Looking nice but poorly maintained”
I arrived at the hotel and was waiting at the gate for 20 minutes in the heat with heavy luggage before the staff showed up to open it for me. Nobody told me to avoid their lunch time. The room was full of mosquitos. Bathroom was nice but super dirty. Bath tub was covered in dust. Toilet had piss splashing all over from the previous guest. No breakfast was served during the three days I was staying, or at least the staff never said anything to me about the breakfast. Given the cleanliness, I would not want to try their food anyway. They didn't change my towel nor bed sheet. The rule is, unless the hotel is told not to change the towel, they should change the towel everyday. I wasn't informed in any way that they would not provide me clean towel and bedsheets everyday and I should request. I would not stay here ever again. There are nicer hotels around.

Staff was helpful but even the owner spoke little English so we had to double check on any requests in case of misunderstanding. Location was ok in regards of how close it was to town and amenities but hidden behind a dodgy bus station

Very basic accommodation”
The "Villa" is not accessible by car/taxi. We had to be dropped about 200meters from the "Villa" and had to walk down a lane in a rural area to find it. It is about 2 kilometers from Hoi An centre, so a motorbike is an advantage. The villa does have bicycles to use. The beds are rock hard - worst in Vietnam in the 4 weeks we travelled in Vietnam. The Villa has only 3 rooms, and is in a lonely area. The breakfast is very basic and Tum, the Manageress comes daily to make it for the residents. When she leaves for the day, there is no-one around until the next morning. For less than what we paid, you could book a 3 or 4 star hotel with a buffet breakfast so this "Villa" is very overpriced. The Manageress, Tum, was fantastic and really went out of her way to help us in anything we needed - for example we asked for a motorbike rental and within 10 minutes a bike was delivered to the "Villa".

Hard To find”
It's really difficult to locate! Took our cabby approximately 45mins to 1hr to reach from airport to this hotel. The only feature worth a praise is the extremely big bathroom w bathtub. Besides that, this hotel is quite poorly maintained....

움.예약이 잘못되서 첫날 새벽에 이곳에서 못잤음”
길에서 시간허비.. 전산오류인지 예약이 안돼있어서다른곳으로 여차저차 가서 자게됨... 그런데 거기서 추가금을 내라고함. 다음날도 이 숙소였는데 또 택시비를 지불하고 돌아와서 이틀쨰 겨우 자게됨 ㅋ 결국 아고다측에서 약간의 보상(택시비)을 받긴했지만 새벽에 너무 당황했습니다... 아예 골목안에 있는 집?? 대문도 크고 이래서 진짜 잘못찾아온줄알았음
