Beautiful city, terrible hotel”
Difficult to say... In fact, there weren't any....
Very low value for money... Dirty, smelly, poor English of the hotel staff... Breakfast was so low quality, we chose to go to the city center for breakfast instead. All in all, the hotel should be half the price to come anywhere near to the appropriate value.

It was expensive and mediocre.”
Room size, pool, nice staff.
It was a nice, comfortable stay but everything was EXTREMELY expensive and not just for Cambodia but I am from Canada and the prices were even expensive for there (I'm talking everything BUT the room rates). The pool was nice and everything was quiet. A great breakfast and a very friendly staff.

Bad. It's not worth for money”
Facilities, and other things are bad.
Okay. Facilities are okay. But there was some smell at my bed, and staffs are really unkind. And during my stay, internet had always problem in my room, so I could not access emails, if I want to use I should go to lobby. It's not worth for money. Pretty bad memory.

Large, well managed hotel, close to the airport”
Spacious, clean room, with balcony overlooking the swimming pool
Warm welcome on arrival, and met with a complimentary drink and refreshing towel. I arrived at 9am, and my room wasn't ready, but they allowed me to put my luggage in my room as I was going out for the day anyway. Very courteous staff, and they are clearly making a great effort to assist in putting Siem Reap on the map for world tourists. The map of the area is deceptive, the hotel is much closer to the airport than I imagined, and likewise much further from the main city. You can get a tuk-tuk to the city for around $5, or $8 return. Less if you are better at haggling than me! The drinks in the hotel are VERY expensive, you are better to go to the petrol station convenience store the other side of the main road to buy drinks. A bottle of water is 20 US cents in the store, $5 US in the hotel! Overall, a good quality hotel at a very reasonable price, would stay again and recommend.

Classy Hotel, excellent services”
Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice hotel
A really nice place to stay, as this hotel just has it all. THe location is quite far from the city centre, you would need a cab/tuk tuk each time. Other than, a great place, good value for money.

Good facilities, poor service”
Clean and big rooms. Fantastic swimming pool
I stayed for 3 nights in the hotel with some friends. Service should improve drastically. Very poor spoken English by most of the staff. It is quite far from downtown. You need a tuk tuk but do not get it in the hotel as they charge one way while outside you can get it

Impressive hotel in ancient historical area.”
Hospitable welcome with sweet welcome drink.
Hospitable welcome with sweet welcome drink. Good english communication, clean room, delicous and miscellanous breakfast, and secure location. We love warm water for showering, but the water is not warm enough for our normal shower.
