The Angkor Miracle Experience ”

Really great friendly service, great food, and clean, spacious and modern rooms. Brandnew hotel!
No broadband service in rooms, and the broadband service in the business center was sporadic. * But this broadband problem is common in most places in Siem Reap. The laundry service was a bit pricey.

My family’s stay at the Angkor Miracle Resort and Spa was a very enjoyable 5 Star experience! The hotel staff was waiting for us when we arrived and checked us into our rooms without having to stop at the front desk. The hotel staff was very helpful with tailoring our itinerary for our stay in Siem Reap and was very flexible with changes we wanted to make. The Hotel driver prices were very reasonable for the Siem Reap area, about $25-30 a day. The breakfast buffets had a wide spread of selections that tailored to both Eastern and Western guest. The hotel is centrally located between downtown, the airport and Angkor Wat temple and only minutes away by tuk-tuk for only a couple of dollars if you choose not to get a driver. The hotel is a perfect selection if you want to enjoy a quiet and relaxing vacation at the hotel, since the hotel caters mostly to Korean Tour groups. Therefore, the hotel is virtually empty throughout the day due to the Korean tour groups spending only the early mornings and the late evenings in the hotel. The swimming pool and cabana area were also splendid and never crowded. I read a review prior to the trip that there was a bug problem in the hotel, but I did not experience such a problem, it must have been sorted out before I got there. The only negatives I had was no broadband in the rooms and the pricey laundry service. The Angkor Miracle Resort and Spa is a brand new beautiful hotel with an incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay there again.

A great place to stay”

I travelled to Siem Reap with my family (including 2 kids) during the first week of June 2016 and stayed at Angkor Miracle Resort & Spa for 2 nights. I must say this is the one of the best experience we had. Exquisite! Property and facilities: The hotel is located quite near to the airport, within 5 to 10 mins by road. They promptly kept us updated on our requests via email, as we opted for interconnected rooms due to our 2 kids. Upon reaching we were presented with drinks and cold towels. The check-in was very smooth. While we were relaxing in the lounge, the reception staff presented us with the room keys. Our interconnected rooms were located on 3rd floor, with Pool view. One room was with double bed and another twin bed. Our request to join the twin beds together was addressed promptly in the evening. The rooms are big enough and with all the usual facilities. Complimentary water, coffee/tea, safe, bathrobes, slippers etc. Bathroom is also equipped with bathtub, hair dryer and usual toiletries. The lighting controls are good as all the switches are with a master control next to the bed. Choice of pillows and comforter is available. The rooms were makeup once a day. We were also provided with a complimentary 15 mins foot massage which we enjoyed as per our choice. The ambiance is quite relaxing. The gym facility is also equipped with usual equipment. The pool is big enough with Jacuzzi, kid’s area and normal pool area. Upon reaching there, we were provided with pool towels. The changing room is next to the spa with shower facilities. Small bar near the pool with good choice of drinks. The bar inside the hotel is quite good with band, though we did not have time to enjoy it. The one thing was quite good, and I should highlight here is the lounge area, where you can rest, even-if you’ve check-out and want to rest a while. Quite big with comfortable day bed type chairs. Food: The breakfast spread is a good mix of local and international cuisine. Few choices of

Angkor Miracle Resort and Spa”

Beautiful rooms that are sizeable and well-equipped. Nice, open, welcoming reception area. The personal touches, such as a welcome drink at reception and collection from the airport were wonderful. The price! (relative to hotels in Singapore, Hong Kong and more Western destinations). All the staff (including the cleaners) were friendly asnd polite and would say hello as you walked past
The feeling of guilt from staying in such plush surrounds while knowing the staff and locals are so poorly paid relative to the prices you're paying for food, drink and accommodation. The dining options in the evening were a bit resrictive (set menu).

