After Wedding Relaxing
We recently stayed at Anika with a group of 10 people to unwind after a few busy days in Cebu City and elsewhere on Bantayan Island. Right from the first welcome we felt right at home. The staff were great, the rooms were great, the food was great and the beach was fabulous. We would stay again.

too far
bantayan island was really too far from cebu city. the place was quite and nice. the room was a bit small but clean. beach gets low around 4pm unlike boracay and others it gets high at noon till dawn. over all it's a nice place to stay in bantayan.

Nice place to stay
The room was really clean, the sheets, the bathroom. The room was kind of warm though during the afternoon, seems the wall of the room is made of thick roof or something (looks like a trailer) so it was really hot inside the room during the day. The staff was friendly and helpful.

you can smell crude oil on the beach since it's near Sta. Ge Port. The beach is not really good like
The only good thing about this resort is their staff, they have a very friendly, accomodating and beautiful staff. We occupied the ocean view room which is very small and not worth it for the price. There's no telephone available to contact the reception or call for a room service, you really have to go and walk to the reception to get one. The beach is not relaxing, a lot of boats are passing by and to see the view of Sta. Fe port on the right side is really frustrating not to mention the dreadful smell of crude oil. Bathroom sucks too because of the poor water flow. Food price is reasonable try their food atleast once or twice then explore the restaurants outside Anika in Sta. Fe Bayan (5 mins tricycle ride).

It's my friend and I's first time travelling to Cebu and we truly enjoy our stay with Anika. All the staff were very helpful and nice. We had the ocean view room and it was really clean and quiet. The hotel provide pickup service to the pier and also bicycles to cycle around the island. You can also choose to walk to the main town area which is about a 10-15 mins walk, but you get to see and experience the village lifestyle. Would love to go back again !

Dont stay here. They are greedy & all they do is sit around looking at their cellphones.
I spent P10K to stay here, & they refuse to give us 2 glasses of ice. Said its P35. No breakfast uncluded, & most all their food full of Magic Sarap, which is monosodium glutamate. YUMMY.

Check in was a hassle since we had to wait for our rooms. Food was generally good but there is not much options. Tour rates that will be booked via the hotel are too expensive. Very quiet but the openness of the hotel allows non guest to enter the vicinity (We are OK with it ) but some occupy all the seats by the beach just to take pictures. Shuttle service to and from the port area is a plus and the driver and the staff are very friendly. Will definitely go back. Cheers.
