We booked a king room: it had a water kettle, fridge (incl. minibar), king size bed, two chairs and a table, cupboard and a terrace with chairs and table. The owners were superb, very very friendly and polite! We hired a motorbike and bicycles for a good price and they even drove us personally to the airport in exchange for a fee (cheaper than taxi!). We loved the place, very close to the quiet part of an bang beach and only 3 km into hoi an town. We didn't have breakfast there so I cannot tell anything about it. Would definitely recommend it!
