A genuinely fantastic journey!”
I had a very happy journey in Andaz Liverpool Street. Just like other Hyatt hotels, The staff is very friendly and helpful. Although situated at a very busy place in the city of London, the room is quiet and comfortable. In short, it is worth every penny spent on it.
Stylish hotel in great location”
Hotels in London are notoriously overpriced of course, but I feel that we really came across a good deal for the quality of the hotel here. Right next to Liverpool St station and seemingly very new as the rooms were quite spacious and well designed. The whole hotel feels very 'designy' - I guess that's the Andaz brand right there. Had a great stay, very easy access from Heathrow or shopping as it's on the Central line for Oxfrod St and Hammersmith from Paddington. Plus, just round the corner is Brick Lane.
Faultless in every way.”
as i approached the revolving door, bag in tow, the doorlady welcomed me warmly, held open the door and ushered me inside, taking my bags. i sat in the modern lobby and was checked in at my seat by a man with an ipad and within 5 minutes i was in my room. seameless. the room was very comfortable and spacious. i was there to get some work done and appreciated the space. comfortable bed; big tv; free non-alcoholic minibar which was refreshed during the evening turndown service. the bathroom was spacious and well laid out with a separate bath and shower. lots of towels. the location is good. very central and, being immediately adjacent to liverpool st station, makes all of london easily accessible by underground rail and all points east on the overground. london bridge and the thames waterfront is 15 minutes walk. i did not eat at any of the hotel's restaurants or use any other facilities. i did, however, give the receptionist an envelope to post after i had checked out. he said it would be appropriately stamped and mailed, and the charge added to my bill which would be emailed to me. i haven't seen the bill yet. the letter hasn't had time to arrive but i am confident it will.
The hotel has a great location for a weekend stay”
We had a great experience. We where mostly out and about in LOndon, but when we did return- it was a great hotel to wind down. Cool art features, great service- and really good healthy menu options. A bit annoyed that the room I booked (according to picture) was not the same we got. It was nice, but it was not the room I had booked. Also I payd extra because I wanted a balcony, which they would not let me open or use during my stay. For weekend or business trips it is the perfect hotel, because it is so close to Liverpool street station- which means that you have the whole Friday and Sunday to explore London instead of far distances with luggage and such. Overall, a perfect weekend hotel whith great location and standard, offering everything you need from hairbrush, curler and non- alchoholic beverages for free!
Centrally located hotel with great service”
Loved the hotel. Being from London, I knew that the location was central. However, the best things about the hotel (apart from location) was the wonderful and efficient service, the large room and the extremely comfortable bed. The bathroom was smallish but well designed with great water pressure. My minor two complaints would be that the shower wasn't 'european' (as in, immovable) and there was no MTV (which I like to have on when I am getting ready). However, those are minor complaints (and personal taste!). For those not from London, you can't get a better location - it's 2 mins walk from Liverpool St station (central line, amongst others) - easy for cab drivers to find too. I didn't try the food but am sure it would be good (although the prices are rather high). Bed was huge and amazingly comfortable! It's a very easy hotel to get too if you are flying from Stansted, particularly!
Lovely hotel, great location&service, warm rooms! ”
Great hotel right beside Liverpool Street station. Great service includes whatever newspaper you want in the morning and all drinks except alcohol in the mini bar is free. Room was a bit too warm even with the aircon on coldest full blast but the rooms are nice, we were "upgraded" to a king size but this was just two beds stuck together, still though we didn't mind too much..Didn't get to eat in the Georges bar cause it was really packed. Whilst waiting for friends who live in London to meet us in reception the staff gave us complimentary wine which was nice touch too. The staff were all really helpful and friendly if a little robotic but that's expected these days in hotels such as this..
Truly amazing the wow factor”
We loved our stay and didn't want to leave . I booked 3 rooms and shared the new year with friends and our daughters. The check in process was great with drinks cookies and sweets readily available. Not to mention the free nesters so machine. (Trust me this was used a lot ). The rooms are lovely with amazing feather pillows and quilts. Robes and slippers. We saw the new year in with a bottle of bubbly ,after spending the evening on Hyde parks winter wonderland. Which we do every year and never tire off. It is right at the side of Liverpool st station .this itself is a grat statio to travel around London . We can highly recomend the private taxi company called Addison lee . Especially if your party is 5 + . Cost us £16 to get back to st pancreas ,cheaper and much easier than the tube when you have cases . Chauffeur service . All in all this is the only place I want to stay in London in the future .
