Family with small kids, enjoyed the pool and beach very much. Pool is fun for adult and kids. Have got 2 slides. Beach is walking distance, have to cross a small road behind the pool area. Require hotel room card to reenter back hotel after beach. Beach is quite packed with people. There’s water spot activities available and camp rental too. Not silky white sand but suffice for kids. No tiny sea creatures to pick up at this part of beach too, probably because there’s a lot of people in this area. Have seen better beaches in PD with lots of sea and beach creatures to observe and pick up + release. Booked 2room apartment. Very spacious for the master room and living room. Big kitchen too. 2 bathroom. Quite clean. Kids have got sensitive skins but so far okay didn’t get any reaction from the hotel, meaning it is clean enough :) thanks for that. Have got wet kitchen and also a big balcony. Stayed at Block B same block as reception lobby. There’s 2 lift. Pretty fast, no long wait time. Only downside I could think of is, if you choose to park at basement, there’s no lift from basement to lobby or rooms. You have to climb some stairs to one floor up to lobby to access to lift. So if it is raining, good to let off the heavy luggages at lobby first (you can drive through) before parking at basement. When we went it was Raya week so parking was quite empty and we could park anywhere (including right in front of hotel lobby). Food’s choices wise, there’s plenty of Malay eateries nearby. Chinese restaurants has got some distance, can see a few within 5 mins drive. Special shout out to lobby reception staffs. They are all so very welcoming! :)

I visited on a regular weekend and had the pleasure of experiencing the Fire Performance and Pool Dance. My kids were thrilled, and we all enjoyed our stay immensely. Although I’ve been here before, I had never experienced these performances, and they were truly entertaining. The staff was incredibly kind, from the reception to the bellboy—everyone was polite and attentive. Please pass along my compliments to the team that served me on the 10th of August. You can check who attended to me during that time. :) However, I rated the balcony's cleanliness 2 stars. I stayed on level 2, which has a partial sea view, but I couldn’t enjoy the view because of the significant amount of bird droppings. It seems like this issue has been neglected for quite some time.

A strategically located and attractive spot, ideal for family vacations. The facilities, amenities, and cleanliness are satisfactory. There is a swimming pool for adults and a children's pool with a waterslide. The beach is very close by, with direct access from the hotel. We will definitely return here with the family. The children were very happy spending time at both the beach and the pool.

Apartment was clean and very spacious. Slightly old style hotel, where they use thermal blanket between 2 white sheets- unfortunately there are stains on the thermal blanket. Location wise, excellent- very near to the beach. Nice surprise where there are some activities at pool - aqua aerobics and fire show. We paid for breakfast buffet at discounted price (early bird), food was quite good especially the kurh teow goreng, but lack of staffs professionalism cleaning the table. One guy carry a big bin to collect leftovers food, and put the bin on dining chair while doing so. Very unfortunate after they clean most table, the guy forget about the bin and it stay on the chair next to our table until i left😌
