Good value in a good location”
It was a very new and clean hotel. Check in and out was easy and allowed for late check-ins. The room was a perfect size for a solo or couple travels for a few nights. The bed was very spacious and comfortable. Location is right down the street from Komagome Station of the Yamanote line, and it’s very accessible and well connected for getting around Tokyo.

good location but small room space”
it is located in a quite neighbourhood , in a walking distant o JR station and subway . There are some convenience stores/restaurants/Bakery and not far from a Rikugien garden . The room is quite small for a tall person ,but very clean and new with all amenities ,also adjustable A/C /Heater . Recommend for anyone who are looking for a reasonable price hotel that can reach the tourist attractions within 30 min and quite residential area

Outside of the Bustling City”
Though it's situated on the outskirt of central Tokyo, public transport and food were very accessible. There are 2 stations just 5 minutes walk away. There were lots of eateries nearby and even 4-5 convenient stores with one just right below. Staffs were very friendly and polite and explained everything thoroughly. Check-in/out was also super simple! Room was very clean and neat. Despite the small space, you can easily fit 2 large luggages under the bed. Since it was newly opened when we stayed, all are working as expected. Especially love the strong water pressure on the shower. Every basic amenities were provided. Absolutely love my stay here and wish to come back again in the future.

Also, it is Ideal place to move to the city center as it takes about 20 minutes to reach Tokyo Station and Shinjuku Station. The hotel is built with a focus on functionality, and the compact room facilitates the operation of switches to save guest time, reduce carbon dioxide and protect the environment.We have a 1-second check-in system and a 1-second check-out system, so guests don't have to spend time checking in and out.The original beds at APA Hotel are also popular. Hotel was about 5mins walk from komagome station. Very quaint and quiet spot in a good way. There are 2 family mart(24hrs), one is beside the hotel. the other is along the way to the hotel from the train station. There are few eateries along the way. and there is a hotel opposite komagome station with Mcdonalds and KFC and 24HR restaurant. Hotel is very clean. Well stocked with amenities, very minimal level of english. Suggestion is to bring google translate or any translate tools you have. Room is small for 2person however its worth the price if you are on limited budget considering hotels in Tokyo are very expensive. Will definitely stay here again or anyone of their branches spread across tokyo and japan.

We only stayed here for a night but room is nice and clean and only con is that there is no free bottled water given.. Location is about 10mins walk to nearest JR Station - Komagome.. there is a nearby family mart and coco ichiban is just across the street.. the receptionist is friendly and helpful.. we will consider staying to this hotel again should we go back to japan..

Pleasant Stay”
This hotel is located within only a 5 minute walk from Komagome station. From there you can catch the JR line to go pretty much anywhere within Tokyo city. Getting here is also easy from NRT. You can catch the Skyliner from NRT to Nippori Station then transfer to the JR line. The neighborhood is safe and has convenient stores nearby. Would stay again

Excellent Hotel”
This hotel is excellent and sparkling clean. The hotel did every possible technological advancements to make life pleasant. Starting from check-in, baggage receiving, in room amenities, toilet everything was super user friendly. Considering this is Tokyo the rooms are small but efficiently designed. Despite small room our stay was pleasant. They maintained the hotel in an excellent manner. It's very close to Komagome station. Family Mart is just 2 minutes away. There are some Indian restaurants nearby.

Self-check in with terminal. It seems we got the smallest room with odd shape (one beside the elevator). Should try checking in with another room. Aircon changes to heater mode on chilly nights

Hairs on the bed ”
The only thing that I disliked was few hairs on the white sheets as I went to bed about 10pm , didn’t bother to complain as I had to check out early in the morning.

Room is too small for two people. Bathroom size is the worst! Luckily bed is comfortable. Location is fine. I will not recommend this property.

Located within walking distance of the local metro and JR lines, very convenient with plenty of food options from local ramen options, to premium BBQ and fast food. The room is clean and well maintained with all the basic necessities including a large flat screen tv. Space is just enough for a solo business traveller to rest though might be very small for some who prefer more moving space in a room. Overall very satisfied.

I have been stayed there for 11 nights, it’s nearby Komagome station, walking distance to hotel around 5 mins, there’s drug store and 3-4 convenience stores over there. Which is very convenient for me to buy food and drinks before back to hotel. And go to Shinjuku around 15-20mins, go to harajuku around 10-15mins. There’s a staff for cleaning and refill daily necessities around at 11am every morning, this is very nice. you can take bottle of water in the lobby. There’s a big Tv in the room and you can airplay your phone on Tv to watch videos but failed for Netflix because the Wi-Fi wasn’t that fast. Overall I’m highly recommended this hotel and had a great journey in Tokyo!
