The perfect family run mini resort next to an underated beach”
We stayed at An Bang Garden for 6 nights. Originally 3, but we postponed the rest of our trip to stay longer as we were enjoying it so much. The garden is very beautiful and well looked after, and it feels like being at a high end resort when the hosts prepared us breakfast while sitting in the garden terrace. Room was immaculate and very comfortable, leaving us with the difficult choice of whether to lay on the beach and watch the sea or lay on our massive comfy bed, watching the fox movie channel. An Bang Beach is about a 25 minute bike ride to the town, we enjoyed the ride when the weather was nice, and traffic not to crazy, and did so this most days to get to the main gym or yoga studio in town. There are plenty of healthy, local and affordable food options in the beach area, despite what we had read elsewhere. Western or local style breakfasts are availabe at An Bang Garden, and consists of a main, juice and Vietnamese coffee (check if included). Laundry service is available too and takes about and day and charged per kilo. The hosts speak very good English, are very young and motivated and were a pleasure to chat with. One thing to note, which we had read before arriving, is that the area is in fact undergoing some significant development and there is building work next door. You would be at risk of being near this in most hotels in An Bang Beach area, as there are many building sites at present (march 2018). However we didn't find the noise to be too much of an annoyance (even though I can be quite sensitive to noise). Drilling, hammering or yelling is generally intermittent but may get a little intense later in the morning and towards midday. Building also starts quite early in the morning, finishes early and is quieter on Sundays. Finally for anyone wondering, mosquitoes are not much of an issue at the Homestay as the room is very well sealed, has a mosquito net above the bed and the garden is regularly sprayed keeping their numbers nice and low. Beach garden paradise ”
Upon arrival at An Bang garden homestay we were treated like family by everyone there. The room was amazing with concrete floors and a fresh airy feel. Very short walk from the beach, free bicycle hire and a great breakfast which you select yourself rather than the mediocre buffet style most places have. Can't wait to return to the beautiful Hoi an and stay at An bang garden homestay again

Cozy homestay !! ”
this hotel was a real pleasant surprise ! i took a risk to book a homestay with no review. But i wanted to be close from an bang beach, on what i saw from agoda, this one got the best looking picture. And yes, the hotel is 100% match with the picture : lovely, cosy, completely new ( they finih the homestay 2 month ago) , run by an adorable vietnamese couple who do their best to make our stay fantastic. the room was nice, bed comfortable and quiet. In the heart of residential area, u are really in touch with local people living there. Be careful, when i was there, 2 hotel/villa start to be constructed, they might generate some noise, but to me, i hear nothing ( they start only basement) pay a visit to hmong sister restaurant on an bang beach, fantastic and highly fresh seafood !

A lovely place to stay.”
My wife and I stayed at a few places in An Bang Beach and Hoi An over a two and half week period, An Bang Garden was easily the nicest. The rooms were immaculately kept with quality cotton bedding and they looked out over a beautifully tended garden. The complimentary breakfast menu was generous and the location till the beach was a little walk, but not too far. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Garden Paradise”
This beautiful little home stay is set in a garden paradise and is located just 5-10mins walk from Ang Bang beach. The room we stayed in was very clean, comfortable and was tastefully decorated. Our stay, which included breakfast, was both delicious and varied. It's very clear that the owner, Thanh, takes great pride in her establishment. With many restaurants overlooking the fine sandy beach, you're spoiled for choice. Head back to the main road and you'll find some fantastic local restaurants offering some beautiful Vietnamese food. Hoi An is a 30min bicycle ride away and has some wonderful sights to see as well as bustling markets offering all manner of goods. I'd like to thank Thanh for her warm welcome and wish her, her family and team all the luck for the future. We both hope to see you again.

New Day is a great homestay”
Our stay at New Day was really great, we loved the room which was quite big and new. Everything was superclean and the staff was always there for us. We really enjoyed the lounge area on the balcony/patio. The shower was great and the owners even offered us a mini bathtub for our baby. The staff our so nice and helpful, the girl who cooked our breakfast also did an amazing job. Even though breakfast was basic it was real delicious. The location is quiet and close to restaurants, shops and of course the beach. We really like to recommend this new homestay close to An Bang beach!

Nice and cozy homestay with a spacious room complete with hotel amenities; convenient 2 minute walk from the beach; extremely helpful host that explained everything to us on the first day; within cycling distance (20 minutes) from Hoi An town. Highly recommend this place and would go back again!

Charming but ....”
An Bang Garden Homestay is a lovely place but has one small flaw - it's very noisy in the downstairs garden room, either from the people upstairs or from the water pump for the building which has a nasty habit of vibrating loudly at 6am

New and comfortable homestay”
Only four doublerooms with beautiful garden. Nice and friendly family. Than makes the best pancakes for breakfast in whole Vietnam. Near to the beach. An Ban Beach is a small vietnamese village, without hotels and horrorgroups.

Lovely clean homestay! Great location!”
Thanh is a brilliant host at this wonderful and very comfortable homestay. I was in one of the upstairs rooms with a balcony. It was clean and quiet, well equipped with everything you need. Super comfy bed! A mosquito net provided, but I didn't need to use it. It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach, and there are many restaurants nearby. I'd definitely recommend staying here!

This was our second visit to Thanh’s Homestay and it was as idyllic as the last time. It’s such a quaint place which is ideally located for the beach, bars and restaurants. Our second stay here and as before nice, clean, spacious rooms with very comfortable beds and extra amenities. Great order-made breakfast in the quiet garden every morning served by friendly staff. Thanh and her staff will cater to any special requests you have and can arrange transportation, tours, bicycles etc. Highly recommended!

Excellent Stay”
The place is clean, the location is 5 min walk to the beach. If you book the room directly with the owners, the price will be a bit higher but you'll get a breakfast with it (Western or Vietnamese, choose the Vietnamese) The owners are super nice and they also will give you a free banana shake as your welcome drink when you check in. There's also free bikes you can use and they're new and easy to ride. However, if you're going around town, my advice is to rent a motorbike. There is occasional roosters yelling in the early morning, but that's everywhere tbh. The blinds blocks most of the sunlight and that's a good thing cos you will rise more naturally. Oh... and they also provide you with beach towels!!!

My partner and I stayed here for a very pleasant Christmas/New Year's holiday week. The location is perfect, quiet and very lush. The facilities are nice and comfortable, and Thanh and her family and staff are extremely welcoming and accommodating to all our needs :) Just a thing to note, there is construction next door, so can be quite loud, especially if you plan to hang out during the day on the patio or in your room. (Starts quite early, about 7a) Also, we stayed in the Bedroom with the Private Terrace that faces the back.. when there are guests upstairs above us, it is quite loud with all the doors closing and people walking around. Other than that, a very pleasant stay!
