Beautiful scene, clean room with very helpful staff. I came here at 5am, sooner than check-in time and they still support me to rent a bike to travel around. After that, they tried to help me book another 1 day with 2 rooms next to each other when they are busy. Highly recommend! Will comeback everytime I come here!

Hotel room was clean and comfy. It was an ocean view if you looked out at an awkward angle haha. The breakfast was basic and cheap. The staff were friendly and helpful. A good value hotel but nothing to write home about.

Quiet location with drawbacks...”
Hotel location is DEFINITELY NOT Beachfront(at best second row from beachfront as there is another row of building infront of main boulevard, you also then have to cross the main BLVD to get access to Beach). So no this is NOT beachfront as listed, incorrect & misleading, not show good faith toward customer here. Deluxe double room is decently noise isolated & clean. Although initially they gave us a room with broken/inoperable key card lock then tried to give us the actual lock to by pass the door being as it is the ONLY key they have, WTF(?). After showering seems the water in shower would not drain, so I called reception to switch room. Initially they were reluctant to swap me another room(wonder why?) when it is better to not give out a room with inoperable lock & bad drains? Why even bother to use the broken room when you have plenty of other unused room? Sacrifice your customer's satisfaction just to make it convinient for room services employee? One has to really wonder who hired these incompetence managers that does not seems to know customer satisfactions are priceless?? Water in reception front desk was DIRTY being filled with little speck of white dirts from god know what. Wifi on the 8 & 9th floor was connectable but INOPERABLE (wtf??). I notified front desk but NOTHING was done even before our checkout date. Front receptionist seems useless....as the ONLY thing they seems competent at is check in/out and taking customer money. AC is top notch though, blows super cool & strong. Bed is super soft & decently comfy. Overall would only recommend this hotel to get good quiet night sleep with decent bed & AC. Other than that everything else is the standard incompetent & bad quality you see at 90% of places in VN.
