“No communication at all!”
I received an email through Agoda from the property owner about my booking and Itold them that we will arrived a bit late (1130 pm). But when I want to check in, the receptionist said the booking was cancelled. I was more dissatisfied and disappointed when there is only one room with a single bed available cost 80000 rupiah(printed on their phamplet on the reception table). Left with no choice, I said I just take the bed thinking it's only for the night. Suddenly when I want to pay, the receptionist said the 80k is only for one person. I felt cheated and asked whether the price is for the room or for each pax checking in so he bring us to see the room first. The room is smaller then your average storage room. The only difference is that the storage room has it's own toilet. It was midnight already so I agreed to have the room. I felt more devastated upon the fact that I have to bargain to get original price 80k instead paying 160k. Nonsense! Putting the bad receptionist and room aside, the location is so freaking close to the Grand Mosque. So it's easy for me to go there for morning prayer. There's a mall in front of the mosque I think.
