    The staff are very friendly”

I like our room, it's very neat and with AC however, it was shared bathroom which was not really bad because most of the guest are not always around. I just don't like the location it's far from the restaurants and travel tours that we need to walk 15-20 min just to eat and come back, however they offer pick-up and drop off upon check-in and check-out which was nice about them. For those who knows how to drive motorbike they have for rent as well, I recommend to rent from them for your convenience.

    Value for money, quiet location”

Value for money. The staff is very kind and courteous and would provide what we need even if it's already late. Location is a 15 min walk from El Nido town but you'll appreciate the quiet surroundings here. Will be back here in case i'll be in EN again. :)

Quite part of El Nido ”

The room was nice and spacious. Air con worked brilliantly and we could hire a scooter from the accommodation which made getting around El Nido easy ! A very nice stay on a budget.

The staffs are not aware of your arrival. ”

Guests are always complaining for the ff: 1. NO TRANSFERS FROM TERMINAL . (ONLY TRICYCLE CAN PASS THROUGH THE SMALL PATH GOING TO THE ACCOMMODATION) 2. NO AVAILABLE ROOM UPON ARRIVAL EVEN IF YOU ALREADY PAID 3. As per guests check in at Antonio, these are their common feedbacks: STAFFS ARE SURPRISE AS IF THEY ARE NOT AWARE SOMEBODY WILL CHECK IN ON THAT DAY. STAFFS AT THE PROPERTY ARE NOT ACCOMMODATING. Rooms are ok for the rate. But if they cannot improve or even give the right service for the guests, better to look for other accommodation rather than ruining your trip.

    Above average”

Good for the price, especially since we had an airconditioned 6pax family room. Only complaint is the bathroom stunk and seemed like it was not cleaned, also we almost got attacked by a pack of dogs right outside the hotel when we tried to go out for dinner. There was free coffee provided which was nice, we drank that instead of dinner. Great place otherwise.

    DON'T GO”

I would definitively not recommend this hotel to anyone. We had to stay our 3 nights because prepaid (our big mistake) and other hotel booked. Cons : 1. Staff can't say hello and obviously can't even smile. We felt like disturbing when asking something. 2. Comfort room : - There are mosquitos (during dry season) and even found a snail - Dark. You won't feel happy to use it - No paper. You have to ask reception 3. Room : - smells weird like stale/wet - lots of ants (not shy). They will sleep with you - spots on the wall but ok. Pros : Quiet place far from El Nido town centre. 15/20mn walking Close to small shops. Possible to rent motorbike next door (shop)

Good value for money but bad location”

It is very far from other establishments and requires 10-15 minutes walk from the beach, passing by a cemetery and dark alley. However, you can request to be fetched by the hotel's tricycle for free. There were also times when water was unavailable during my stay.

budget pension with clean room near Caalan beach”

if you telephone them, their tricycle will pick you up in El Nido for 70p. Many of the local trike drivers refuse to go down this path, it is narrow is placed and rough. If you have only light bags or trying to save money, it's easily walkable and has the most breathtaking views. The place seems a bit run down , everything a bit old and the staff disinterested. But the room was clean enough and have Aircon , even though it says fan room on your booking. The chef was busy the night we stayed so no restaurant meant we had to search around. There was very little budget options , for breakfast only there is a cheap and tasty toro-toro place. There are only the resorts with foreigner prices on the beach side, and the food was not that good anyway. My budget did not stretch to 2 meals at a resort . we went in wet season , maybe there are more places to eat in dry season . In the end, we ate noodles from the nearby sari-sari store . Hot water , cups and spoons are usually provided free by most Filipino pensions. It was a peaceful night , we met nice Czech couple and chatted with them.

The staff was really accommodating, serving us very tasty breakfast and dinner (when everything else was already closed!). They offered free tricycle to town but the property was not so far away (15 min walk). Room was spacious and clean - the only downside was the bathroom.

Everything was good except the location...”