When I booked my room for a two-night stopover on the way to Europe (I flew into Singapore but cheap flights and a two-hour journey time made Siem Reap easily within reach) I was blown away by the low cost of what was marked down as a five-star hotel. In spite of the rating, I didn't expect the resort to be all that special given how cheap it was relative to hotels in Singapore and the like. But from being greeted at the airport by a driver holding a sign with my name on it (the first time this has happened to me!) I knew this was going to be a special place. I was greeted by the duty manager at reception, who talked me through the hotel's facilities while a sipped an ice-cold orange juice. When I got to my room I was impressed by its size and the facilities inside (desk with internet, TV, central lighting and power control unit, safe, etc). The pool was large and well serviced by the bar staff in the hut nearby, and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff at the hotel during my stay. I'd highly recommend the Angkor Miracle Resort and Spa and would definitely stay there again if I ever come back to Siem Reap.

Nothing but smiles! ”

I arrived late at night and I was given a suite instead of my originally booked room because the hotel was at full capacity. The lady who helped me check in was great and very friendly though it was already the end of her shift. Although I have stayed in better hotels, what makes Angkor Miracle Resort & Spa a memorable hotel for me is its kind Khmer staff who did whatever they could to make sure I was comfortable during my first trip to Siem Reap. I saw nothing but smiles from the staff during my entire stay and they were extremely helpful, even going as far as cutting off a broken lock on my luggage :D This may have been my first time in this hotel but it'll definitely not be my last. For the amount you pay, this hotel is incredibly worth it if you are not looking to stay in the bustling city center. 5 stars!

Amazing Hotel with Great, Professional Staff”

great rooms, great hotel resturant, swimming pool, wonderful staff

This was a great hotel to stay at. Not only are the rooms clean, large, and comfortable, but the hotel has some great amenities (spa, hair salon, cafe, restaurant, and swimming pool). I highly recommend Angkor Miracle Resort and Spa for anyone planning a relaxing holiday or one on the go as it is a great place to get a good nights sleep. All of the staff were amazing. They were extremely helpful with any questions that we had and always provided service with a smile. The food was amazing at the hotel and the breakfast buffet catered Asian and Western favourites. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who stays in Siem Reap.

Our Siem Reap Home”

This is the second time we have stayed at this resort and absolutely love it. It is definitely our Siem Reap home and I don't think I would consider staying anywhere else. There is so much effort taken with every little detail, from the fresh flowers in the foyer, to the napkin display in the cafe. The staff, whether they be of management level, hospitality or domestic make it their business with genuine warmth and interest to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The rooms are roomy, comfortable and beautifully furnished and the facilities are exceptional. Pub Street and the night markets are just a short Tuk Tuk ride away, as are the many wonders Siem Reap has to offer and at the end of a busy day sight-seeing it was simply lovely even just to relax by the gorgeous pool and recoup before heading out again in the cooler evening. Angkor Miracle is simply a beautiful resort and undoubtedly one of our favourites.

Best hotel stay ever!”

1. Friendly, exceptional staff 2. Beautiful swimming pool 3. Brand new hotel 4. Great rooms and fabulous bathroom 5. You can leave the air-con on while you go out exploring the city 6. Hourly shuttle bus the Pub Street
No cons. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Angkor Miracle Resort & Spa was one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. The hotel was only 2 months old so everything was sparkling clean and brand new. The swimming pool was so invitingly beautiful that if we weren't at the temples we were there. The staff were exceptional and friendly. Because our flight arrived at 8am we went straight to the hotel and asked if we could check in early. Without giving us a lecture as most other places do, the friendly and accommodating satff checked their reservation system and found us a room straight away. Needless to say we were incredibly greatful. They also recognised us and greeted us by name and always enquired about the various side trips and tours we'd taken. We had no problems relying on them to help organise tours or transport and sections of our itenerary. The rooms were fantastic! Firm king size beds which we found in most places in SE Asia. The rooms were beautifully and tastefully decorated in dark wood and silks and very spacious. It overlooked the atrium and pool. Housekeeping showed us how to keep the air-con on while we were out so we could return to a cool room. The location of the hotel was about 15 minutes by tuk tuk into the town centre. The hotel offerred an hourly shuttle bus (from early morning till 11pm) into town so there was no problem getting around at all. We would definitely stay here again and would highly reccommend it to everyone.

