Big Room and Great Staff”
A few minutes drive away from Old Market or Pub Street. The hotel is well maintained and well managed. The pool is great and relaxing. Poolside restaurant is great. We would recommend to our friends.
Nice hotel but thats it”
Big and nice rooms and plesant service. Breakfast is good but coffee is below average. Pool is pretty big, but so is the hotel. Barmans (-girls) in a lobbybar are untrained, you can get cocktail with different taste even you ordered same as last time. This was disappointing.
The aircond was way too noisy. Really noisy 24 hours a day. The toilet blocked once. The staff slept every night on the front couch which is not professional. I got an approval letter from Agora for an early check in but was refused. I contacted Agora but I still have not got any reply yet. It was very disappointing. A group of 20 + young Australians made big noises everyday. In the swimming pool they partied a few hours and no staff told them to be quiet. They didn’t provide towels for the swimming pool for the first 2 days but they provided them from day 3. The hotel itself was quite old. They only provided 1 key to 2 guests so we could not leave the aircond on when we went out. When we returned we had to wait to cool our room. The steam and dry sauna was fantastic. The swimming pool was clean and huge. The building style looked pretty antique. In overall I would not recommend this hotel. The biggest reason is the aircond is just way too noisy even when it is on fan 1...can’t sleep.
Very good ”
Very spacious room Good WiFi Confortable mattress and pillows Beautiful swimming pool Good breakfast A bit distant from the city centre but just take a yuk yuk for a dollar no more, and negotiate price as some tend to not honour it!!!!
great location ”
Was a great stay - centrally located easy access to pub street and everything that matters Rooms were very clean - staff was exceptional and very informative Quite lively on the main street but quite worth the while - had a great stay
A great hotel located strategically within Siem Reap”
The location of this hotel is great. From here it is just few minutes walking distance from the restaurants and eateries. It is also just few minutes ride away to the night market and pub street. The room is big and comfortable for two adults and two young children. Staff are helpful with any request. Every room come with balcony either facing the main street or the swimming pool.
Great service. The Staff were all very kindly, and would always check you had everything you needed. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and very pleasant. The pool was lovely and relaxing.
The friendly staff accommodated our requests such as last minute room service and Housekeeping. The hotel was centrally located and within walking distance to major amenities as well as the night market. The room was cozy, though the balcony did not offer much of a view. The Swimming pool was huge and deep but had bats flying around at night, close to the water, so I would not advice Swimming after dusk. Despite these small things, the hotel made us feel very welcomed and made our trip very enjoyable.
Dear Siva, Thank for taking your time sharing your experience with us. We are delighted that you were satisfied with our services and facilities. we hope to serve you again once you visit Siem Reap, Cambodia. Warmly Regards, The Management
Living in the paradise”
The staffs of the hotel is helpful and polite. The room is clean and big. The breakfast buffet is very good .Massage here is also very good too. Living in Angkor Paradise Hotel just like living in the paradise
Angkor Paradise Hotel is a nice hotel with good services all around, and would be one of the few hotels to recommend to friends. The price is a bit on the high side and a bit out from most of the attractions. The rooms are large with a nice balcony.
Helpful staff, good location, good facilities”
This is an old but well kept hotel, with traditional khmer style of furnitures. It may be a bit eerie but it sets the mood as well for immersing yourselves in the cambodian culture, as they are keen on wood carvings and the like. We booked for 2 nights and adjusted our schedule to have a quick trip to phnom penh. They let us stay there while waiting for the bus to phnom penh and were very gracious in helping us plan our tours even with phnom penh. They allowed us to leave our bags in the hotel for 2 days as our flight back home leaves from siem reap. even though we already checked out 2 days before, when we returned to siem reap, they still helped us with our bookings for the sunset tour and held onto our bags so that we can roam siem reap freely before we left that night. They even allowed us to use the shower room at the gym, including the sauna if we wished to have a quick shower to freshen up before our flight. We also got a massage worth 10usd and i think thats a reasonable price. Its about 3 mins away from pub street and night market which is good since it was peaceful and we were not in a very crowded location, but still with easy access to all the places we wanted to visit. Also near the airport but the hotel can also offer to take you there. Pick up from the airport was very prompt and on time. I emailed them as i forgot to include details of our flight when i booked, and they responded immediately. Im really happy with this hotel.