I booked a double bed room end up a family room for the same price which was great! Lol! Bfast was good..they have bigger portion than outside. Staffs are great! Advice: let them know what time is your arrival so they can pick you up. Outside tricycle wont fit in a small alley. They can drop u off too to terminal. Just ask them. Wifi? Go to the lobby to get access or the closest room which we used on our last day.

"I will definitely consider coming back here"”

The place was clean and quiet, one plate of the pasta was good for 2-3 persons, I booked a fan room but I got an air conditioned room!

I booked a standard fan room but I got an air conditioned room! That was awesome! Some people would find this weird or creepy or whatever, because you'd have to pass by the cemetery to get there. I say that is quite alright. The place is safe. I was actually more concerned about the road because it was too narrow that only one tricycle(motorbike with sidecar) would fit. The food was cheap! A plate of pasta (php180-220) was good for sharing for 2-3persons. Wifi access is at the reception area which is just fine. I nearly missed the last bus trip to Puerto Princesa though. So I informed the staff before hand that I would be checking out early and requested to be dropped off to the bus terminal at around 8:00-8:20pm to catch the last trip that leaves at 9pm. It was free by the way. So when I gathered my things and asked for the driver, the staff told me that the driver went missing and was not picking up calls. I even proposed I'd walk my way to the corner where I could hail a tricycle but I didnt get any response. So the staff ended up looking for anyone who could drive and luckily they found one. That was just some tiny hiccup but aside from that, overall I enjoyed my stay there.

Price is cheap, room is clean and simple, AC in room. even if its a bit loisy, but better than nothing.

It is ok, for short stop, its not beside the ocean, no breakfast, shared bathroom. internet is super slow. its a bit far from center, so its quiet at night, after all the price is there, so, ok to stay.

It was an awesome place! ”

We didn't know what to expect, since we saw the bad ratings of Antonio Village. But I can't understand why it is that bad rated. I wonder what people expect when the book the cheapest accommodation in El Nido! The shared bathroom was clean and so where the rooms. The mattress was super comfortable and we could sleep there for hours. We meet lots of cool people there and no one understood why it is so bad rated. It is nice located with an nice beach just around the corner. About 2 Min walking towards the town and you will find a nice little restaurant where you have free movie under the sky every evening. The family that runed the pension was super friendly. We brought our own food for breakfast and they gave us there plates and when we sat together in the evening we good Glases ice and calamancy for our drinks. The rooms and the bathroom were a bit sandy but there is sand everywhere around so you can't blame them. And when you don't leave food in your room, you wouldn't be surprised by ants! There are heaps of mosquito's on that Island so you can deside whether you spray insect killer or you cool your room down overnight!! Antonios was a blast and none of us 8 agreed with the ratings!!

    affordability, flexibility, hospitality

It was VERY CHEAP place to stay, the owner is very friendly! The staff is very accommodating! The place has a lot of potential for future expansion. Though it is a fan room, I suggest that in the future they upgrade the rooms to an air-conditioning system. Overall, the stay was lovely.

    BEDBUGS!!!”

After arriving into El Nido at around 10 pm we tried to call the hotel as they offered a pick up service but neither numbers working a tricycle driver told us he could drop us at the junction as vehicles couldn’t go up the lane (this wasn’t true as we saw plenty) we then had to walk for around half an hour to find the place in the dark down a creepy alley past a smelly graveyard and just kept going and going. There may have been a quicker way. Anyway when we arrived the room we booked and paid for was “no longer available” so they gave us a shared room to ourselves. We didn’t really want that but we’re happy with it as it had air con and a private bathroom. So essentially an upgrade but then after sitting down for 10 seconds bed bugs attacked! They were everywhere, very visible on all 6 beds in the room and biting!! We then had to leave and find somewhere very late when most places were closed. Staff wouldn’t refund but said we could go online to refund and didnt advise any other places or even apologise. Avoid at all cost!!
