Good location but stupid staff & management
hotel change name & management that become even worst was there last time that was not this round went the lobby become cleaner but the whole hotel feeling is worst.

superb location, starbucks for breakfast
I've stayed at this hotel previously when it was Piccolo. Room still looks the same, clean, spacious & comfortable. It is located in between LOT 10 and Fahrenheit. Another reason I chose this hotel is also because it has parking so it's convenient for those who drive. The only complaint would be the aircond at the lobby is not very cold. There's a Starbucks cafe, where we were given vouchers for breakfast which was awesome. directly opposite Starbucks is a new cafe called Greyhound cafe. So you will not go hungry.

only one complaint - room was too noisy. Stayed on the 6th floor and could hear loud music from the streets till way past midnight.

Great location
Smack in the center of KL BB. Right beside is Lot 10, where u can get good food from Hutong Food Court. At the other side is Pavillion, Starhill. Good rooms, with look through shower glass panel.
