The best place to stay in Vang Vieng!”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Annecy Hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The Manager Kape is a very sweet and friendly guy, so were all of the attendants who were very helpful. The view of the Karst hills from the room was incredibly refreshing, breakfast was quite satisfying and we really enjoyed swimming in the pool which is super clean and well maintained. Great place with great value for money! Would be glad to return here any day!

The room is comfortably spacious, clean and fully furnished; LED TV, refrigerator, dryer. Hotel is locate at centre, but totally you will not feel noisy and can sllep well at night. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, especially staff namely Kham Thai at Reception , i am not familiar with the safety box operation, toally ask him 3 times to my room guide me, still keep his friendly smile and patience , really very good service attitude !!! The hotel manager also very friendly and kind, help me take the luggage to the bus.

Staying at Vangvieng for a business trip and I was recommended this hotel from my friend. The hotel is new with beautiful decorations. the rooms is clean and spacious with a lovely view of the mountains. Staffs is extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain at all. I had a great stay at the hotel annecy, everything was impressive the day you started, the hotel was very clean, luxurious and the staff were very friendly, the pool was also an absolute plus point. I advise you to swim at night, have a great breakfast and the menu is changed every day, advising people to stay here

Good price and value for money. Im surprised that the Vietnamese just replaced all Lao people in this hotel. They probably should invest in some local manpower. Feel like im in Vietnam

Very nice place for the money. We had the Mountain view with balcony and that was very nice. Breakfast was just OK. Food was good but cold most of the time. Ran out of coffee several times.

Good hotel but staff like to disappear”
This is a good hotel. It is built rather cheaply but is quite solid. The free breakfast is quite good but cheap addition when you have 2 children with you. The swimming pool is small but we'll maintained. The hot water is central and takes about 3 minutes to heat up. TV stations are only 8 satellite stations. Staff booking system is paper (no computer) so expect issues. Staff speak some English but I saw Chinese and Koreans being snubbed and disappear into the shadows. Housekeeping seems part time as rarely seen. Lift broke down for one night but was fixed next morning. Room has balcony shared with neighbours. One street from night market and 2 streets from nightlife. Car park is dirt next to building. Quiet location (no buildings next door). Beds are comfortable. Great views of the mountains and city. Lots of electrical points in room. Little bigger size rooms. Door locks are keys. Non decorated hotel. Could be a lot better for only a little effort. Obviously no hotel manager.

The breakfast was good buffet. Reasonable choices. Swimming pool well maintained. Room is little larger than normal with good views of mountains and city. Near night market and night life (what there is). Lift had issues for one night. Fixed by morning. Staff are like ghosts and all disappear very fast. No computer system for booking. Door keys are old school. Balcony is shared with neighbors. Hotel Chinese construction style but reasonable. Devoid of art and plants which would brighten the hotel up. Car park is dirt next door. Beds quite good. Not enough towels supplied. No one to be found to ask for towels. TV stations are 8 free Thai Satellite only. Seemed to be devoid of management. Overall OK for the price.

Ok for a few nights sleep but don't let the pics fool you. They definitely make the Hotel look better than it actually is. Breakfast is lacking. And the view isint that good. Hotel Staff seems to struggle to communicate, even with basic Lao. It wasn't too bad but next time I'm booking a place next to the river.

Decent Modern Place - Quiet Spot”
Perfect spot for relaxing and exploring Vang Vieng. Hotel in decent spot, away off the main hubbub of it all! Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast okay, though dining area a little dirty. They did not clear tables quickly or wipe down properly with clean cloths and cleaning fluid. Would go again...

This is a decent place to stay, not far from the center of town. Overall, it is a very average hotel. All around, it feels very cheap and is not that clean. The rates are okay, but not appropriate to the quality. I would look for another place before staying here again.
