My husband and I spent 4 nights here and it truly was paradise. The location is wonderful-- within minutes walk to the main night market shopping strip and the pristine Coral Beach. It's like being in the jungle-- cats, monkeys, hornbills all roam free within the nearby trees. One night we even saw a wild boar rummaging through the bushes! The rooms are large with beautiful wall-to-wall windows and absolutely wonderful balconies. I loved the comfy, large bed, modern shower and vanity area. Lots of storage and even a safe. The staff is very accommodating and helpful-- they even helped us rent scooters. I was really impressed by the breakfast-- it changes every day and everything we ate was delicious and fresh. There was fresh juice, fruit and coffee and tea out every morning. The pool area was wonderful, as well! Clean, clear, lots of places to lounge and sit. Sadly, the spa was not working when we were there, but we still enjoyed the pool. The only minor issue we had was with housekeeping on one day-- noone cleaned our room, despite us leaving the sign out on our door. We asked reception about it in the early evening and were told someone would come at 7:30 pm (we needed towels and our trash taken out) but when we returned at 8:30, no one had come. However, I called reception and they immediately sent someone to collect the trash and refresh the toiletries and towels. I really appreciated that they quickly rectified the issue. STAY HERE. It is an incredible value for the money, the location can't be beat, and you'll feel like you're in tropical paradise. Great for couples and families-- I hope someday we can come again!

I have been to Pangkor a few times but never get experience as good as my stay at the Anjungan Beach Resort, everything was so perfect!! When we arrived, the check in was so smooth with friendly hotel staff, we got a room in front of the pool which the view was amazing. When we check in, the room is already cool (they get the room ready n turn on the aircond before we get here) which is soo thoughtful. We get to cool down from the hot weather outside 😂 thank you so much for that. Truly made our day. The room and toilet are spacious and clean. It’s very comfortable for us. We had such a good night sleep. The breakfast was the best part, we get to choose ala carte breakfast + extra buffet which are so good. We are enjoying our breakfast with the view of the pool. They provide the Anjungan Pangkor guide brochure which is so useful for those who want to find activity and explore Pangkor. The location to the beach is just walking distance (very near) + a lot of shops, food stall, souvenir nearby with fire show at the beach at night. Simply amazing! Very demure, very mindful. Anjungan Beach Resort is a beautiful retreat situated on one of the best streets, bustling with hawkers and seafood restaurants—especially lively on weekends. It's just a short walk to the beach, where you can swim, enjoy the sunset, and have a delightful dinner. The rooms are cleaned daily, the pool is lovely, and the resort’s peaceful atmosphere is a highlight, perfect for relaxing in a hammock while listening to the soothing sounds of the beach and nature. In the evenings, you can witness hornbills flying around the resort, a wonderful sight, though it's wise to be cautious of the monkeys. On one occasion, we accidentally left the bathroom window open, and a monkey came in and took our toiletries! We stayed in a room with a hammock, which was pleasant, although climbing up four flights of stairs can be a bit tiring, especially with a small child. The breakfast was great, but it's served à la carte rather than as a buffet. Overall, we had a fantastic three-night stay and would definitely return. Thank you, Anjungan Beach Resort!

The stay was fairly comfortable with some nice aspects. The breakfast was tasty, and the pool was well-maintained, adding a pleasant touch to the experience. However, there were a few issues: some corners of the room and the toilet door were not clean, and there were stains on the curtains. The lock on the door was also difficult to close, which was inconvenient. Overall, with better cleaning and minor maintenance, the stay could have been much more enjoyable.
