Great Location”
Friendly, helpful staff. Met 2 people perhaps one of Indian the other Korean descent who spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful. Close to the JR station, about a 3-5 minute walk and around a 15 min walk to Canal City. Room is very clean. A little hot as I could not cool it down with the a/c. I went swimming in the 15 m pool, no lifeguard but a lovely pool to swim and relax in after a day of sightseeing. I had to pay just over 1,000 yen but worth it. Had room service which was very nice as due to early closing I could not swim and go out to eat with my timing. Luggage storage was great. Would happily stay here again.

Nice hotel near Hakata Station”
This hotel just 3 minutes walk from Hakata station no matter you come or go by JR, Bus, MTR. A lot of foods and shopping at the Hakata station. Also this hotel can help keep luggages during the days we go other cities. (but we come back again last day and stay)

Just a few blocks away from Hakata station, very convenient to travel around Fukuoka and to other cities. There are two convenience stores nearby, also two malls nearby. Breakfast is simple and filling, only drawback is they barely change the daily menu. But staff were very kind and helpful, able to meet all our requests since we had a lot of that due to us having our 2 small kids with us. Room feels dated but adequate enough for our 2 night stay. There seems to be a queer practice in Japanese hotels though, during cold season (spring or autumn), by default the centralized air conditioning is set to warm. So it got a bit warm during the early morning hours (I literally woke up sweating), so unless you open the window (which is a disadvantage since the dust and smoke will come in), sleep might not be the best.

Pleasant stay in ANA Crowne Plaza, location is just 5 min walk away from Hakata station , away from the hustle and bustle. Convienience stores nearby. The club lounge was comfortable and provides a range of beverages and alcoholic materials in the evening . The lounge was nice and spacious. The room itself were nice and spacious and the service provided during the stay was impeccable. We also had pleasure of interacting with one of the lady staff who was from the US and had stayed in japan for many years. She was helpful and gave us quite a number of tips on the food and places to visit in the vicinity.

Centrally Located in Hakata ”
PROS - Wonderful Sleep Advantage Package where they provided us with the night mask, bath powder, humidifier, essential oils whenever u want. We enjoy it a lot! - Centrally located near Hakata Station, very walking distance to the station. We used buses to travel most of the time so it's very convenient. - Staffs are helpful, although some couldn't communicate in English. - Breakfast are Great! We super enjoy them! - We went there for our honeymoon and we were greeted with some desserts from the cafe at the Crowne Cafe, very thoughtful. Appreciate it. CONS - We paid for the mention price, given the size of the room as per in Agoda, with DOUBLE BED. But somehow when we reached, we were told that our room is not available and only 2 single beds are available. (And cannot be combined!) Unacceptable!

Good location, nice service”
3 minutes walking from Hakata station (near Hakata KITTE/ Hard Rock Cafe), and 6 minute taxi drive to Fukuoka International Airport. Room is spacious (compared to other hotels in Japan). Staff is helpful and polite. Buffet breakfast is good with Japanese and Western food.

English Spoken staff, Friendly services, Aging Facilities but very clean and well maintained. Staff helped to arranged the babycot to our Standard room even the space is limited for its size, upon requested. Stayed for 5 nights with my toddler and the baby stroller, room was quite spacious for 3 of us. Bed was comfort and bath room amenities was good, water pressure and water heater are perfect. Cleanliness is excellent. 5mins walk to Hakata Station and all convenience stalls (Family Mart,7e,Lawson and Locataff Shops) are just a walking distance. Hakata Stations have even more and variety of foods. The only downside was the hotel charge for its swimming pool and sauna even for guest, and gym (if you are taking Standard Room) Check their website for details. Ok for me since I'm not staying in the hotel for whole day and they are not applicable. Overall is excellent, will stay here again in future:)

Pleasant stay!”
First visit to Fukuoka, got a nice impression about this city. Also, after 15 minutes subway ride, reached Hakata station. Then, a short 10-minute walk to the hotel. Staff were nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast at ground floor was nice with good choices of food. We did enjoy with evening snack and drinks at Club lounge too. We had a suite and good size for four adults!

Recommended stay in Hakata Fukuoka”
We stay here for one week. Superior room. A family of 4 with 2 little kids. Room is nice and homy. Clean. Big beds for twin bed. Toilet is very usable. The breakfaat is special, all tastes good. The executive chef is nice. Friendly and helpful hotel staffs. Memorable stay. And will be back again to stay while in Fukuoka.

Hotel is located within walking distance from Hakata station, and within walking distance to canal city shopping mall. The reception was helpful and able to communicate in English, hence made our experience hassle free. The room is clean and comfortable, we wished we spent more nights in this hotel!

This hotel is very close to the Hakata train station, within 5 minutes walk. The room is bigger than many other hotels that I have stayed in Japan before. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It would be even better if the hotel could also provide complimentary water to its guest.

Great location and good value for money”
The hotel location is great. It's within walking distance from the Hakata training station where there a plenty of restaurants and shops. From the Hakata station, it's very easy to take the subway to other parts of the Fukuoka City e.g. shopping in Tenjin. We took a local train from Hakata to Futsukaichi for onsen which was a superb experience.

this hotel is about 200 m from hakata station (west21 is the nearest exit). the room size is quite standard and new. family mart is opposit the hotel. most of the front desk staff can't speak english but they are very polite and intend to help guests.
