Cheap, but not very comfortable”
Technically, standard room has a window, but this window is internal and faces hotel internal staircase! This was unclear from room description. Hotel is bit tired, walls need some painting. Thought price is good for such location in Ao-Nang, about 10 minutes to the beach.

good hotel with quite location”
The room is basic but I thought it was excellent value for money.Clean bedding, Hot water.The staff is nice & smiling,very helpful.the Ao Nang beach is 15 minutes away from the hotel. Location is pretty close to the local pier. I found the hotel to be very quiet as they shut everything down at 10pm, so haven't had any disturbances from the rooftop bar. Wifi is only available in the lobby.

Good Budget Hotel”
This was an excellent budget hotel in a close location to local beaches and many resturants. The staff spoke mainly Thai but were very friendly and the housekeeping kept the room very clean. Only complaint is there was no WiFi (at least on the top level) or breakfast although this didn't worry me too much as there was an excellent cafe/bar across the road (Indie Bar) with good prices for drinks/reasonable prices for food and reliable and quick WiFi. Overall a good place to stay.

Staff are friendly and the room is clean and tidy. The hotel is not far from the beach and it is just a 15-minute walk. Many restaurants are near the hotel.

Watch out for windowless room”
For the price paid we were a little disappointed. While everything was clean and the staff was friendly, the standard room was cramped and only had a window to the corridor. It was easy to lose track of time without any indication of daylight.

Clean Room with Warm Hospitality”
It might be a very simple hostel with a very simple room. But everything's okay here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They borrowed us a mat for us relaxing on the beach.

go for rooms with mountain view only, rooms are big and view is nice, we stayed on the top floor, theres no lift and stairs quite challenging but worth to climb.. a bit noisy at night time due to music bars around

Okay value for the money although the place badly needs to be spruced up, including newer towels, etc. For a couple of dollars more, one can get a much nicer room. I slept well and the staff is really nice and pleasant and for these 2 points, I'm rating this satisfactory for the money spent.

The lady at the reception was very very friendly and such helpful person. If i am going to give credits to that place then definitely they should be given to the nice lady at the reception and the great location.

Poor Experience”
We are very disappointed with this hotel. Cons - - No Lift and they gave us room in 4th floor. I had to pick up my 2 20 Kg bags myself along with other handbags till 4th floor - You cant wear shoes and sandals inside the hotel and have to leave them outside the reception. Too Bad - The standard room has No windows. Tood Bad. Just Ok for sleep only. - No fridge, No locker in room. - Wifi works only in reception area and not at all in the Rooms in 3rd 4th floor - I guess will be much better choice for location. This hotel is too far from the beach. All Staff does not understand English much.

walked into the room and pretty much straight back out to another hotel. the staff were very nice but didn't make up for the damp, mould and soaking bed covers.
