Lovely place to have a holiday ”
Phi phi island was the highlight of the trip, We had a bungalow at the back of tue resort So we did t hear a peep from any night life. Rooms were spacious but the bathooom shower had no Secluded area - shower over the toilet. Nice place, I would go back.

Nice hotel and nice service”
We have used the room only to shower and sleep. It was quiet and the whole setting with garden looks very nice. The location is good for those who want to be close enough to the town activities - but also far away from the noise. The breakfast buffet at the Andaman Legacy next to the Resort was very nicely presented and always good. Staff at the front desk was very polite and in case we needed assistance very helpful. The Superior double room is rather spacious. The bed is very hard and the aircon makes a bit of noise. The light in the room is a bit poor, especially if you want to read something in bed. The bathroom looked lived, but everything worked. The balcony is nice - but beware of the millions of mosquitos! We had some discussions about the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom at the beginning. Things improved, but cleaning is not the main strength of the staff.

Good location but very expensive”
This hotel which included breakfast was very expensive I thought compared to other hotels of similar standard in Thailand. Ithinkit was because it wasnew and Phi Phi seemed more expensive generally. The rooms were ok and bed fairly comfortable Breakfast was quite basic but as it was included was handy. I probably would not stay in this hotel again as I think you coudl find a better value hotel fo teh same standard but cheaper Phi Phi was quite busy at teh time we went so we did not have so much choice.

Okay for the money”
Overall I don’t know if I could recommend this hotel. 1- I had thought I was booking with Andaman Legacy which is my fault for not being 100% sure but there are three hotels that begin with ‘Phi Phi Andaman’ and none are related. So beware when booking. 2- Location was quite far from the pier and google maps takes you around the backside so if do book here take an immediate right and walk that path along the shoreline. There are also no signs for this hotel but it’s right after Andaman Legacy on the left so you can follow those directions. 3- WiFi was not the best and took quite awhile to load anything. Not the most important but should be considered if you did not get a Thai SIM card. 4- if you did not book one of the small bungalows you will be in the building and be aware that there is no elevator. We were on the fourth floor and with no aircon in the building itself it was a bit miserable. 5- the room itself was “ok”. It was clean but outdated and the bathroom was rusty.

Very good”
The location and staff were great- and the hotel was clean enough The pool was pretty good, too. But a few downsides. This was not a 3 star hotel, this was a 2 star at best. We were pretty spoiled on our Thailand trip, with so many inexpensive 3&4 star hotels. Perhaps once upon a time this was a nice resort, but clearly had not been kept up very well. The room had fingerprints on the walls, the paint was chipping around the resort, and there was about a half inch of space under our hotel door, so any insects could easily get in the room. But really the worst part of this hotel was that the day we were checking out a cleaning staff literally entered our room at 7 am. My friend was in the middle of fastening her bikini top when someone OPENED THE DOOR. We explained we were still in there and checking out that day. Then at 7:30AM, when we were gathering up our belongings, another cleaning person tried to enter our room. 😒

A nice room set back from the main road so quiet. However, the shower was absolutely pathetic. Freezing cold, no pressure and kept turning off. Expensive room and they charge you 100 baht to use the pool. If I go back to phi phi I will stay somewhere else

Clean rooms with lovely view”
Still under renovation but very comfortable and clean, rooms were very nice and staff whilst didn't have much English were helpful. Located at the end of tong sai bay but everything so close only a few minutes walk to the action and paradise beaches. Carlton bar nearby is a good spot to watch sunset and fire show.

This is a wonderful place. The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean. The only thing is you will hear the call to prayer from the mosque. That can be either delightful or annoying, depending on your perspective. 10/10 would stay here again.

The staff were really friendly and the room was a good nice,well set out and clean. Good shower. Great location,right near the beach and close enough to the action to have a good night but far enough away to avoid the noise if you wanted a quiet night.

Nice hotel, but not finished”
We stayed on the second floor of a new building. The rooms were very good with new furniture and a modern look. Although it was new, it was not very clean. The room was not cleaned very well after construction work. The pool was outstanding with only a 50 meters walk to the beach. Right now there is some construction work going on. I assume when it is finished it will be a very nice hotel to stay.

Basic but nice”
Well located at one end of the island it is easy to get around. Based off the main walkway from the port. The hotel room is basic but nice, each individual room is within a gated area although there is not much stopping anyone else walking into the hotel area.

Excellent helpful front desk staff. Delicious Thai style buffet breakfast. Quiet location. Aircon worked brilliantly. Nice and clean rooms serviced daily. Overall a great stay.

Overpriced”
The location is the only good thing about this beach, even though it's a short walk to the beach the resort itself is behind the restaurants on the beach. The room was dirty, old and dimly lit and realed of sewage. The resort itself seemed like it's going out of business and had a horrible vibe. Breakfast was disgusting. The beach front entrance is covered with trash and it sounded like they were dragging trash through the resort in the middle of the night. The room is WAY too expensive for what you get. We were able to find a different resort for the same price that was on the beach, clean and comfortable in koh lanta. Avoid this place.

A Place to Sleep”
If you're looking for luxury, this is not for you. There was running water (warm-ish), a bed, and A/C, so if you're not a fussy traveler or high maintenance then this is great! We only stayed for one night so it met all our needs, but for a longer stay, I would look for a nicer hotel. The private beach and quietness is a plus.

Hotel upgraded us to bungalow because rooms were overbooked. Hotel has swimming pool and is located right on the beach. Bungalow was quite clean,only bathroom needed some renovation.

location is right next to the beach, however the beach is not one of the best. rooms in the new building are brand new. cleaning only done upon request. in thailand you can find another place to eat breakfast for cheap.

Never again in this hotel”
The experience in the hotel was terrible. The personal that was un charle of the reception during the day always with a terrible disposition, in 2 days we have water problems, so we couldnt shower or washing our theeth, we never ear an answer of the part of the staff. Also we order an extra bed and they put us in the bethdroom a matress and a pillow. Internet NEVER works, in any place of the hotel, try to expend more in another place and you have a better experience in the island, the island it is really beautiful.

Not great but it's phi phi”
3 of us squashed into a room. They brought in a dodgey camp bed but we chose to share the double bed instead. No elevators so our bags had to be carried up 3 flights of stairs. Wifi wasn't great.
