Overpriced Hotel
We had a relaxing stay however I feel that everything here is kind of overpriced. For its price, we do not have a blower or mini bar in the room. They also did not provide in-room slippers. You are not allowed to bring food inside the compound yet their food does not taste that good and is very expensive! beverages as well.

Relaxing and accomodating
The place was really nice. It has a very nice view and it was really clean. The staff was really nice and polite. All in all, our entire stay was worth it.

It is not worth it
Breakfast is so poor, no varities, for 200$+ a night, you expect much better breakfast, I asked for the room go be cleaned, no response for few hours until I called for the third time they responded, I asked for the internet password, the receptionist asked for my phone no. to text me the password, after following up for 3 times she texted me, simply they don't care!!!!

Good for just relaxing
Place is very nice for relaxing. Not much to do though if you're not into diving or sea water activities. The pool is great for just chilling.

It has the potential but failed in execution
The place is really beautiful and secluded, a perfect getaway from the rustle and bustle of the city. The place has a really nice view and a lot of water activities plus the staff is courteous and helpful. There are a couple of things that rob it from being one of the best places in Anilao: 1) The price - We stayed at the bayfront suite which is a bit pricey for such a bare room. It only had a bed, tv, bidet and hot water. No ref, no room slippers, no bag for your wet clothes, no shower curtain, no hair dryer. You'd expect more for what you're paying for. 2) The food - The food is okay, nothing exceptional, and almost all of the food items are priced at P250. The serving is generous but after a couple of dishes they start to taste the same. 3) Cleanliness - Our first night in our bed and I already had an allergic reaction to the bed. We asked for them to change the sheets the next day and I was no longer itching like crazy. The pool could use some cleaning, the water is clean but there are tons of stuff floating in the water that they should've cleaned before we checked-in. The pool was still not clean after we checked-out.

Overpriced resort
I paid P26k+ for 2 nights for 4 adults & a toddler. The common areas were nice but the room is very basic for the price paid. It doesnt even have a fridge & coffeemaker. The towels were all worn out & the beddings have stains all over them. The receptionist even warned us we wont be able to get the deposit of P2k if we get any of the towels. We wouldnt dare, they look like 10 yrs old already. The bathroom doesnt even have a separator between the toilet bowl & the shower except the flimsy shower curtain so naturally the whole bathroom floor would be flooded once we take a shower. Two of my children followed the last night, around 10pm & we asked how much would an extra mattress be. They said we need 2 at P1750 each even after much bargaining with them to let us just have one. In the end my children had to travel back to Manila because they wouldnt want to pay that much in principle. We left on the 3rd day as early as we can, not a bit happy with our overpriced vacation. Not going back!

well maintained resort, but they charge everything, waiting time
The resort is new, clean, and well maintained. It took as ling waiting time to check in and out, even there's no other guest in the resort. They charge everything, from early check in's, food corkage(junk foods), guest (visitors), etc. which most of the resorts in Anilao doesn't do this. overall, still recommend the resort if budget isn't an issue.

Weekend getaway
It started out good since we arrived the resort early they suggested us to rent their speed boat to go snorkeling. We all enjoyed it. We were famished after the boat trip and back at the resort 1pm. Ordered lunch our order arrived after an hour. after the long wait we expected our rooms to ready BUT NOT!!! knowing that they gave our room to another guest!!!!! WHATTT!!!! They can't explain why. GRRRR.... then we waited for another hour they they finally gave us our room. Overall the resort was nice except for the stairs going up and down.

Security, Staff, and Facilities
This time, I purchased a family room. The hot shower will sometimes work, but suddenly goes off while you are having a shower, and just like my first review, I don't see any life guards on duty. Nor a security guard. I called 3 times To know more information about me bringing a kid, unfortunately those 3 calls were useless because of all of the staff that answered didn't even know the answer for a question as simple as this. "Would I be paying for a 6 year old kid?" 0-7 are free thanks to agoda "Would there be Equipment for kids small size" None. equipment's are good from teenagers - had to be there to know. lastly, I surrendered an ID, also the receipt of my agoda booking. But they are outstandingly writing down the wrong name. it's okay if it's a misspelled one. But a whole different name?! Really now? How under trained can the staff be? a Simple name.
