Little Gem near Little Pub Street”
I stayed at Uncle Sam’s Villas for 4 nights and cannot recommend it enough for its excellent value for money, the relatively quiet location, yet close to the central area, very helpful staff, spacious, clean and well-appointed rooms. Make sure you tell your tuk-tuk driver to go to Uncle Sams Villa, NOT Angkor Breeze Central as advertised on Agoda and Booking.com. Despite the initial confusion of place names to use, it turned out to be a handy location, within walking distance to Pub Street, Kings Road, the river, market places etc. The hotel staff were fabulous and helped to organise 2 day’s worth of visiting several sites with a tuk-tuk to the UNESCO Angkor Archeological Park, including plenty of water. I loved the painted murals on the walls which inspired me to book a beautiful tuk-tuk ride through the countryside to Banteay Srei, ‘the city of women’. The staff kindly helped me organise a bus ticket back to Phnom Penh with a free pick up service to the location of the bus coach.

Our favorite stay”
Let me first say this: my bf and I traveled around SE for over two months and this was our favorite place we stayed. It was not the fanciest place, but it still exceeded our expectations and the value for the cost just can't be beat. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. They even have a cat that's around sometimes. It was really friendly as well, and they were really sweet to it, it really made our stay special. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was a relief after some of the other places we'd been staying. The location was great, about 5 min walk from pub street. And the spa "Bodia" on the way to pub st is highly recommended as well! That being said, I have one thing I would like to say about our stay here. This in no way reflects poorly on the hotel itself, (at least for me,) and I offer it as a warning for future guests and in hopes that the owners see this and do something about it- the tuk tuk driver working for them was HORRIBLE. I understand there are some standard practices for tuk tuk drivers that are a little annoying; trying to upsell you to do something extra for more $, trying to get you to hire them in advance for the next day, etc. This guy, however was just unacceptable. The first day we told him some things we wanted to do, and after doing ~2/5 of those things he basically told us we were done for the day. He convinced us to go to the local Apsara dance, for extra $ of course. When we got there, he tried to badger us into hiring him for the next day, and when we refused to agree to that, he refused to drop the conversation. I mean, asking the same questions over and over, trying to guilt us into it, and eventually he got rather pissy with us about it, taking so long that we were almost late for the show....but doesn't end there, when the show was over he was nowhere to be found! He left us there to walk home! Again, this doesn't have to be you. Stay at Angkor Breeze, just find your own driver around pub st

Close to pub street and helpful staff”
Less than a 5 minute walk to pub street. there is construction very close nearby so you may get waken up in the morning. Single room is spacious with all amenities. My king sized bed was really firm though so that may affect those that sleep on their sides. Road leading up to the entrance is not paved. Other than that, accommodations are so cheap in Siem Reap, so pay a bit extra to get some privacy.

Good location and great staff”
There was some slight confusion about our booking earlier on, but the staff were really helpful and the problem was solved right away. Room was clean but the air-conditioning was faulty. An extra fan was requested and response from the staff was prompt. Good location, as it is within walking distance to the night market and Pub Street. Breakfast was good and an added plus when the hotel even packed breakfast for us at request early in the morning for our visit to Angkor Wat.

We love our stay in Siem Reap”
Clean, Comfortable and Affordable Room, Very Nice Staff, Accessible to the places of interest in Siem Reap
We had a very good stay in Angkor Breeze Central, the staff are very nice especially Marcus. It exceeds our expectations. We didn't expect that the room is very big for the 4 of us. The beds are comfortable and clean, the comfort room is also big and we got everything we need. Old market and pub street is very accessible and only walking distance from the hotel. They also provided a very good tuktuk driver for the airport transfer that is why we also choose the same tuktuk driver to tour us around the temples. My friends are also impressed and they are also glad that I choose Angkor Breeze Central. It was their first time in Siem Reap. It is my second time in Siem Reap and I would say that Angkor Breeze Central is a lot better than the previous hotel I stayed. I will definitely recommend Angkor breeze central to my fiends who planned to go to Siem Reap.

Excellent Guesthouse and good location”
The hotel is very conveniently located, has very friendly staff .. The breakfast was excellent as you have about 5 different choices. The rooms are very clean.
In enjoyed my stay very much, and was helped out by the friendly staff to organize my visit of Angkor. As this was my second stay in Siem Reap in 2 years time, I had some special things I wanted to see that I had missed the first time. The hotel is conveniently located and in a nice quiet alley, 5 minutes to walk to the bustling Pub Street area. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need, hairdryer, safe, closets, AC and are kept very clean. The tuk tuk service is excellent and I can highly recommend using Pahan (sp?) or any of their drivers. Pahan was very polite, spoke enough English to be understandable, always on time and correctly priced. The breakfast is great as you have over 5 choices and all were very tasty with fresh french bread. I really think this is a fair priced Guesthouse and would recommend it to even spoiled travelers. I certainly have had much worse for the price! Special thanks to Marcus for taking such good care of me during my stay too! Although I was on the ground floor across from the reception I never lost a minutes sleep by noise.

Comfortable and quiet”
Location, price, friendly and helpful staff
Located quite close to pub street and old market but still quiet. Room was comfortable, Internet generally good. Took a little while for our to cool down but not an issue. Airport pickup was a plus. Unsure about the dining as we didn't eat there.

Friendly Staff. Beautiful Building. Great Location”
Staff. Location. Cheap.
Staff is very welcoming and helpful. The building is beautiful and location is great (close to best coffee shops, cute stores, the river, easy walking distance to pub street area), but also quiet. Overall an excellent value! Since Siem Reap is so hot, the AC can take a while to cool down the room, but I never had issues sleeping as long as I got it running for 45 mins before I went to sleep. (FYI - Since the hotel is new, Taxi drivers didn't know where to find it - it's located in an ally that runs south from Central Market street, next to Golden Papaya Guesthouse).
