We had a wonderful stay. Loved the design of the place, and the view was beautiful. Our 2night stay was the highlight of my trip. The pool was cool even during July. The breakfast selection was great - they do a semi-buffet style, where you can order off the menu. The only downside was that the gym was pretty small (moved due to renovations i believe) and the quality of the dinner we had at Ghadeer was not that great. The quality of Suhail was much better. Given that there aren’t that many dining options, it would be better if the quality could be better. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Unique hotel, whole desert belong to the hotel. Room facing sunset, can directly see sunset from room. Hotel design like a castle in desert, very unique. But when we arrived, Staff who bring us to lobby abit impatience. My wife is taking photos and she just walk Infront without notice we lagging behind, we need to chase after her. We requested for late check-out for 1 hrs, but the reception rejected it, said we have to checkout by 12. No late check-out. We ignored them and continued to stay till 1pm. When we checkout, we saw a family of euroasian checking out at 1pm too, not sure why they can checkout late while we can't.

3.5hours driving from Dubai, the road trip was so much fun with Magnificent desert views... all staff was very friendly and helpful, they provided us high standard service.
