A Disgusting and bad experience.
There were no pros about this accommodation. Extremely poor representation of what is actually going on here. I booked two rooms for six nights each. One couple left after two days and Management had the audacity to resell the room to other people even though I have paid for it. My complaints were futile due to lack of English speaking skills. We stayed on despite many many problems. Room service was done only twice. The water went off several days. Toilet did not flush. Hand basin leaked all over the floor. Shower was blocked and filled up with water. Black mould everywhere. The pool was off colour and we did not risk it. Bar noise and street noise went on until 3am. No elevator and the stairs are dodgey as. Breakfast was pre made and sat waiting for you. Be it eggs and toast and hotdog every day. The sauna was an electric death trap waiting to happen. No English speaking staff at any times to assist. Many rooms have signs on the door saying under repair. Bad...

It's really cheap to live here! Facility is not bad also!
It's a little bit far from the pataya down town, so it's not that convenient. Though, it's a silent and good place to take arest!

Pattaya Trip
Hotel was very dirty. AC wasn't working, and it was Sizzling HOT!!! There was no elevator or escalator to go up the rooms! Our room was in 5th Floor! had to use the stairs to go up and down. There was no hotel staff when we needed something, or there was no hotel staff to help us check out at the hotel! Had to leave our room keys in the front desk... Breakfast wasn't served even though we paid for it. Room STINKS! do not book your room here!

It's a deathtrap
Staff was pretty nice (at least the one person who talked english some). But that's all positive I have to say about the place. Bathrooms had mold on ceiling, walls had tens of tiles missing. Mold can be smelled right after you step into room. We paid to include breakfast for the price. First day I didn't find anyone who would understand even a single word of english and no breakfast. Second day I found a lady understanding little of english. They didn't have breakfast but they ordered (different what I wanted) from somewhere near restaurant. Pool was pretty nice.. at least from the surface. When you get into pool, you notice there's nothing on seams between bottom tiles or it has gone off. Because of this tile borders hurt your toes while walking on the pool. There was also a Sauna but I didn't dare to try it. It looked like you would need a death wish to enter there. We also got two rooms with double beds even I asked one with double bed and one with two single beds. But I can forgive this, no big deal. Location was nice a) because it was close to beach even the beach is too dirty to use b) it's easy to get the hell out of there after waking up with so many songthaews running close :P

Deceptive and tricky.
The staff lied about booking errors. Because they were short on rooms and after getting late new customers with larger numbers needing rooms, this hotel staff and manager kicked my family out so they could bring new customers for longer stays. The rooms were dirty and with no elevators as well being in a terrible location. This is one hotel I would recommend to stay away from. Not only because of the dirty facilities but the staff who was very deceptive upon checkin as well forcibly being checked out. If you have families and with small children, this is not the place.

hotel boutique
The attitudes of manager and staff left a lot to be desired. A lack of investment by the owners who i believe are russian.means the hotel is run down with lack of maintainance. trying to get staff to change the towels was a constant battle.and when they were changed .they gave us used dirty towels with make-up stains. After 10 days i had to complain to the manager that my bed linen had not been changed in all that time. His reply was that if i had complained earlier he would have done something.not make sure he was running a hotel for his guests and seeing that his staff did their jobs toilet not functioning properly.could not flush toilet for half hour after being used.the manager had a look but did nothing to rectify the problem. he said it was a problem with water pressure as a result my girlfriend had to use toilet in the reception area.I am sorry to say hotel boutique name gives a wrong impression of what to expect. Also the ceiling in the shower looked like it would collapse at any time. it was bellied due a previous water leak from above.it was coveredin black fungi and left un repaired.I could go on and on but i will leave it there. needless to say i will not be staying there again.
