Staff are super helpful, patient and friendly. English is spoken well. Room was clean, compact and very comfortable. Would definitely highly recommend it. Breakfast needs much more variety, though - same every day and quite a limited menu.

Service was excellent - Reception staff were extremely helpful with all requests and even found me a namecard printing shop within walking distance. Lobby restaurant also had delicious food (Takoyaki uma!) And several Family Marts around for all conveniences.

bad experience . I always go travel and lived so many hotel , never have a bad feeling like this hotel .... ! I just want to keep my room no one to come inside , because my room have so many thing inside , I don't want someone have to move it . so I don't want the cleaner to come inside to cleaning . I also can keep clean in the room . But !!!! this hotel told me , I can't do this ! this hotel don't appcept my request !! this hotel let the cleaner come in my room forcibly !! it's make me bad feeling and feel dangerous!! アパホテルは安定していたって普通という感じで感想も特にありません。毎度思うのはエレベーターが一基なのはしょうがないとしてなら階段を上手く解放してほしいですね。ラッシュ時のエレベーターは不便で仕方ないです。

駅まで程よい距離です。コンビニで購入した品物をロビーのレンジで温めました。チェックインも優しく教えて下さいました。部屋に緑茶はありますが、インスタントコーヒーは無くて残念でした。部屋は清潔でした。また利用したいです。