Perfect staff performance ”

Staff, Breakfast, Pool

Our stay at the Angkor Miracle made our relaxing trip to Siem Reap complete. The staff were brilliant throughout, a very welcoming pick up from the bus station was provided, despite our bus being several hours late, and check-in was smooth and quick. Our room (deluxe pool view) was spacious and clean, with separate shower and bath. The bed was comfortable and the balcony gave us a decent view of the pool and grounds. Breakfast was in the form of a buffet each morning and was open 6am-10am, allowing us to return for breakfast after viewing the sunset at Angkor Wat, and also eating well before out return trip. Food was of a high standard, however they do try to cater to the expectations of the large groups that visit the hotel: both myself and my partner enjoyed the bacon on the first day, but it disappeared for the rest of our stay and left us wondering if that was to accommodate large tour groups of Koreans, Chinese and Japanese with different dishes - therefore my one suggestion would be for the hotel to provision for an English/American breakfast. The swimming pool was large and the poolside attendants were polite and effective. The salt water is clean and does not sting the eyes. Food and drink was selective but to a high standard and brought quickly from the main kitchen. The reception staff were also helpful and informative, as well as willing to break down USD to smaller bills. At the end of our stay, check out was quick and comfortable - the bill for minibar/poolside food and drink was accurate. The transfer back to the bus station was prompt and comfortable, with the driver helping us with his local knowledge by taking directly to the bus station. All in all a good stay at a hotel that deserves the 5*'s it is listed under. My only suggestion would be to be slightly more accommodating to individual guests at managerial level.

Relaxing and Unwinding at Angkor Miracle Resort ”

The hotel's interior and exterior design. The hotel's very elegant looking and defines what angkor is all about. Very clean rooms and facilities, very nice pool, and very good and accommodating service from their staff. The highlight of it all is that they change our towels every usage. They make it a point that when the guests return to their rooms after a tiring walk and stroll outside, the towels are new and the rooms are cleaned. Food is great as well, at a valuable price. Excellent service!
the location.

If you're looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle of the city, then go stay here at Angkor Miracle Resort and Spa. The salt-water infinity pool is a must-try. We had our room overlooking the pool and it was a great way of relaxing especially at night. Service is highly commendable as well. They were able to accommodate us and prepare a dinner for two at the poolside. We also had a waiter waiting just a few steps from us to help us with any concerns. Staff are friendly as well. Service+Affordability+Superb Hotel= Angkor Miracle Resort and Spa, a place worth visiting again!

Great Hotel with tip top service”

Clean, bright with good service

Great hotel with a tip top service. All the staff are so friendly and they always serve with a smile. The main lobby is filled a lemongrass scent that are both refreshing and home welcoming. The room are bright and spacious. Washroom are clean and most of the equipment are good in condition. The spa service is also great as it help me to relax after a whole day of visiting the Angkor park. Breakfast spread is good suiting the taste bud from eastern and western visitors. In all, it is valuable for money. I will not hesitate to stay at Angkor Miracle again if I would to visit siem reap. What an enjoyable stay...

Wonderful Hotel!!!”

Beautiful hotel, friendly/helpful staff, great pool

We stayed at Angkor Miracle for one week in October. We had a wonderful stay. The room was beautiful, spacious, and modern. We spent a lot of time at the pool - there are actually 3 pools with varying depths. My 5 year old son loved the 2 most shallow pools. We ate at the hotel often because it was easiest for our family. The food was good, reasonable, with a lot of variety. The breakfast buffet, although the same everyday, was extensive. I used the concierge to book all of our activities, and he was wonderfully helpful. I would stay in this hotel again...a great, luxury hotel for a reasonable price. It is away from the busy main strip, but for our family, that's what we wanted. It's a 10 minute tuk-tuk ride into town whenever you want, and there are always drivers waiting for you. I would definitely stay here again if/when we return to Siem Reap!

only 4 months old, very clean, wonderful staff
further away from the town of Siem Reap, but you would need to take a tuk-tuk into town anyway

