The best 3 days we’ve had in Thailand”

The most unforgettable 3 days of all our travel experiences. We arrived to paradise on a Friday and was taken to the jungle pool by some of the younger staff. It was an amazing introduction to the paradise. We then spent the evening in the company of Kwit (owner) and his friends as they sang and played music for us through out the night. On the Saturday Kwit invited us to a long tail boat trip that was the most unforgettable experience we’ve had and he personally took the group and guided the whole day with food snacks and beers! That evening again we sat with Kwit and shared our musical tastes. On the Sunday we decided to chill out for the day drinking beers and just experiencing the peace of the paradise. That evening we felt so much more comfortable and we spent the evening listening to kwit play guitar and talking about our cultures with the other guests. By this point we felt so a part of the paradise we sang our favourite song and just drank the night away. Kwit over heard us all talking about how amazing mango and dragon fruit is. The next morning we woke to them for breakfast! Thank you kwit. It was the most amazing experience with the best breakfasts and dinners. My message to those who decide to book. Leave your anxieties at the gate. Let the paradise take you. Let go. Talk to everyone. Participate and don’t expect an experience like you’ve ever had. It’s all about being at peace and sharing human connection. Kwit will look after you all you have to do is ask. He was at work and left work to check us out and take us to the bus stop half way through his work day. Thank you for everything Kwit we will be back to spend time in your paradise again. Ted: First of all, the owner Mr. Kwit was highly helpful and friendly. If you need any help, he's there. He's also a talented musician. Therefore, if you enjoy spending some quality time whilst listening to others playing the guitar, he's your guy. In addition, Mr. Kwit can offer many different tours. My girlfriend and I did a kayaking tour through the jungle river and saw 3 caves, jungles and monkeys. All in all, Mr. Kwit is an awesome human being and he can attend to your needs. Secondly, the spot is basically in the jungle and it's pretty remote. For this reason you will escape to a jungle-like paradise. There is plenty of nature, mountains and highly friendly owner's dogs and cats. In addition, you can ask Mr. Kwit to take you into the jungle where there's a mountain river with a waterfall. Mesmerizing landscape and perfect water to swim. Guoda: I enjoyed the the stay at the real-life paradise! Bamboo crib was super nice and clean. All the facilities worked smoothly. I also would like to say the biggest thank you to Mr. Kwit who helped us a lot and showed us all of the hidden gems of the jungle! I had an amazing experience and would recomend this place to everyone!
Ted: It's 41km from Krabi. Therefore you will have to pay 800 TBH for a taxi or take a bus from a bus stop that's ~3-4km from the hotel. So be ready to find the best way to commute to where you need to be. Also, be prepared to take care of food situation. Personally, my girlfriend and I didn't pay for the room with breakfast and dinner. Therefore, we ordered food through FoodPanda or went to the food market in the nearest small town. Both of these points can't say are negative. It's just less convenient but not neccesarily bad.

great atmosphere! you really become a family here. zac and his wife Linda are amazing people just kind, caring and generous! the food is AMAZING! great surroundings, lovely to see the Thai guys working on some huts! if your lucky you can see some wildlife you wouldn’t normally be able to see anywhere else apart from a zoo. don’t just book one or two nights here you will massively regret it! we booked 5 and we definitely could have stayed longer. all trip are reasonably priced and get a much nicer experience as you go with your fellow camp mates!
showers have no hot water so if your travelling with a baby be mindful because it’s very cold for them. but our wonderful Linda made us a warm bath with her cooler which was so kind of her xx

We absolutely loved our stay here!! Thank you to all the INCREDIBLE staff there who made our experience here an especially memorable one! The bamboo huts are so unique and the place is so quiet and peaceful, great if you are looking to unwind and get away from the hustle and bustle, crazy touristy places. They offered to pick us up from the bus stop when we arrived and drop us off at the end of our stay, and also arranged our transportation to our next accommodation. They organised a private kayaking tour for us at a very very reasonable price. This was especially good because we got to kayak ourselves (rather than have someone else do it). Breakfast was delicious and they even organised dinner for us sourcing dishes from local vendors which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this place to all the nature and outdoor lovers or those who want to try something different and are willing to step outside their comfort zone!

A perfect experience.”

This place needs to be experienced by everyone. From the location, to the food, to the complete warmth from the staff. It is a true experience, not just a place to sleep. The team Zak, Linda and Kwit are so welcoming, helpful and inclusive, my children were welcomed, taught new skills and had the most wonderful experiences. We were taken on a tour to places that other tourists do not get a chance to see, it was truly magical. I was the worried Mum, but my anxieties disappeared the moment we arrived. It is a must visit kinda place.

Everything and everyone!!! Dende does the BEST trips around the area and they are not expensive. You will have a magical and real experience. The places you are gonna see are not in the usual famous spots,full with tourists,this are waayyyy more special.Swimming in the waterfall,canu kayaking trough the mangrove trees,stop by lagoons,admiring the monkeys and their jumping and play,hiking trough some very old caves and exploring the chambers… unbelievable experience!!!

a way to experience Thailand not to be missed”

During our stay at Ao Luek Paradise, we went to visit magical places that not many people get to see. Dinners provided each night were amazing and evenings are spent together, singing and drinking beer or local spirits. By the time you leave, you’ve made friends and have this burning desire to one day return. A heaven of peace where times slows down and takes you back to the beautiful simplicity of life. Linda and Zach make you feel welcome and at home - they have a great knowledge of the area Don’t expect any luxury but the memories will be priceless

I went with my husband as part of our honeymoon and it was a very memorable experience. Our host was very nice and honest and we had a good time getting to know him and his friends who were also very nice with amazing talents including musical abilities. We had a good time jamming with our host and locals every night on the drums, and guitar--it was also cool that they encouraged us to join in with them. We had so many authentic beautiful moments there. It is true that you felt like family when you were here and we felt like we had a chance to really explore another lifestyle in Thailand and we really felt closer to the people there and nature because of it. It was serene how beautiful the jungle was too when we went kayaking and saw monkeys and our tour guide was great explaining the history and talking about the caves we visited. We came to this place before we went to Phuket and it was definitely a great idea. We had a very authentic local experience before going to a more tourist area. It was a great balance. We would definitely like to return here the next time we are able to travel to Thailand. Everyone was so nice and fun to hang out with :)
