Aneka Lovina Villas & Spa”
Lovina is a lovely and relaxing place to be. Volcanic sand, calm waters with dolphins This resort was very good value for money. Staff extremely polite and helpful. You get fresh linen everyday and heaps of amenities (bottle water, toothbrush, toiletries etc). The massages in the spa are really good and affordable. Highly recommended. The manicure / pedicure, I would suggest using disposable items with new nail polish and those there were quite old. Restaurant food can improve though. Buffet breakfast was not that great. A la carte was better. Do not recommend the orange juice and cotagges although nice are too small. (2 people only). If you have a family better to have 2 cottages or booking somewhere else. They are happy to accomodate you with extra beds but it will be crowded.
Nice view and beautiful villa”
This villa is beautiful and clean. The swimming pool is not big but also beautiful. You could take beautiful photos everywhere easily. But the room is small, especially the width of twin bed is only 90cm, very small. And the breakfast is not so tasty, only a few kinds food served. You could book "Dolphin trip" with IDR150,000 (Audit), it's cheap. And you really have to join this trip, it's awesome.
Dear Jia, Thanks for your stay with us Gede
Disappointing reception ”
Purchased cottage which was advertised as 1 double bed and 2 single beds as we are family of 4. Arrived at hotel after a 4 hour drive only to be told by surly reception staff that the cottage description should have said double bed OR 2 single beds. Was told would have to purchase additional room even though they acknowledged the misleading description on Agoda. Was prepared to negotiate a fair deal for their stuff up but they would not even come down in price for the extra room. Ended up reluctantly paying full price for the extra room and told them I would be leaving a bad review. Families beware, this appears to be a stunt to suck you into paying double the room rate that you thought you were paying for. I would have stayed elsewhere for the price we ended up paying. Added to this is the 21% service tax on all purchases from the overpriced bar and restaurant. Not happy chappy!!!
Nice resort on the black sand beach”
We went to Lovina, Bali, to see the famous dolphins and the black sand beach. We arrived at the resort very late due to bad roads over mountains and rains. The hotel staff we met that night didn't say a lot but he seemed to expect our coming. The room was decent for the price we paid. There was no hair drier in the room but a staff brought it in for us. We had a pretty good night sleep. We woke up very early for the dolphins tour then came back to have breakfast. I couldn't say the breakfast was wonderful but it was worth the price. The choice of foods were limited but they covered everything from eggs to fruits. Staffs in the restaurant were very nice and helpful too. We went to stroll on the black sand beach and took a lot of photos. The resort scenery was quite nice. I loved the room's doors. They were craved from wood and painted in traditional colors. They were just beautiful. That morning, the sea was clam and waves were small so I took a swim in the Bali sea too. We checked out around 10 AM to go back to Semiyek.
Quiet place very chilled good pool but sun beds are chairs so difficult to lay on belly. Rooms are comfatable. Lovely setting like a pretty little village . Back of hotel go directly onto black sand beach with very still calm sea. Enjoyable stay.
Good hotel friendly staff ”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aneka Lovina Hotel. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, well air-conditioned, with many amenities. They interacted with all the guests and quickly accommodated our needs, including shopping, drivers, and activities such as dolphin watching and snorkeling. The Villa is located on a beautiful, clean beach and the upstairs lounge is a great place to read, relax, and enjoy the sunset. The entire staff was professional, attentive, and very friendly.
Wonderful dolphin tour”
Lovina beach is famous for dolphin tour in the morning. At my stay at Aneka Lovina villa , I enjoyed dolphin tour with my buddy. The boat captain took us in the morning from hotel's beach to see group of dolphin were swimming, hopping from the sea which is incredible view. I saw sun rise in the morning which is fantastic view for me. As I walked through the black sand soft touching beach, I realizes that I should come here again. We took our dinner at the hotel due to late check in and they weren't disappoint us. Reasonable price and tasty dinner.
The only best place to live in bali”
Short walking distance around 5 minutes with beautiful and serene garden and lanscape towards lovina beach with the cleanest swimming pool i had in bali. Friendly staff with smile. Welcome fruit juice provided. Inner garden transportation provided at night.perfect service. Remember to ride boat '29 taipan', just walk to the beach and you will see.it is a new boat and with a nice and friendly bos. I am fortunate enough to ride his boat with reasonable price.