Incredibly stylish hotel with great amenities”
Checking in at Andaz is a delight in itself. Take a seat in the gorgeous foyer, receive a complimentary drink and wait for one of the effecient staff to bring an iPad to you and go through your booking. Then be shown to your room...simplicity. The room was beautiful - a wonderful mix of Victorian and modern design. Lots of wonderful freebies and an enormous bed! All areas of the hotel were spotless and so well designed. We really enjoyed our stay, consider the hotel immense value for money and will most definitely be back. The best London hotel we've stayed in.
Convenient and close to Spitalfields / Shoreditch”
The Andaz Hotel right next to Liverpool Station is a great place to stay if you are interested in a locale on the east side of London. It is conveniently located to Spitalfields and Shoreditch (the increasingly desirable areas which are fostering a vibrant, young creative energy which has developed into some exciting culinary, shopping and cultural offerings). The staff and service of Andaz were friendly, professional and quite attentive. The design of the hotel rooms was clean and comfortable. Some of the much appreciated amenities are free WiFi and complimentary drinks and small bites (all day in the lobby). All in all, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.
Great service, great location”
We arrived in London very early after a long flight and were welcomed with a smile and very efficient service at Andaz. We requested an early check in which was easily accomodated before we popped to the Eastway brasserie for a full english breakfast. When we returneded to our room, even though it was non smoking it smelt of stale cigarettes and the staff quickly moved us to another room without any fuss. The soft drinks and snacks are complimentary in the mini bar which was a welcome change from having to pay for water too. I would definitely stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending.
Unique Hotel, Great location, rooms and service...”
Excellent value Hotel for London...unique design, great location next to Liverpool station and walking distance to Tower of London and bridge. Prides itself on its service with genuine interest shown......received upgrade to large king room which was very good and complimentary mini bar provides a unique nice touch. Would stay there again.
Great hotel, but interrupted my sleep multiple times. ”
I stayed with my brother is a nice spacious double room, which we needed after visiting a concert the night of May 25th. We were awakened by knocking on the door and people coming in at 0640 Saturday morning. They told us there there was a huge leak downstairs (we were at Floor 1) and choked our bathroom. Since there was nothing wrong they left and low and behold, they did the same ting again at 0845. I told them to get lost. Checking out one hour later, I inquired what was wring at the hotel, and the person at the desk mentioned that there was a huge leak on the 3rd floor and they were wondering if we had been affected?? I left my card and asked if the GM could give me a call to explain. He did the same afternoon, and made excuses mentioning some mumbo jumbo about pipes and leaks. And said that if I would return, to mention this incident, so I could get an up grade. I would strongly advise future guest to seriously inquire about the state of the Andaz infrastructure.
Awesome hotel”
Having stayed at various upmarket hotels around the world, the hyatt rates amongst the best. We'd like to thank the staff at the Andaz that made our stay for our wedding fantastic:)
Superb!”
Hotel Andaz lived up to my expectations and more. The hotel exuded good taste and design without getting the feel that it's too snooty or snobbish. The staff are very accommodating and are genuinely willing to assist you with pretty much anything. The breakfast area in Eastway Restaurant is grand in every way. Breakfast alone already feels like a great restaurant experience. The place has a destinct chicness about it that doesn't make you feel like you're in just another huge chain hotel with generic lavish settings. It felt cosy staying there. I definitely would stay here again. And booking thru Agoda gives you good value for your money.
Boutique Hotel!!”
i like this hotel very much. everything is cool starting from the reception, the way they check in with a tablet - no counter- no queue. free small bites, wine, self service nespresso. the room is reasonably cozy. amenities are fine. free in-room mini bar are superb! the location - liverpool street-, next to the main train and tube station, is so convenient for commuters.

Great service which stood out”
I was greeted by Ricardo on the front desk immediately and he couldn't have been more helpful. Every time I waked into the lobby he would spot me and come to my assistance rather than being passed from one staff member to another. I also loved the location - right beside Liverpool St Station for the Stansted Express and 5 mins walk from trendy Shoreditch.
Great place ”
Nice staff and Nice place With restaurants and just Next to Liverpool Street st. The Only thing not to be Happy about - there where No Windows to open.
