The hotel is a dream”
We visited in December looking for a quiet stay and something a little different. Anana was a dream. The Eco mission was great to learn more about. Some companies talk Eco as a marketing spin, but Adana truly exuded healthy and sustainable living. Everything from the morning breakfast to the pool, to the electric car and also the vegan restaurant and farm. This hotel is good for the soul and our planet. Thank you. During our stay, we were stayed in a spa room which was stunning. The room was modern, comfortable and spacious. The bathtub was luxurious and I enjoyed sipping fresh coffee looking out to the cliffs of Ao Nang. Beyond the room, we relaxed in the gorgeous outdoor pool and also made use of the gym, sauna and the private beach. The level of detail was excellent and the service provided to us was 11/10. We were cared for at breakfast and offered the opportunity to visit the local area using the Eco friendly fleet of vehicles available. In particular, Johan was the most dedicated and professional hotel manager we have ever met. He organised everything for us and ensured our stay was everything and more...he asked if we had a favourite food type and then offered to organise food delivery and set up a romantic setting on the garden rooftop for sunset. Wow! Johan thank you so much. We will be back. Anana's vision for tourism is inspiring.

Such a relaxing stay!”
We really enjoyed our stay here in the Pavillions, we didn’t want to leave! The room was clean and well stocked. The staff were very friendly. The place itself was very relaxing. The room service pizza was delicious with fresh ingredients (we got the Hawaiian pizza). The location is not close to any plaza but we knew this before booking and wanted it that way. If your goal is to relax and unwind, you will definitely love this place. We rented a moped from the resort which is what we used to get around. Also, their poor was great and felt so fresh. We were basically using it to end our day. We didn’t get to go to their private beach because we had other plans. I guess our only issue was the massage was underwhelming. They made us fill up the form to indicate the pressure, goal for the massage, and areas we want focused on/didn’t want and based off the massage, we could tell they never even bothered to look at it nor did they ask us before starting. We definitely expected something better from a resort massage. Other than that, everything was great! We also got to take advantage of their happy hour (great drinks)! Wish we stayed longer!

Pavillion Anana is one of the best hotel in aonang area. Not because of the environment, room & amenities, but due to staff excellence services. We could feel the welcomeness & sincerity of the people there. Room top notch, nothing to complain. Spacious, clean, modern & comfortable..Beautiful environment with view of mountain & nature. Anana is the best resort in Krabi”
We visited here in February 2021. Thailand is under heavy covid 19 restrictions. All resorts are almost empty. Stay at Anana Ecological resort 4 days, and 2 days all alone.So Wolfgang and Au the owners became my family. All the staff have a hard time ...but they all make sure that I will have a good time. From A private breakfast to a beautiful private sunset dinner at the roof top bar.. Anana resort have a beautiful private beach,with a fantastic bar and restaurant, and the staff made sure to drive me to this amazing beach every day. The organic farm is part of the resort, so every day I had a taste of fresh organic vegetables. the pool is outstanding with a cool pool side bar. This resort is fairly new . I stayed at a Spa Suit with a luxurious bath tab. This resort use the best building materials I saw in Thailand beautiful marble at the room and also out side at the pool, plus a designer Iron work. Will be definitely back at this resort.

I think this hotel is the only true 5 star hotel in the city. it's secluded and near the cliff. they have the awesome mountain view and its very serene. you hear nothing but the bugs and birds. true music of nature. they offers shuttle bus to ao nang beach. if not go for 2.4km run is excellent too. they have super nice spa bathtub and their own Nespresso machine. staff are super friendly and accommodative. they sell their own tour packages too. definitely worth a try!

Beautiful ”
The hotel is stunning, the location is facing the mountains a little out of Ao nang. Around a 5 minute drive to the restaurants, would recommend hiring a moped as cheaper than the 200 baht trip. The hotel is clean, the facilities are amazing and the view is stunning. Breakfast is good. Yoga every two days on the amazing rooftop! The only thing I would say is that for an eco friendly hotel, they don’t offer milk alternatives so only cows milk.