Smiles go a Long Way”
The place is like a time capsule. Dark polished teak wood furniture, floors, stairways, etc. The craftsmanship was tremendous. Unlike other older hotels, the upkeep is excellent and everything looks like new. Friendliest hotel staff I've ever met. I commented that the room was too hot using the room key, so they turned to a/c on 24/7. There was no distracting city noise even though we were minutes from the entertainment center. What impressed me the most was the service. You made a request and the staff returned promptly with your order as you asked for it. I've stayed in other SE Asian countries and the Cambodian staff was far better than any other place I've stayed. Can't wait to go back. Nice relaxing pool. 5 minute tuk tuk taxi to Pub Street. This was paradise.
Great hotel at reasonable price”
As a 5-star hotel, the price is really reasonable and they provided cool facilities. All of my families enjoyed our stay at Paradise! The pool, the staff and their service, they were all satisfactory!!
This is the best hotel we booked so far. Everything is perfect and if there are bad qualities of this hotel, it was overshadowed by the good ones. The room is very large. We were upgraded to Paradise floor which is the topmost floor because it was my birthday. The room is cozy, mostly wood and has its own sun bathing deck which is kinda awesome. The staffs are very warm and friendly and they did their best to give you a quality and good service. My husband coordinated with the hotel manager to surprise me with petals of roses in our bed and in the bath tub plus a bouquet of flower during my birthday. Well that is a very nice gesture. The breakfast is delicious and has many choices compared to others. The location is quite far from the old market but there's a lot of tuktuk outside the hotel which made it easy to go anywhere. The wifi is not that strong but it's not really a necessity if you come here to relax and do sightseeing of the kingdom of wonders. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends who will visit Siem Reap. It's totally has value for money.
Their service is Superb!”
The staffs from this hotel are very warm and friendly. They make sure to give you best comfort and they are fast too. I really love their breakfast. They have a lot of food choices depending on your taste buds.
A Good Hotel but Rather Tired”
The hotel is large with a lovely pool and well situated on route 6. The room was a bit tired with no hand held shower to wash hair and rather small poor quality towels. One of the biggest problems is the very slow internet that a number of guests complained about. Mine was so bad that staff tested it and agreed it didn't work so messed around and installed a router which helped. Breakfast was the worst I have had and this is the 6th hotel in my travels. I usually have juice fruit toast and coffee. The fruit choice was poor sometimes there would be empty plates and only dragon fruit left or as in one case 3 small pieces of watermelon. Never any pineapple in my 5 day stay. I couldn't drink the fruit juice as it was diluted like squash but very sweet and I am diabetic. I would have assumed you couldn't get good juice in Cambodia but my last hotel (Sun and Moon) in Phnom Penh had superb juice. There were a number of items in the room not working but they were quickly repaired by the staff. I have given the staff top marks as they were excellent particularly the gentleman in charge the night I arrived who sorted room problems and Internet. I used the restaurant on 2 occasions and the food was pleasant but ordinary. Again the service was excellent. I feel the hotel is more 3+ than 4* but for those wanting a lovely pool it is hard to beat.
Good location, Good rest”
We came to Siem Reap to get some culture, and some rest from our busy business schedule. And we achieved both. Loved the hotel. A few mosquitoes in the room, but I killed one, and rest flew away! Best papaya salad by the pool! Loved it so I had it twice!
So Comfortable! ”
We loved our Christmas stay! The hotel is located about a 15 minute drive to Angkor Wat. There are a few restaurants near the hotel, but the hotel food was rather delicious. The breakfast was diverse with a lot of different foods each day. Our room was on the top floor with an extremely large balcony. The wood floors were a bit slick, but the size and amenities of the room were excellent. The pool was refreshing after touring temples all day. I would definitely go back.
Great location with helpful staffs and cozy room”
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel totally, they are able to assist me for almost all my request and they provide very good service from reception to their tutu driver. will chosoe to stay there again if i going to visit rep.
Great place. Nice 4 day stay. ”
it was a great stay, a short tuk tuk ride down to pub street, and a short tuk tuk ride to Angkor wat. A nice 4 star hotel with a great Buffett breakfast. Close to restaurants and street food vendors. Easy to find on the main highway. And the staff is great and courteous, specially the bell boys.