We were so lucky to book the Angkor Miracle when it was practically new. We had no idea how new it was until we arrived and asked the staff. As a result, the rooms were impeccably clean. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. We booked our tour guide to the temples of Angkor Wat through the hotel. $25US for a full-day tour guide! Well worth the money. The resort is located further from the town of Siem Reap compared to other resorts, but it was a short tuk-tuk ride away. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay at this wonderful Resort & Spa ”

Spacious lobby and rooms, wonderful breakfast, and nice swimming pool

This hotel is for sure a 5 star Resort & Spa. The room is spacious with firm bedding. The pool view is wonderful. The breakfast spread found to be good, being vegetarians we could get veg food always from the breakfast buffet. We tried the restaurant for lunch and dinner too, and the chef could always make veg food by removing the meat part from the standard menu. The staffs are attentive and understand what Indian Hindu vegetarian food requirement, and few of them can speak decent English. There were so many hotels in this same road, most of them are spa or resort and with the same architecture, the speciality about this hotel is the space in the front of the hotel. There is adequate parking space for cars and buses ( tour operators) here. The concierge service was also helpful and they could get us a car with driver on all days during our stay at affordable price. The complimentary pick-up and drop service offered by hotel is good. The General manager organised a nice cake as a surprise for my wife’s birthday too. I will stay in this hotel again if I visit Siem Reap, and may recommend this to fellow Indian travellers who are specifically looking for vegetarian food option.

Exceptional”

We traveled to SR in a group of 4, my Japanese parents, my husband, and me a day after our wedding. We decided to stay at Angkor Miracle resort and spa. We were so glad to meet a very kind Japanese staff miss Sakura. After she known that we were just got married, she prepared a honey moon room for my husband and me. We were really surprised as soon as we got into the room as the the bed and bath tub were decorated by roses and lotus flowers. We are so thankful to Miss Sakura for making our stays in SR so special and beautiful. We wish to stay there again.

Great Hotel for Siem Reap Trip”

We knew the location of the hotel wasn't so central, half way between Siem Reap and the airport, but it's really not so far to travel to Angkor and Siem Reap by tuktuk, only there is not much around, but the facilities make up for it. Really nice staff who are happy to help, food is good, not amazing but good, and we used the spa facilities / massage which was a great relief from walking round all the Temples. Rooms were very clean. Would consider staying here again but maybe we'd try something closer to Siem Reap next time.

Excellent, great value, lovely place”

Staff, lobby, food

Excellent, friendly staff, good food, nice spa, nice wooden decorated room, close to airport and sights, we hired driver plus van / RAV4 & tour guide form hotel for two days - it was fantastic, very helpful and flexible, even avoided the huge crowds, cold towels, cold water after every major stop - of course hotel prices but worth it. Only downside was the bed is very firm / hard, but overall I would go back again to Angkor Miracle Resort.

Great hotel in the middle of the aincient area”

The staff was very service minded and could always help if needed. Nice and tidy hotel with great rooms, pool area and service. Breakfast buffe had everything needed aand a little bit more.

It was first time in Cambodja and a experience that just took your breath! The hotel is really great with a rarley seen service minded staff and managers. A fantastic reception that throws you back to the times when Angkor was the super state in the area. Rooms with good beds and Everything you can need as a international guest. The pool area is marvelous with a spa that can provide anyone with any kind of massage for your well being. The only thing that was not as exxpected was the room with "Garden View". There is no garden to view and the closest neighbour is a Construction site where a new hotel is built. However, I still highly recomend this hotel for anyone who come to Siem Reap to enjoy tru Asian hospitality and the ancient ruins of Angok Wat and the other fantastic tempels in the area.

Great Hotel, Courteous Staff and Excellent Service

We had a wonderful time at Angkor Miracle Resort & Spa. The location is a big plus but what we loved the most was the extremely helpful and courteous staff. A big thank you to Mr. Desarath and Mr. Dysathya. Will definitely go back and recommend the hotel to friends and family.
