great customer service, located at city of Hua Hin”

everything is fine, just remind you, bar next to the hotel and the Live band performs until 1am. probably you need to think twice if you can't adapt. Hotel, just walking distance to Night market and Hua Hin Train station, Hua Hin beach as well. This area is happening, and foods are accessible.

Nice Modern Small Hotel”

Very clean, modern, small hotel in a good location in Hua Hin. The rooms are a little bit small but well furnished, and the walls are a bit thin as far as noise goes. Great staff who are very friendly.

Great location, very clean, value for money”

Pros: The location is great, very convenient, within walking distance to night market, massage centres, 7-11 and famous restaurants. The room is very clean, spacious bathroom, the bed is very comfortable (the hard type which i like). Swimming pool is small but just nice for small crowd, pool is clean. The hotel has a massage centre inside it, average skills and price is good. Overall, it’s a gem for the money I paid. Cons: The pillow is very high, makes my neck quite uncomfortable. The shower might wet the toilet. The room facing the road might experience loud music from the street as this hotel is right next to bar. However, the music stops completed at 12mid night. It’s ok for me as I m back after midnight. However might not be suitable for family with young children.

Really clean and new hotel”

The hotel is very new and the rooms are in excellent condition. Comfortable bed and really nice staff. The street view rooms are very loud due to the bars opposite from about 8pm to 2 am. We moved to the pool view rooms due the noise and there was absolute silence. Book the pool view for a good sleep.

Exceptional”

Great location close to everything, fantastic staff that made me feel very welcome. A lovely pool with a poolside bar. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in Thailand and I would highly recommend this one which great value for money. Very relaxed setting and no problem with a late check out too. Tops marks to all the staff. 👌🙏

Hotel is located walking distance to many restaurants and night life. A bit noisy at night, get a room facing the beach. The only negative there is no lift . Will be back

There are many noisy bars and clubs near hotel with loud music until 2 am. Cannot sleep in room with balcony, only get room with pool view.

Pleasant”

Nice staff and clean rooms. The pool is quite small but wasn't busy. There were also a number of other facilities available. The only drawback is the lack of on site parking.

Walking Far from Central World & The Market & Platinum Fashion Mall”

With same value of money, Grand Diamond Or Novotel is close by to above shopping mall. Bathroom hot & cold water intermittent and very annoying when showering. Room filled in smoking ordour though non smoking room. Front staffs are not helpful and rigid empathy. WiFi isn’t strong and that is a big minus. Won’t not consider come back.

6am wake up ”

The hotel was OK but at 6:15 in the morning the temple across the street blast the speakers with thai music all morning if you don’t mind sleeping I have to wake up early it’s OK but if you wanna sleep this is not the place for you.

Lovely Room and friendly staff”

We only stayed for one night as we were visiting friends in Hua Hin. The staff were lovely and friendly, check in was easy. Location is great, in the centre of Hua Hin and the room was bright and clean with everything you need for your stay. We would stay again.

The hotel is strategically located. It is one of the cleanest hotel room that I have ever stayed. Parking could be an issue for self drive visitors as the hotel doesn't have its own parking space. I will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hua Hin but didn't want to spend too much on accommodation. I

I used to stay in this hotel when it was Sand Inn and the renovation is phenomenal. The rooms are clean and comfortable with good tv and great shower. The pool area is beautiful, great to relax and the location is fantastic if you want to be "in amongst it". Finally the desk staff were lovely, really helpful and friendly. Can't recommend enough!
