We have been there for 10 days. Everything is very clean and tidy. It is near subway station. If I must pick on one thing, it will be the size of the room. It is a bit small.

Stay in APA hotel Midosuji Hommachi-Ekihigashi”
This APA hotel is little bit far from the subway station in a 10-15 mins walk but there are many good small restaurant nearby. Hotel itself I think is in a commercial building area so it is quite quiet in the night time. Hotel lobby & guestrooms are the same design as other APA hotels as well as the staff are well trained and helpful.

Easy to access train station as 1 min walk from hotel. Have convenience store just below hotel, 24hrs open. Staff were good. Will take around 20 mins to reach tokyo station by train from hotel.

Overall experience is good. But room is too small. Can’t fully open a luggage. TV movies need to pay to watch. Half an hour walk to Dotonburi. Staff is friendly and can speak a bit English.

best for solos, a one-night break”
The room was small with minimum space to walk. I guess its reasonable for the price (5.000 yen ish). Facilities wise were ok, though behind the TV was really dusty. During the breakfast the food were cold, and we had to ask the staff to refill the rice because there was no more. The staffs were friendly and professional though.

Small but comfortable!”
This accommodation is small. But most of the room is filled with a very comfortable bed. All of the light switches and AC can be accessed from aforementioned bed without moving! If you don't need too much space (small person, like myself) or your stay is brief, this room is super comfortable. I worry for taller travelers, however.... Not terribly far from Hommachi, Sakaisuji Hommachi, or Yodoyabashi stations (around 10 mins to each and longer with luggage as I found out while roasting in the sun :^) ). Also, I should mention that it's not the easiest place to find since there are similarly named hotels of the same franchise in the surrounding area. Make sure to write the name down! It's close to Family Mart which is super convenient! I didn't use any of the facilities aside from internet (great connection) but there is a small shop/restaurant that looked very nice.

Excellent staff and super clean room!”
This is the first time I am staying in this hotel and it is surprisingly great. It takes around 10 mins to walk from Hommachi station to the hotel. The room size was enough for 2 persons and it is super clean. Staff comes in to clean your room everyday and replace everything that you have used. The reception was super helpful in trying their best to introduce what is around the hotel! One more good thing about this hotel is that there is a 24hrs Family Mart right next to it! Good place to get supper.

In Japan, you are seeing the APA ads everywhere, so I am glad to at least experience their hotel for a few nights. I'd say their staff are very friendly and helpful, even that is part of the Japanese culture that I admire, but they are the best out of the best in my trip this time, out of like 9 different hotels across Japan. Their cleanliness however, isn't the best among all, they aren't terrible by a stretch, but.. I did find a hair that isn't from myself on a fresh clean bed. The sheets and all look clean though, so take that as you will. The location of this APA hotel is kinda not as convenient as it could be. Though I don't mind the walk too much. But you have to expect it not being right next to a JR/ Metro station. Like a 10 mins walk usually.

Usual good standard of hotel from APA. Well fitted, clean, rooms - but a bit on the small side. Great staff - helpful and friendly ! Hotel is a few blocks from the subway system - easy walking distance.

The room was great! Small but all the necessary facilities were there like a fridge and a kettle. They even have a bath tub and tv! Other facilities are also available and I like how they have an ice dispenser on the second floor. They let me leave mu luggage at the counter until I got back at around 4.

Overall the hotel is fine, but we were here for the Golden Week holiday so everything was closed including the attached cafe, the only place to get food nearby was an american style cafe. Subway is a short walk away which was nice, but overall I'd say it costs a little more than it should have.
