Very strategic location for tourists”
The location of this hotel is very strategic since it is located in the heart of Bukit Bintang. Surrounded with shopping malls and restaurants which make it convenient to the Hotel Ansa guests to do shoppings and dinings. In terms of facilities, as far as I know that there is no gym, spa and swimming pool at the hotel. Therefore, I would recommend this hotel for the tourists that need a hotel just for overnight and rest place after long day trip.

Pros : location, location, location Cons : when i booked via agoda it said i'll get free mini bar ( for 2 rooms and 2 nights) . After asking about 2times, they finally gives us (one room only) with 1 coke, 1 fanta and 1 orange juice. To be honest i have no problem with it, I don't even take it home. But don't make me asked the same question over and over again :) Thanks

If you will be out most of the time then this hotel is a good enough. Fast check in/out, friendly staff, near to everything. The standard room in Agoda pics is quite deceiving. I think it's practical for the hotel not to have a restaurant because everything is just outside the hotel, literally. The food court beside the hotel (lot 10 mall basement) has really good local food. The Pavillion mall almost across is good for high end shopping and offers a lot of options for dining. The only downside is traffic during rush hour

Good location with good price”
The only downside is that the shower, toilet and sink are outside within the room. Maybe suitable for couples rather than families or friends.

1. Location wise is awesome. 2. Air condition having problem, staff came to fix it but wearing shoes inside the room walking around so the floor full of dirt, small stones, sands. 3. Checking out and couldn't open the door, called up reception, staff came to kick the door and the lock was broken so i could leave.

this hotel value for good location ”
the management need to be improved, we paid for Ansa deluxe twin bed room( new renovated) but given the deluxe old room and tower given was very very old, look dirty some more the Pillow cover was split and there is big hole at the back cover, bedsheet was not fully clean with stained of blood . it’s worst ! Please do take this matter into consideration . staff lack of politeness, not attentive

easy to walk anywhere , love the hotel and the room we got just air con not cool enough the front desk lady in the afternoon never smile or friendly but the bell boy are very helpful , pay extra for gov tax 10 rm every night but it happen everywhere in KL. they will cut off from your deposite be aware. checkin time at 3 pm

This is a business trip with partners. The price for twin bed room and 1 bed room is different price, however we also choose to pay more for the twin bed room, because we want to sleep in different bed and also inform we will have a late check in while booking. After all day meeting and reach hotel we hope to have a good rest, but while check in the reception told us our twin bed room is not available and they arrange 1 bed room for us. But we already booked in advance and pay more for that but you return me with a room which i dont wish to. If your twin bed room is not available you should inform us earlier or once u know that, at least we can change to other hotel with the room we need. Not inform us while we reach for check in. We park our car in the carpark and was charged RM10 for parking although we are in house guest. LOL.

Evrything is really worth the price. I would give 10 out of 5 star for hospitality. Quick respon to customer request. I even got a upgrade room which is more convenient for family with young children. Would stay here again

I had a few bad experiences with this hotel. The hotel is not very accommodating and often find opportunities to put on additional charges despite room rate is relatively expensive. There are many more 3/4 stars nearby that offer much lower rate. I will be looking forward to give a try in my next visit to KL.

The central air conditioner is not functioning very well. It is preferable to have the shower and toilet to have a lock on their door. Not only that, a proper room for toilet and shower is needed. Housekeeping is a bit slow when we're asking for things. We have to call them several times.

Pros: strategically located in Bukit Bintang close to MRT and Monorail station, clean and friendly staff, walking distance to jalan Alor. Cons: No restaurant for breakfast and no swimming pool. Overall: Value for Money for family trip.
