Note - 2000 Baht security deposit required . Was ok for me but may not be ok for many who are running on a tight cash schedule. Make sure to treat your room like your own home or else your security is deductible . So basically not for room party people . Pros - On a main road just 10 mins walk to Bangla road and 15 mins walk to the patong beach . Very clean. Good buffet breakfast Bar& Swimming pool You will find good posh guests only. Cons: Not recommended for Indians looking for lunch ,dinner or other Indian menu options inside the hotel .However there's an Indian restaurant just opposite to the hotel with an extra amount added to the normal charges . Swimming pool not huge and closes by 9pm Rooms very clean and can be called deluxe but don't think fits a 4star Hotel category at the charges paid . Should have been bigger with bigger bathrooms with bath tub . Should be a 3 star hotel with undoubtedly good reviews and pricing should be a little lower Will not allow you early check in even if rooms are vacant . Strict check in policy at 2 pm unless you are ready to shed extra cash . Overall I would say perfect for solo, family and couples but not meant for bachelor groups.

The access was really good. Since Thailand has a nightlife culture, almost all shops are open until midnight. Even massages were available at most places until midnight. There is a supermarket called BIG C about a 7-minute walk away, where you can find all kinds of souvenirs. It's about a 10 to 15-minute walk to Patong Beach, but the path feels like a market, so it goes by quickly. Near the hotel, you can get massages for around 300 to 400 baht, as well as currency exchange, street stalls, restaurants, souvenirs, shopping centers, and tour shops. Everything was easily accessible just by stepping out of the hotel. I am not good with foreign food, so I had bakery bread for breakfast, but I think those who don’t mind will find a wide variety and be satisfied. I booked a Phi Phi Island tour at a nearby tour shop, and all tours had a system where they pick you up right in front of the hotel. They even held onto my luggage for free after check-out. However, when I got back, I found a lot of small bugs in my bag, so please be careful about that.

Great location, pharmacy, convenience store, dispensary(420420) money changers and massage parlors (legit) all within one minute of the place. Jungceylon and bangla boxing stadium are nearby as well. Breakfast options are great, Muslim travellers I advise you to miss the breakfast option if waswas and walk around, plenty of halal food and the mosque is easy to find and travel to. Staff are great, extremely helpful and will go the lengths to cater to your queries and demands. Rooms are great, non smoking by the way but if you got a balcony, feel free to smoke. Was one of the options on busget and had to go and read all comments before we decide on booking it for our trip. Thay brought a baby bed without us asking which it was so thoughtful. On our first day, although I have requested an early check in, the room was not to ready and we had to wait for almost 2 hours. Two of the reception employees suggested to have a breakfast while we wait for the room which was a good suggestion. We paid an extra fees to have a breakfast on our arrival as it wasn't included, although our booking was with breakfast. The reception is an open air area, which we found it an experience! The stay was nice, relaxed. Clearners will usually keep the room clean and orgnized but they wont change the bed sheets every day as I expected especially for us coming from long trips all day. So you will end up sleeping on bed with some sand :). The breakfast food is almost the same everyday which is completely find to me and my family. It made it easier on us to plan what to eat on the next day. The omelet is so good and the girl working there is so calm and nice. Their cappuccino is top. The place where you will be having breakfast is open air, so make sure you sit in front of the fan to have an easy breakfast without sweating. Location is very good. Less than 3 minutes of walk and you would be in the street where you can easily book your trips, enjoy different restaurants. There is a very closeby supermarket thats good for on the go snacks. The patong beach is a bit far, you might need around 15 to 20 minutes of walk. In the heat, it might be a bit hard. The staff are kind, most of them. The restaurant employees are sooo nice, eveytime we will be there, they will be playing with my son and smile with him. Also the two reception gorls, Dear and Sha, if Im not wrong. Overall, if you are looking for a clean place on a budget, near places, easy walk, then I recommend this place.

Arrived here at 11.45 pm due to delayed flights and pleasantly surprised to have my room upgraded by the staff and the whole check in process took less than 10mins☺️. Perfect location with easy access to laundry coins, convenience store, bangla road, jungceylon and all the tourist spots. Cleaning lady was especially kind and nice (providing us with bottled water when we are checking out) leaving our room spotless for the whole 4 nights. Clean sheets, perfect location, nice staff and perfect services. Thank you for your hospitality, will definitely return for my next trip!