Good location friendly staff”
location was good. Big hotel and pretty with very helpful staffs. Hotel at beachfront where you can hore a boat for dolphin watching at INR150000 per person. Massage on the beach. Take a short walk for food and mini marts. The food wasn't that great plus the buffet breakfast. could do better. The room we stayed had no partition between the shower and toilet and it was smelly all the time. BEsides that overall it was a good stay.
Good... friendly customer service. The hotel not too big, but very complete one. I love they hav a nice garden. And the year before Icame to this hotel just to borrow their washroom to change after view the dolphins. I told myself, next time i want to stsy here one night so i no need wakeup at midnight n travel 3 hours just to c the dolphins. who knows this year my hubby book me this hotel and I am so Suprise. ... because he didn't know that I came here before. What a fate...
Romantic and serene”
Our stay was fantastic. The moment we arrived, we felt that the place has its own charm. Suitable for a quiet and relaxing getaway. The beach is not suitable for a splash though, it's just a front to ride the boat to sight-see the cheeky dolphins :)
nice beach hotel”
the hotel is very close to beach, it's huge and staff will drive you to your room, the room is big and very local style, great breakfast, overall, totally worth for the money, i will choose this hotel again if i visit bali again
Great weekend escape in a nice hotel.”
I arrived there quiet late at around midnight with friends, and the room was already prepared for us. Lights were switched on, air con was on, so the room was already chilled. It was great considering we just travelled by car for 10 exhausting hours. Quick check in process as well. During our stay, we actually didnt have much time to explore this hotel, but i noticed that this hotel has peaceful and quiet surroundings, with nice beach just behind the hotel. Recommended for couples or weekend getaway With great value for money
Nice hotel with walking distance to the beach”
It's a 3 hours drive from the airport. Staff are very friendly and always willing to help if ask for direction. The beach is located right at the front of the hotel. You can easily book a boat to watch the dolphins in the early morning as there are many boatman that will ask you if you are interested to watch the dolphine. We manage to pre arrange the boat trip a day before for 200,000 rp. Breakfast was good although not much variety. Would recommend for people who are looking to Bali if they are looking for a relaxing time away from the busy and vibrant Kuta and legian area.
Good for just staying within its compounds”
Stay was good with staff being attentive. However they should have provided more information about their tours, spa and beach services as these information can't be found in-room. Be prepared to have meals within the hotel if you are particularly sanitary as there's hardly established eateries nearby. Beachfront was full of pesky touts selling trips and activities. (Caveat emptor)
we stay at hotel for one night for ours next day wild dolphin watching activity. the hotel has a very nice environment design. although we wake up at 5 am for dolphin watching, we still not feel tire after back from the sea watching the incredible animal. the hotel breakfast buffet is good and worth for the hotel price. one thing the hotel need to improve is they did not provide water boiling facility in their room and free coffee/tea. the wifi coverage also limited to public area only. overall this is a good hotel with best value. i would recommend this.
Nice Resort & Cozy Place”
It's a modern traditional hotel with clean room and bathroom, friendly hotel staff and garden view around. But the additonal charge for breakfast is too expensive. We stay only for one night to see dolphins attraction. The dolphin attaction behind the hotel is really amazing.
Aneka Lovina Villas & Spa”
We loved it. there is no bad here. it was hard to drag me from the front desk and the very resonably priced jewllery. I made it as far as the sunken bar. Next day we got as far as the beach. Can we move here?
What a great place!”
After going to 3 differnt hotels in Bali My friends and Hubby wanted to know why I didnt book everynight at Aneka.Lesson learned, when staying in Lovina just stay at Aneka and your friends will thank you for it. the atmosphere at the beach just past the pool is great, a great little resturant next door called Starlight is as far as we cared to roam, why would you leave the beauty of Lovina. Sunken pool so us Aussies can drink all day is fantastic. cant comment on the food because we never left the resturant next door.
Balinese style hotel”
hotel is very beautiful with balinese landscape. the spa not look so impressive from looking outside. restaurant food is quite good. we order the fried rice and juice, the taste is good. staff is good. in overall it is a good hotel. night time is very peaceful.
