Excellent; Location, Ambience,Service and Facilities”
Anda Venice Hostel have exceeded my expectation; convenient location 2mins from Venezia Mestre Train/Bus station, Modern contemporary industrial interior and exterior has its minimalist design. I love how the Architect and Engineer incorporate the entire concept, it offers both Business and Solo traveler. The facilities are A-plus! plenty of space to chill and furnished with modern comfy cozy furnitures. I love all the cute small detail of artworks. The room is super clean organically fresh interior. There’s also Vending Machines of beverages, coffee, snacks and ATM machine adjacent to the reception area and excellent Wifi everywhere! Reception check in time gets busy and takes time when the occupancy is high, 118rooms with at least 80 daily check in requires more manpower. But having 3 staff in reception is enough. Maybe 1 staff to designate as Help desk, because most of millennials traveler have loads of questions..some of them needs parental guidance!! ;))
My go to hostel”
Anda Venice hostel is conveniently located in Mestre. A 2-minute walk from the train station and a short 5-minute train ride into Venice. Living in Mestre is much cheaper than living directly on Venice island. The hostel is super clean and a refreshing place to return to after a long day exploring Venice. They have fun activities lined up so you can be sure you'll meet some other nice travellers. I highly recommend this hostel!
The Best Hostel in Italy!”
In my opinion and perspectives (one night stay), Anda Hostel is the best! They have everything! The room was modern, new, and clean with industrial vibes. The breakfast is more than good. The bar is lit (They have a schedule for activities in the bar), I checked out the karaoke night and it was amusing and awesome. The lobby have a storage for guest after or before check in/out. They have a big communal space for work, read or study. They have a good kitchen and cheap laundry (EUR 3). Not to mention the location is very close to the Venice Mestre Station (only 1,35 EUR to the Venice St. Lucia). I will definitely come back here even only for staying at Anda Hostel!
Best hostel I've ever seen. I just didn't slept well”
The place is a backpacker dream. The facilities are perfect. Computer room, charging lock boxes, left-luggage, kitchen, washing machines, vending machines, so much space for hanging out, endless spots for ganging out. A bar and a deli available at night. Prices for food and drink were quiet ok considering it's a hostel in Venice. The room rate was the cheapest I've ever paid in Italy in my life. Everything was perfect, but I just couldn't fall asleep. It was my particular case. I hated the bed. It was too hard and everytime I moved the metal rack would squeak. My roommates were less than respectful (hostel life) but that doesn't take away from the wonderful hostel experience Anda provides. Check out it's kinda early if you are hangover. But I had an 11 am bus so I was out of the room by 10. There's a supermarket close by and the train station and bus stop for flixbus is 2 blocks away. Wonderful place. No wonder they have so many positive reviews. Amazing value for money. Didn't have the breakfast but it looked quiet good. Eggs, bacon, bread, croissants, coffee, juice, spreads, cereal, milk. I thought it was expensive cause I'm a poor backpacker but it definitely looked good. Quiet filling!
Best hostel I'ever stayed”
(+) They have everything good. Room is clean. There is someone to clean the room everyday. They have a kitchen for you to use everyday from 9am - 10pm. They also have a very nice and warming decoration. 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet in my 6 bed mix-dorm. Pizza slice is 3.5 euros but it's big and you're full with that. Food is quite ok. Location is very convenient to go anywhere coz it's just 450m from Mestre SF station (the central station). You can go to Venice by bus number 2 and it takes 20 mins to go to Venice bus station. (-) They have lockers for free but you need to bring your own lock or you can buy a lock from them with 6 euros. They clean the room but don't change your bedsheets. Also they clean the room everyday, the toilet still smells bad after using but I don't think it's their fault.
Definitely worth the money”
One of the best hostel I've stayed for the money paid. Affordable price for a great place. Stayed in 6 bed Female Dorm. Very spacious room and bed. luggage storage & lockers available in the room. Modern design as it is newly built and very clean.Showers and toilets are clean. 5 mins walk to the Venice Mestre Station. Few restaurants & cafes available nearby. Good place if you are arriving late at Venice & need a place to stay.
Wonderful Hostel! Awesome Location!”
Brand new hostel when we visited in October 2018. Beds were comfortable and clean. Facilities were excellent. If you're travelling as a couple, do book the double room! It really feels like a hotel! We stayed in dorm but after seeing the condition of the hostel, wished we'd changed! Extremely close to the Venice Mestre train station and so getting in and out of Venice City was a breeze! There is a supermarket close by if you want to cook. The kitchen for travellers is well equipped.
awesome facilities and cleaniness like 4 star hotel!”
almost thought it was a 4 star hotel when walked inside! the interior was very clean and delicate and new! stylish open garden with rest area clean , nice atmoshphere got a bar for night drinks and also provides breakfast for 6 euros. new clean bed and pillow sheets provided. private toilets and bathroom in each shared bunk bed room. kitchen can only be used 12-10 pm , not for breakfast laundry 3 euros convenient location , 30 seconds walk to venice mestre station where u pay 1.3 euros for a 10 minute local trenitalia train to venice santa lucia station in venice island u can walk 10 mins to a 2-storey Spar supermarket for everything u need, eg cooked food. my bed lamp was broken though
Perfect hostel for backpackers!”
