    “Comfortable Stay ”

    The location is excellent and can see Mt Fuji clearly from the hotel. There are many eateries around the place and the closest drugstore that you can get all your necessities is only a 7mins walk away. The staffs are extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfast is JPY 1500 per person. Parking is free, the huge parking space is behind the hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

    “Cheap price, beautiful view.”

    The room meets the standard of a Japanese hotel. It's compact but well-equipped with amenities. The room view doesn’t show Mount Fuji, but if you step out into the hallway, you can see it, and if you step out in front of the hotel, you can see Mount Fuji clearly. Highly recommended! The price is not expensive and it’s also close to the popular bridge.

    “CONVENIENT”

    Booked this hotel due to an original plan that was changed. Supposed to climb Mt Fuji via Fujinomiya trail which is along this hotel, but we changed to a different trail. We ended up driving 50 minutes from the parking site of the new trail. Other than that, hotel has great locations for food, stores and highways. Easy to find and parking is free with big lot. Room is typical Japanese size room good for two persons. Staff is helpful with limited english. Prepare to learn basic Japanese words.

    “The location and the staff are good!”

    In Fuji City, I usually stay around Fuji Central Park, which is easily accessible by car, rather than always around the station. However, the APA Hotel is located a bit to the north. It was convenient because there are more dining options than in the park area, and the comfort of the room, which I believe was rebranded and remodeled, was quite different from many other APA Hotels that tend to feel cramped. It even had a balcony with a magnificent view of Mount Fuji that looked almost within reach. The front staff were also sincere and kind, leaving me with a positive impression that is not typical of APA Hotels.
