Good business hotel”
Stayed in ANA Crowne Osaka for one week during a business trip (convention). Facilities are great, room size was typical for Japan (smallish), breakfast buffet was great with Chinese/Japanese/Korean/Western options. Many izakayas right next to hotel as it's located in office area.

Clean hotel with good access to different foods”
ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka is near lots of restaurants of different sizes. The area the hotel is in is usually quite quiet but becomes very lively at night, especially on Friday and Saturday nights and restaurants open until very late. There are also restaurants inside the hotel but they are quite pricey as compared to restaurants outside the hotel. We stayed at the hotel for about a week and our room was really clean. There was a bidet in the bathroom, a safe inside one of the drawers, iron/ironing board and a good size fridge. There was also an indoor swimming pool and gym. You have to read and agree to 'conditions of use' before you use the swimming pool. i.e. shower before you enter the pool and use the sauna, cover yourself before getting into the pool etc. Men and women are separated at all time except when using the pool, it was a bit weird at first but it is part of the Japanese culture! The swimming pool opens until 8pm but the last entry is at 7pm so you have to return to the hotel before 7pm if you want to use the pool. The down side to the hotel is the distance to the nearest JR station. The hotel is about 5-10 minutes walk to the closest subway station but about 15 minutes to the nearest JR station. Walking to the hotel with heavy luggages certainly wasn't too fun for us, especially in the rain or in the hot sun. The JR station is right next to several big departments and Hankyu was our favourite. They close at 9pm and they have lovely seasonal desserts that you can only find in Japan! Yum! There are also plenty of restaurants near the JR station, I wish I had a bigger stomach to try everything! If you wonder around the JR station after 9pm, you will also see street performers of different ages on the pedestrian bridge. In addition to the above, the hotel may be a bit difficult to find in the morning. Locating the hotel is a lot easier when the name of the hotel (at the top of the building) lights up at night

Pleasurable Stay”
We booked a semi-double room and stayed 3 nights. The size of the room and bed is fit for 2 people. The air-con and water temp control is great though the bath tub is too small for a 1.8 m tall person. There is also free internet access in the room with readily provided cable (in a drawer). The hotel is around 15-20 min walk from Osaka station and around 10 min walk from subway (Yodoyabashi station). For us, it's not too far and there'are many restaurants at the back of the hotel. The shopping area (Umeda) is reachable within 10 min walk. In sum, we were very satisfied of staying at ANA Crown Plaza.

Great hotel”
Our first impression upon arriving at the ANA Crowne Plaza was extremely positive. The large open space of the lobby, with its elegant decor and friendly staff makes for a warm welcome. We were immediately given traditional Japanese snacks when we entered and found two complimentary bottles of champagne on the counter when we entered our room. The room itself was very clean and elegantly decorated, with a beautiful view over the Umeda district of Osaka. Overall we were very happy with our stay in this hotel.

Excellent Hotel”
Stayed for 3 nights at the ANA Crowne Plaza Osaka. Great location, right near Yodoyabashi metro station and only a couple of stops away from Umeda, Namba, and Shin Osaka. Friendly staff with good English skills. The "Double Bed Club" deal was great value for money, nice breakfast. Overall very satisfied with the stay.

Great location especially travels to Kyoto/Osaka”
Got a great rate off Agoda for ANA Crowne Plaza. The lobby was very nice, rooms were decent. The nearby and very convenient station is Yodoyabashi. This is a big plus for travels to Kyoto as this is the start station of the Keihan line going to Kyoto, thus you can always get a seat. the main hub of Umeda isn't that far away either. So the hotel is an excellent base for travelling around Kansai. The back streets of Kitashinchi right next to it is the night life central of Osaka. The place has plenty of good bars and restaurants, and for me provides a very interesting insight into Japanese night life. Tried one of the one-starred Michelin restaurants there, food was excellent. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

Fantastic”
We found the ANA crown plaza on Agoda to treat ourselves to a night of luxury before we left Japan for Thailand. We went for a run of the house room but on arrival we upgraded to the club floor/ lounge it was a very good decision! Included we got a much better, larger and well appointed room with stunning views on the club floor. Free access to the club lounge with a first class breakfast included and free drinks and nibbles for two hours every evening. Perfect for us as we filled up on breakfast, had a light lunch and pigged out on nibbles and free booze each evening as we ended up staying another night!

A great few nights' sleep”
This was a great value hotel compared to other similar quality options for my stay in late March. It was centrally located around 10 minutes walk or 5 mins taxi from Osaka JR Station. The room was spotless and a good size, the bed was comfortable and the Crowne Plaza ANA sleeping kit was appreciated. The hotel is right next to a whole range of great restaurants. I would certainly stay here again.

Good size rooms for Japanese hotels”
we spent a weekend in osaka after a ski trip to hakuba. the ana crowne plaza was offering a very sharp rate so we changed our plan to stay close to osaka or shin-osaka stations. the hotel location is probably fine for business travelers but not so convenient for vacationers. this needs to be traded off against the larger rooms, larger beds, and softer pillows than you would find in 3-4 star hotels closer to the main stations and subways.

Great Stay”
We stayed in The ANA Crown Plaza for three nights out of the six nights we stayed in Osaka, comfortable and relaxing and as we had stayed in a 'business hotel' the previous three nights it felt somewhat luxurious. The staff were helpful and spoke enough english to help us with our enquiries, but looking back at our stay I would say the location was not great and the rooms had thin walls, to the point that we heard the neighbours each night. We enjoyed the bed and the bathroom.

Wonderful Location”
We had a wonderful weekend stay at ANA Crown Plaza, we were there to see the Matsuri, only one stop to the festival venue. We were been upgraded to the executive floor and the room was spacious. There are plenty of little cute restaurants around the corner so there was no need to look for dining places.

Excellent Hotel - we give it a five star rating”
the ana crowne hotel exceeded our expectations in every respect.the staff were excellent and very welcoming. we opted for a 'club room' which gave us the inclusion of breakfast, afternoon tea and early evening cocktails, we found this not only to be excellent value but also excellent quality! our room was lovely, comfortable, quiet and had every facility, including tea/coffee making facilities. we will have no hesitation in returning to this hotel and recommending it to others.

Beautiful hotel with great rooms”
this hotel was a very nice hotel from the lobby to the facilities to the rooms. the staff were very friendly and fluent in english. the rooms were clean and nice and did not feel cramped at all. the only thing i did not like was that the hotel was sort of hidden in a smaller street and you had to walk along the streets for a little while and then through a very long underground mall to get to the osaka train station. did not try any of the hotel restaurant food and did not use the swimming pool because you had to pay extra. the fitness room was included, however. other than having to walk for maybe 15 minutes to get to the train station, the hotel is in a convenient location and close to osaka/umeda stations. the hotel was great value for what we paid and we had no problems at all.

Really nice rooms and very friendly staff”
My friends and I enjoyed our stay at the Ana Crowne Plaza. We loved the room - clean and just the right size. The staff were also warm and friendly. Even the bell boy was trying to help us with places to go to.

Nice hotel..”
We took a bit of risk for booking 'Run of House', but it ended up a very nice surprise. Staying in ANA Crowne Plaza gave us a wonderful ending for our Japan trip. Compared to other hotels in Japan, our room was very spacious and nice. We will definitely stay here again if they still have the 'Run of House' deal.