This hostel is easily one of the best I have ever stayed in. It is 2 min walk from Mestre station, nearby supermarket and restaurant, massive common area where you can hang out, kitchen, WiFi was great, very clean and new rooms with confortable bed and linens, enough shower, locker rooms, easy check in/out. The staff were accommodating and spoke good English. The only con is you need to travel 30 min to Venice Island but well-connected to public transport so it didn’t matter. This place is higly recommended!!
The location is not near Mestre station, which is only 15 mins away by bus to go to the main island of Venice. My room, including bed and toilet and shower room, is clean, space is quite enough for me to open my 29 luggage. They have bar and space for working on the ground floor. Everything is nice. However, this hostel offers little space for putting luggage before check-in/ after check-out, which is quite inconvenient for traveler who wants to spend more time exploring this city.
Pros: - I LOVE this place a lot! A pity I stayed for only one night - extremely convenient location. Just one street away from Venice Mestre - super luxurious and new renovations - beds were huge (no need to worry if you are lower bunk) and individual lamps and plugging station. As if its your own corner - hair dryer provided, 2 showers and multiple sinks - free lockers after u check in/out and public toilet available Cons: - no water dispenser (guess you can just drink tap water) - only one toilet
It was very good for the price but mind that is in Mestre 10 mins away from Venice by bus! The staff was very kind but long lines to check in. There was a kitchen in the lobby so travelers can even cook there! Also, there was a bar and restaurant. So, if you are lazy you can get food there. Also, they provide laundry service for €3 each wash!
Excellent, unique and very modern hostel!”
The hostel has a unique, artistic, very modern and interesting design and concept. It is a few steps to the Mestre train station, groceries, restaurants etc that makes guests easier to find anything they need. The staff are so nice, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is awesome. The rooms are spacious, clean, equipped with modern design and furnitures, with separate huge toilet and shower room. What’s more interesting is that they have daily activities for the guests, like karaoke, parties, cooking class etc. It is a hostel, but it looks like a hotel, the pictures posted on the websites are exactly the same. This is by far my favorite among the hotels I’ve visited. I would definitely book this again in the future and will recommend it to my friends. I ❤️ this hostel a lot! Cheers!
Amazing experience ”
Anda is the best hostel I have lived. The environment is modern and open with great decorations. The people working here are very nice and help me a lot. I will definitely choose it again if I come to Venice again
Great location and facilities ”
Everything was clean and staff were very helpful. It’s in Mestre and is only less than 10 minutes to Venice via the train. The area looks safe and the facilities were brand new. It is conveniently located near the train station. I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in Venice.
ANDAVENICE REDEFINES THE WORD HOSTEL”
I booked Andavenice a month out from my first solo trip to Venice Italy. I had booked another hostel when I noticed Andavenice had recently opened. It was half the price if my original choice do I decided to give it a go. Boy did I make the right choice! I stayed for a full week in the women's six bed dorm. It was spacious, clean, modern, and air conditioned. The amenities are outstanding and include various outdoor and indoorareas with seating designed for maximum interaction with fellow guests or nooks of privacy if you wish. Housekeeping tended to the dorm daily like clockwork. Bedding was clean and soft. The bunks were spacious and comfortable. I slept like a dream! This hostel is high concept and high design all the way through. The ensuite shower is huge and features a rainfall shower as well as a hand held shower with excellent water pressure and temperature. There are two huge sinks with plenty of outlets, and a huge ring light mirror. The bathroom is separate from the shower and sink. Underbed storage is huge and ventilated. Save fees and bring your own lock and towel. I could go on and on about this place. It's so good you almost don't want to share it! A+++ I will definitely be staying with Andavenice again!
Clean, nice and new hostel..! Location is just few steps from mestre train station, easily get to Venice main island with only 1.35 Euro. Met new friends and we can even share a gondola together! Very comfortable room and beds. Fully equipped kitchen, with salt, oil etc! You’ll enjoy your stay here! Fully recommended!
First hostel experience, awesome place, friendly people.”
This hostel blew our minds at how nice it was. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay option that is close to Venice, easy to get to by bus or train (right neat the bus/train station) and not as expensive as staying elsewhere in the Venice area. The bar area and atmosphere of the common areas on the first floor is something that we really enjoyed. The only thing that could be improved on is probably the organization at the desk. They seem to be a little short staffed at times and not consistent. Our friends who checked in after us did not receive sheets and they were also told the same bed numbers as us, but the rest of the stay was great.
A great place to stay”
I had a really lovely stay at Anda Venice. The dorm was wonderfully well-designed and so comfortable. The amenities were great and the friendly staff took such good care of me. I look forward to visiting again someday.
Excellent location and good value for money”
Very close to train station, just 2 minutes walk from the road outside train station. Well maintained facilities and a supermarket nearby. Kitchen looks clean & new ( i didn't use it). Going to Venice main island (where the attractions are) are really easy, just take the train or the bus which cost 1.5 Euro. Bed is comfortable. Would recommend for those who want to visit Venice on a budget.