Exceptional”
The Pavilions Anana was a great place to stay for a couple of nights. Set away from the main drag, it is peaceful and commands beautiful views from the Sky Bar on rooftop. We had a small issue when checking in as I had booked a Thai studio without looking very closely. The bed is actually a mattress on a platform area, rather than a normal bed. This posed significant problems for my elderly husband who found it difficult (and dangerous) to navigate. We requested a different room with a normal bed and they offered us the spa suite instead. This room was significantly better than the studio - much larger, very much better appointed and altogether a vastly superior room. All of the staff were fabulous, particularly Pong, Nan, May and JeabJeab. I would definitely recommend this hotel, but if you can, book the suites rather than the studios, which I do not think present very good value for money.

Friendly owner couple is literally living in the resort, so you may encounter them throughout your stay. They are really supportive and sweet. The owner, who has really passionate in this sustainable hospitality, drove zero-carbon electric car by himself to shuttle to town and pier. He had no sense of authority, but a friendly & professional hospitality. The breakfast could be better even considering the Covid time, however, the warm hospitality from the owner couple and a staff "Mrs. Clodiayah" made up for the demerits. I also highly recommend Cooper's vegan foods and the chlorine-free salt water pool! I definitely would love to come back :)

Nice attention to room details”
This new hotel with nice room amenities and design. With sufficient guests, the bkft is buffet style with a good selection except there is only boring sliced white bread available with a cheap red jelly spread (and butter). There are bakeries in town that bake croissants and baguettes. Some quality strawberry jam would also be appreciated. There is a nice pool with some overhanging trees and hydro-jets.

Incredible, Outstanding, superb, amazing staff and hotel. Cant say enough good things about this Hotel and its people. Johan went above and beyond to make sure we had what we wanted/needed and helped us in making all of the things we wanted to do in Thailand possible. The grounds were beautiful and loved how Eco friendly the place is. They truly care about our planet. Wolfgang (the owner) was very involved in making sure everyone had the best time.

I think accomodation is the heart of experience for a trip and staying in Anana has made it worthwhile. The team has taken great care to ensure that our needs are met to the best extent possible. Spa is a bit on the pricey side but other than that, it's been an awesome experience. Shout-out to Nan for taking care of us!

Was a really nice hotel and real treat to stay here- the hotel staff especially Johan and Paul (I think that’s his name!!) but I’m really just all the staff are very kind and warm. They have a shuttle service which is helpful to get into town but really the hotel itself is so gorgeous that I spent a lot of my day there anyway. I thought the breakfast was really delicious and had a lot of options of food. I very much enjoyed my stay so Thank you.

Gorgeous room”
We opted for the pool access room which was lovely. The room itself was huge and had a very good sized TV on the wall where you could access Netflix and other apps. Coffee machine , water , robe and slippers all provided. The pool access rooms also give you access to a separate pool area. I would definitely recommend this hotel and room. We also had a treatment at the spa, much more expensive than you would pay in the town but still good value for money in comparison to England so definitely worth it. Great breakfast selection.

Best hotel in Krabi, possibly Thailand.”
Incredible hotel. Way surpassed expectations. The rooms are designed beautifully, as well as the rest of the hotel. Pool bar is great to socialise with other guests at happy hour. Sunset on the roof has got to be one of the best views around. Love their eco approach to everything, and not just a token gesture (they actually mean it!) Didn't try much of the food other than breakfast which was pretty standard. The staff were all brilliant! Special thanks to Pop for being such a legend! Peter was also lovely at breakfast. And all the staff at the front desk were very helpful no matter what query we had. The gardener Lan gave me an impromptu tour of his beautiful farm. He's done a great job with the place. The amount of stuff they are growing there is mind boggling! Looking forward to coming back next year!
