"Seems like it’s not a far walk from the park, but the mile really gets to you after walking all day. $6 Uber from the hotel to the ihop right across from the park entrance. Very clean and comfy bed, but it sounded like there was construction during the middle of the day, which kept us up when we were trying to sleep. Very thin walls"

"The cost in comparison to others is well worth it. Stayed only for one night and 3 more at a Disneyland resort. Would have rather stayed at Anaheim Majestic Gardens the whole time. Breakfast was incredible, shuttle service is amazing, and it never felt as though the entire hotel was waiting for an elevator at the same time. "

"This hotel has the best service. We had family member who arrived at a different time, so we called in ahead to let them check-in, just to found out that we had some booking problems. The front desk, Johny, were very patient with us and told us everything/steps we need to do. Initially, we had to call to the websites to fix our issues. We told “Johny” that we’re driving from Las Vegas to LA and cannot call the websites. He was really understanding and figure it all out for us ! Best front desk we ever had ! He had saved us hours on phone calls. When we check in, the staff was very very helpful and very understanding! We asked a lot of questions and they always smile! We will definitely come back for our next trip to Disneyland. "

"This is a very good hotel for those who are attending seminars at Anaheim convention center. It is also very close to Disneyland downtown and Orange outlet. Front staff were very helpful. Clean room with microwave, fridge, free wifi and car space. For those from overseas, check tax and sorts of room fees which may add a lot more on top of room fee. Breastfast was very basic."

"My husband and I arrived early on Friday 3/08/19 in preparation for a family member's funeral. I called ahead to see if it was possible to get early check-in but was told that it didn't look good due to the hotel being full the night before but to our surprise when we got to the hotel a room was available. The young lady at check-in (I can't remember her name) was very nice and informative! She checked us in quickly and sent us on our way. When checking out of the hotel on Monday morning we ran into the same person from check-in and she remembered our name...and that in my book is GREAT customer service."

"The place is in a great location and is run by a very nice family. The rooms are functional and a great deal for the price. The only downside is that my room smelled a little bit like smoke. But all in all, perfect for what I needed: great location, cheap prices, and a little bit of food in the morning. "

"The room was expensive compared to what it should have been. Initially it appeared okay but after on the facility one learns it is cheap and dirty. Likely multiple pet stains on the carpet. A child’s drawing on the headboard. The tub didn’t drain with no staff to repertory. My son used a plunger repeatedly to finally get the tub to drain. The bathroom sink was slow drain. One bed was questionable as to whether the sheets were laundered. Breakfast was very disappointing. Small packaged muffins, nature made bars and very weak coffee and instant oatmeal. The price was at a level that should have been of much better quality. This facility felt like more like an apartment that was lived in very long term and not cared for or cleaned adequately. I have never before left a review like this. It was extremely disappointing to stay in such a place. "
