2nd times staying here, the hotel not so luxury but enought to stay when you go to Aonang for a trip. So near from beach around 500m to view sunset. Near street with all shop, halal food mosque area on 1km walking. Really satified stay here. Staf so good and helping.

Overall, we were quite pleased with our stay at Ao-Nang Top View Hotel. The check in process was quick and easy. Also, the staff members were friendly throughout our visit. Better yet, everything you need is within walking distance and the room was clean as well as a great value. Though the parking is limited, the staff assisted us in arranging cars so we could leave early and not disturb other guests. Without a doubt, I would return to Ao-Nang Top View Hotel on our next visit.

We found everything ok here except lift. There was no lift. It was very tough to go to upstairs for senior citizens as our team members. Please have a look on the matter and install at least one lift here.

Comfortable and Accessible hotel ”
The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was easy to communicate with. It is located centrally and food was readily available almost everywhere. Only downfall is the arrangement of airport transfer from airport to hotel. There was miscommunication and no one was there to fetch us from the airport. Everything else was very pleasant. Enjoyed my stay in Ao Nang Topview Hotel.

Great location, basic hotel for budget travellers”
Great location on the main road in Ao Nang with bars and restaurants, just a few mins walk to the beach. It was quiet and we slept well. Staff were friendly and helpful and offered to make bookings for us for onward journeys. The room was cheap and good value for money. Spacious room with a comfy bed, desk, chair, places to hang clothes, put cases etc. The room was slightly dated with paint coming off here and there and some chips in places, also it smelt of smoke for the first few hours until the smell diffused. This didn’t bother us and we still enjoyed our stay very much.

Quiet location up an alley away from street madness. Grest for “action”; all the night life is there. So if you’re looking for peaceful location away from crowds, RUN LIKE HELL AND STAY AWAY FROM AO-NANG BEACH. Sounds off the beach during the day is like sun bathing next to LA freeway with Long Boat water taxis going back and forth constantly. As a base for visiting islands, it’s fine.

From the minute our bus dropped us off at the Ao-Nang Top View hotel we were disappointed, although it is true it is at the top of the street, it is very much a 'low budget' hotel. We were greeted by an obviously intoxicated tourist riding a scooter with a beer in hand with a Thai girl on the back, which was already a worry about the quality of people staying at this hotel. We then went to check in, we went through the normal process and while we did this one of the staff told us it was not a very safe hotel and that we would have to store any valuables with her behind the counter in a safe for an extra cost. Not to mention the WIFI was extra charge as well I'm not sure what the upper rooms look like but ours was on the first floor, and now I can understand why she said it was not safe, there was a rooftop that you could climb up into to access our balcony. Which was not even big enough to fit a table and chair. Which for that reason were not supplied I suppose. The view from our room was overlooking over a big rubbish pile next door. It was at this stage we decided to stay out as long as we could that night and leave first thing in the morning. We found a much MUCH nicer place with a view, pool and free breakfast and WIFI just 5 minutes walk around the corner. Would not recommend. Pay a little extra and stay somewhere a lot nicer.

top view mansion was perfect for a 1 night stopover after satying on koh lanta, then waiting for our flight which was early next morning from krabi. its a nice little place with very clean rooms and perfect service! the staff were very friendly and saw to our every need

We stayed in the connecting room (the family room). It's very spacious, and had a balcony. The lush greenery outside is outstanding. We kept the curtains open at night so the first thing you see when you wake up is the view of the jungles. The hotel is in a quiet alley, so no noise at night. It is close to everything. Close to the beach, stores, restaurants and shopping. Overall, it's a great stay for a family with kids. Will definitely stay there again. Recommended.

Strategic location: few steps away from Ao nang beach, restaurants, shops, massage..... Get can anything easily. Room with basic amenities, reasonably clean. Drinking water is provided, no water kettle, no hair dryer.
