Simple and clean chinese hotel centrally located
Simple, clean, location
If you are looking for an hotel that is not too expensive in Jiuzhaigou but is correct and clean, Mofang will be fine. Don't expect anything like nice decoration or nice service. It is a place to spend a night or two with a clean and working shower with hot water and air conditioning. No wifi at 5th floor. We didn't try the restaurant. The hotel has been renamed "An-e courtyard hotel". It is situated just next to a very good Tibetan restaurant - Abuluzi, to recommend.

VERY VERY BASIC
LOCATION, room size
The hotel is about 1km to the entrance to the park. It is satisfactory in that the room is large and looked toward the mountain. The room is clean enough and bathroom OK except hot water is turned off during the day and only on again after 5pm (they say it is due to gas pipeline works). The bed was like sleeping on the floor and you rotate all night to try and reinstate circulation. We had aircon so we could heat our room (a little cool at times there). No tea or coffee in room, fridge in room or drinking water supplied. TV is also turned off during the day. Any bathroom amenity you have to pay extra for eg. shampoo/tooth brush so don't open the packets there. Staff don't speak english except one lady a tiny bit. No food in the hotel. It is in the centre of a small village where there are restaurants but it is difficult to find something you can eat. You can see the pictures and order but the food will not be anything like the picture. Tibetan restaurant right next door to the hotel is your safest bet.

Hotel was not ready. No refund was given.
Didn't get to stay at hotel. Hotel was not ready to accept any guests.
Facts only: 1) Booked hotel on Agoda. Confirmation was given and payment was made on credit card. 2) Upon reaching hotel, rejected at the reception as hotel was not ready for occupation. 3) Had to look for another hotel on the spot. Hotel reception did help me to find another hotel though. 4) Refund was not given. Hotel insisted that I should make my cancellation through Agoda and get my refund from there. 5) Upon my insistence, hotel only gave me an email address to reach to should I not be able to get my refund from Agoda. 6) Emailed Agoda that afternoon. Received a reply promptly from Agoda that they will check this information with the hotel. 7) No new developments after 7 days. Emailed the hotel at the address given. 8) Still no reply from the hotel's email address after 4 days. Wrote this review. Fellow travellers, please do not book this hotel until you can ensure that this hotel is ready.

Average room size but great location
Near to Jiuzaigou
its far away from huanglong and airport but fortunately, it's very near to jiuzhaigou. it's just a slow 10 mins walk and u will reach the entrance of jiuzhaigou. there's a lot of restaurants, hotels, roadside stalls and convenient stores around the hotel. remember to ask for more toilet paper as the one they provide comes in a small roll. shampoo and shower gel are provided. unfortunately, no wi-fi is available in the room. overall still a pleasant stay for me and my family.

Most expensive hotel of our china trip
although a very popular tourist region hardly hotels to find on european websites
Very expensive for what you get. Of our whole China trip this hotel was most expensive and worst in quality. Hardly English spoken by staff. Only typical Chinese breakfast available (very spicy). Available toiletpaper unsufficient. Leaking shower. Hard mattrass beds. Much noise directly from the street. But positively; very near the parc and many restaurants very nearby. The area has many hotels, but are hardly to find on european websites.
