Great location, clean, friendly staff
Lovely place ”
I really enjoyed my stay here 4 nights in total. The staff were excellent rooms clean and bed comfy. Location is good a short tuk tuk ride to anywhere. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. One point maybe to try and avoid the 5th floor it can get noisy with the restaurant above you.
Dear John Robinson, Greeting from Claremont Angkor Boutique Hotel Very much appreciated for your value time to review us. We will try our best to improving about avoid at the 5th floor as your commend. Best regards, Savon
Im quite satisfied with my stay there.the stuff is kind and attentive with the customer needs.in fact you can ask the reception for tours around the city and can directly buy bus ticket from the reception.it would be great if they give more care about the air conditioning as water drops down to the floor.i cant review about the food because i didnt try the food there..overall,im satisfied with my stay there..will go there again if i have the chance.
Comfortable and affordable”
I found the Claremont Angkor Boutique Hotel a joy to stay at. As I had mention above, the location, the staff and the comfort of the room. It is also close to Pub Street with it's many restaurants, bars, and markets. Absolutely inexpensive.
Extremely helpful staff & clean rooms”
Good hotel to stay in! Variety of food for breakfast changes every day. Staff speaks good English and are very friendly and helpful (both at the reception and restaurant). Room was very clean with hot shower, WiFi and everything I need. Tuktuk driver was there waiting for us even though my bus arrived earlier than what I told them. Extremely happy with the service. The restaurants nearby also serves extremely nice and affordable food ($1.50 for a plate of noodles or rice). My only complain was the hotel location. According to Google Maps, the night market is just diagonal away. However night market was quite far, so we had to take a tuktuk back which costs $1.50 after bargaining. It can be quiet at night, hence dangerous to walk alone outside.
Great, staff, ideal location, great service”
I've stayed there twice recently, once as part of a group and then as a solo traveller. On both occasions, I was treated with interest, respect and politeness. Service was consistently good and also good value for money in a relatively expensive location.
excellent value for money”
We were a group of 10 people and booked two family rooms with extra beds. The rooms are enormously huge and very clean. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The roof top bar is good and the staff was friendly. Provided us drinks despite it was closed and was late. Excellent value for money
The hotel looks good in and out. Staffs are friendly and helpful and can also speak in english so it's easier to get around. They've been very helpful arranging for private taxi to take us to the border (poipet) and even packed breakfast for us upon request since we left early morning (fruits&bread). We also enjoyed staying at their bar/restaurant at the rooftop. They have comfortable beds, also have a pool and a very nice small garden outside. It was a great experience staying at the hotel. Very homey. Will recommend this hotel to anyone.
Small lovely boutique hotel”
Lovely hotel with a super friendly staff. I was there during the low period but they still provided lines of buffet for the breakfast! Location is ok, not excellent. Took me 15-20 mins walk to Old market/Pub street area. Overall is very good.
Good Hotel, Good Room, Good Service”
it is perfect for a restful, leisurely, romantic vacation. the staff are very gracious and helpful consonant to the excellent facilities of the quiet yet romantic place. i will stay there again and again and will be recommending it to friends and clients. was truly very satisfied with the stay.
Lovely hotel and service with a smile”
the bespectacled night receptionist during my stay was an asset to the hotel, with her broad sunshine smile and good command of english. the hotel is easily found along the short street 20 behind the kids plaza. note that angkor wat is not visible from the roof-top restaurant. breakfast served was acceptable, though the roof-top venue more than made up for any shortcomings. wi-fi signal was weak for my fifth floor room and for unexplained reasons, the air-conditioning did not work out even set at 19 degrees.
Lovely hotel, very comfortable”
Its a bit far from Pub street and the shopping area but its nearer to Angkor and its on a quiet street if you prefer that. The hotel has a very cool vibe to it and looks very nice. Room sizes are bigger than average and very comfortable. They have a small pool which you can dip in to relax as well as a pool table in the lobby. Will stay here again.
Great location and lovely hotel with great service”
i was very pleased with the hotel. clean environment and the staffs were excellent. i was touched by the warm welcome by the manager and given us very big comfortable rooms. the breakfast could have been better by giving us buffet but it was to chosen between to set menu (continental / kherma). 15min walk to pub street and near by to minimart and restaurants.
You get more than just a room”
we were really impressed by the good size family room that made our stay homely. clean room, very comfortable good sleeping beds, each room equip with tv( 2 tv in the family room is really good - children watch their program & so are parents), mini bar fridge and wardrobe big enough for long stay. children enjoy the pool table, swimming pool & computers with internet at lobby. these facilities really well used by my children. we enjoyed the roof top restaurant for the good ambience in the morning for our breakfast. breakfast is simple & good but do with a little generous for toast since extra are chargeable. service level by staff was good & english speaking but room for improvement as they promise to pick us at airport but was 45 min delay.
Lovely hotel, great pool”
Large clean airy modern rooms, tiled floor, big bathroom. Good wifi, cold air con. Pool is great after a day at temples. Breakfast on top floor, good views, good breakfast selections, egg chef. Top floor also bar at night. There is a 7 Eleven style supermarket and chemist 50 meters up street on corner of Wat Bo Road. Approx 5 minute stroll along riverside to Pub Street / Old Market / Night Market. Will stay here again.
Great hotel, nice pool”
Large clean fresh rooms. Near riverside, but quiet. Big bathrooms. Good wifi. Friendly and helpful staff. Great rooftop breakfast area, good view, lovely breakfast selection. Good swimming pool downstairs, just the place to go for a dip and a cold drink after long day seeing temples. Several Tuk Tuks out front on street. Apsara Market (think large 7 eleven) only 50 meters up on corner with Wat Bo Road. Not far away from Old Market & Pub Street, maybe 5 minute stroll. Have stayed here several times in past years, will come back again. Recommend.
Cute, quaint, quiet”
A really nice stay here, with friendly staff, quiet surroundings (while being close enough to Pub Street etc) and a great pool. A+.
