Susan, the caretaker , was very helpful and accomodating. She made our stay a breeze. My family enjoyed the coziness of the place. Could help if there are more fans in the house. And for prevention, it is beneficilal to have mosquito repellents..

This is a very simple but private place. Quite hard to find as it’s at the end of a dead end. Make sure you save the location before you get there. Owner was friendly. There are two bathrooms and two bedrooms. One shower and one toilet flush didn’t work. Beds were ok. Wifi was working. There is a turkey farm next door so they’re a bit noisy, unless you have earplugs. There is a few super good restaurants around (Smoque and TNTS) accessible by walk. Look it’s not a luxury resort but it did the job and was super cheap. Also it’s not too far from the ferry terminal and the Chocolate Hills are easier to access than if you stay in Panglao island.

The place is very affordable yet so nice and so clean. What you see in there post is what you get. They even offer free drinking water,soap,toothpaste etc even their kitchen condiments you are free to use it. There is a Sari sari store next to the place in case you need anything.Almost all that you need in a house is there strong wifi connection, cable TV etc if only we can stay longer we will but our flight is scheduled the next day after. Thank you
