Nice hotel and a good location
Brreakfast was great and the rear pool location was really nice
Well worth the price and very relaxing. They has some weird policies that really put your back up such as trying to charge £10 for any towels left by the pool.

Nice hotel, in the middle of nowhere
Nice seaviews, pool
The hotel is almost inaccessible. From the main road, you have to navigate a 500 meter dirt road, which is almost impassable during a rainstorm. We had thought, since the hotel was only 400 meters from the Chalong pier, that it would be in walking distance along the beach. Unfortunately, there is no beach, and no way to access the pier along the shore without a boat. So, to get to town, you have to backtrack along the dirt road, out to the main road from Phuket Town -- a distance of about 2 kilometers. Taxis are available, but charge a premium to come down the dirt road to the hotel.

great hotel, quiet, right on the bay, great view
quiet, secluded, great staff who are friendly and helpful and great pools - two - one facing the bay
this resort and spa is absolutely wonderful, you would not think, from initial arrival, in the dark, that it is much, but when it is day time, you will be amazing, beautiful setting with lots and lots of flora and fauna, great restaurant/bar that overlooks the bay, where all the yatchs are and of course a view of one of the pools......that rooms are very clean, modest, but clean had a room with a view of one of the pools and the balcony looked out over the tops of the buildings, i was on the 5th floor, had a view of 'big budda', a top of a mountain... eventually went to see Budda. he is very impressive up close... the staff are wonderful and friendly - Steve, the service manager, is originally from UK and is very helpful of places to see, tours to take, how to get around Chalong.... Chalong area is beautiful.... did my power walks about 6:00 a.m. still slightly dark in December, and never felt i was at risk.... just another person out doing their 'walk' would recommend this hotel/spa you not be disappointed.

secluded. quiet yet close to everything
staff, cleanliness of room, pools, spa
wonderful resort and spa, thai massage is for one hour and only costs B500, which is about $20.00 depending on currency exchange.... very quiet, staff is great, breakfast buffet is great with wide selection of things to eat, restaurant view of one of the pools and the bay, where all the yatchs are. staff is very accommodating and friendly and helpful... even when i saw some tourists been rude to the staff, the staff always smiled and obliged the 'demanding' tourist, was quite embarrassed that a 'tourist' would behave this way to Thai people. would recommend this resort and spa

Ocean side hotel with beautiful pool - good value
good location, beautiful pool, beach access
Sandy beach is available, which good for kids, but not big for walking for an hour. For access, if you drive by yourself, there's a slightly tricky entry point from the main road. It may be better to locate its coordinates on your GPS, if applicable.

Nice place but very difficult to find
very silent place
roads linking the place to the main road are horrible (no plastering) and difficult to find - follow signs to "yacht club". place looks nice on pictures but seaside appeares to be in need of cleaning up. the villa i booked was supposed to be a pool view villa - i could hardly have a glimps of the pool looking through my windows or sitting on one of the balconies. the villas are quite comfortable and air conditioning is adaequate. the price is too high for the valueas offered.

Great place to chill out away from the crowds.
The pool area and gardens. Location to Ah Chalong
This is the 3rd time I have stayed here. the staff are friendly and helpful. Good place to escape the crowds of Phuket. Very clean rooms, they are a bit small however it makes up for it in the outdoors area.
