Not welcoming and Not clean.Made arrangements with Julie to drop off bags before check in and when we arrived she was very unwelcoming. She continue to tell us how busy she was. The photos are nothing to reality. She cares so little that the numbers displayed outside the B&B to help those arriving have fallen off the house and are lying with the dead plants on the front stairs. When we checked in and went to our room, the carpet was not vacuumed. When we pulled down the the beds there was tissues, hair , etc. Extremely soiled sheets. I went and told Julie. Her response was that she thought I was coming to tell her about the carpets not being vaccumecd, as her cleaner does not like to use the hover. Just not clean and unacceptable. Between the greasy breakfast, bathroom the side of a closet, uncleanliness, rude staff, I would never believe such a B&B existed in such a warm and welcoming country. Have traveled to Ireland 6 times and never have we felt so unwelcomed.

Our first B&B experienceThe location is great - very close to bus to City Center. If you are going to travel there, make sure to go on line early and get the visitor Leap pass for the public transportation. The room was nice, the shower was very slick...we ended up putting towels down in it to not slip. Breakfast was good, but it would have been nice to know that I didn't have to order the full Irish breakfast each day. Julie is very nice and helpful with our plans for our days in Dublin. Definitely visit the National Museum. It is really amazing! And FREE!
