i was not comfortable as room beside my room was having renovation

Doesnt get any closer than this in the heart of Bukit Bintang. Hallway to rooms pretty old but rooms are clean and modern.

Bad customer service”
It was bad customer service from the time I stepped into the hotel, for check in, it was rude interactions. Even getting luggage tagged since check in time was at 3, the concierge was not nice. Came back to the hotel about 5 pm and went to the reception to ask for the room key, they couldn’t find my name. Left me for a good 10 mins before I approached another of his colleague and I was rudely treated saying there’s no name in the reservation. When I’ve already informed his colleague earlier on that I’ve already registered earlier. After all that, name was found, I got my key but there was no sorry from the team. This hotel is nowhere deserve its 4 star rating.

Housekeeping don't know english. No breakfast - even though paid so much but as good as no breakfast”
Booked a more expensive room which include breakfast, end up given a voucher to eat at a small cafe downstairs where Im the only customers, serve nasi lemak with rice, boil egg, chili with anchovies, that's all, and the coffee is worse than 3 in 1 which can't be drank, no taste, and if you put the milk inside it does not mix and white bubbles floating inside. Next day, gave starbucks voucher instead, RM20. Buy a large coffee and that's all, cannot even buy a piece of pastry. I booked for include breakfast, if you can't provide a proper hotel style breakfast buffet, at least allow us to get a coffee and a pastry in starbucks with your voucher. Staffs mix up body lotion, shampoo and bath gel, give me 10 bottles of bath gel and shampoo despite me asking for body lotion, continued for 2 nights cos staff can't read the bottles.

This is my first time staying at ANSA, but will not be my last time. I had tried several hotels in Bukit Bintang area, and I have to say this is the most worth the price hotel. Location is so strategic, the room is spacious (I booked deluxe room), the cleanliness is the best and I love their bed (was wondering what is the brand). The staff were friendly and helpful.

The central air conditioner is not functioning very well. It is preferable to have the shower and toilet to have a lock on their door. Not only that, a proper room for toilet and shower is needed. Housekeeping is a bit slow when we're asking for things. We have to call them several times.

Pros: strategically located in Bukit Bintang close to MRT and Monorail station, clean and friendly staff, walking distance to jalan Alor. Cons: No restaurant for breakfast and no swimming pool. Overall: Value for Money for family trip.

location is the power of this hotel, right in the hectic bukit bintang with much shop and eateries below.. we stay in the ansa suite newly renovated room and the room was spacious, modern and lovely, the bed were very comfortable with 2 toliet, we usually stay in the opposite street 5 star hotel but we like ansa better.. will sure do stay there again next time we’re in KL

This place is incredibly convenient in terms of location and distance to major tourists go to places such as Pavilion, starhill gate, lot10 etc. Below the hotel theres a malay food cafe that serves the best Nasi Kerabu. Just outside the hotel theres money changer, 7/11, starbucks and other cafes and eateries that close quite late at night. Hotel staff were also very helpful and attentive esp with our luggages. My wife really went crazy about the room we has as it was very clean, comfortable and had a beautiful modern concept. Will def come back to stay here.

Pros - Awesome location, so near to malls and public transports. - Room 911 was surprisingly spacious and have ample storage space. - Bed was comfortable and room well air conditioned (in fact it gets a wee too cold at times). - Check in and check out were fast, and efficient. Great front office staffers. - Housekeepers too very attentive and does a good job in tidying up the room. Cons - No other hotel amenities like pool and restaurants. - Noise from the streets do travel to the rooms, so just bring your ear plugs just in case.

Great location Located at Golden Triangle. In between Fahrenheit and Lot 10. Easy access to Monorail and Downtown MRT station. Walking distance to Pavilion, KLCC and Berjaya Times Square. Jalan Alor is the best places for food.

Locations- good and bad.”
Good and bad Location; Good location- just a walking distance to variety Shopping Malls. Bad location- at night it will be very noisy till 2-3am. And traffic congestion everytime we are heading back to hotel via taxi.

My last visit i booked a superior room. Given on Level 4 at the end. It smell when open the door. Immediately request room change. I upgrade to deluxe room and paid extra. At level 3. The room have plenty of ants. The wooden floor also bulge up. The only good of it is the location
