The room was very clean. The staff were very accommodating. We asked for extra pillows and they gave it right away. What I like the most was the onsen! They even gave us patches to hide the tattoos. We will stay here again for sure. Thank you!

The hotel is very close to Hisayaodori Station ( about 3 minutes ) and 10 minutes walk to Nagoya Port. The staf is friendly and the room is very clean. But sadly they don't have iron. But after all it's very recommended hotel.

Needed a one night stay. Nearby Subway station wasn’t ideal, as we had to carry heavy luggage up several flights of stairs. That being said, once we got to ground level, we could see the hotel and it was only 100ft away.

First (good) stay with APA brand hotel”
This is the first time I stayed with APA chain hotel, very good impression, nice , clean , well maintained. The only reason for four stars facility is because I didn’t get a chance to try out the Japanese style bath on the second floor which is free, cause I wasn’t feeling too well, next time will definitely try so that I can rate. And the service is four stars because not always have English speaking stuff available, out of the 8 times (estimate) we need assistance at the front desk, there’s one time we cannot get our issues solved. We can tell everyone is really trying to understand the situation and help, but the language barrier made it difficult.

You can use there from 3 p.m to 1 a.m and 6 a.m to 10 a.m. There is a sensor to know how the public bath is crowded, and you can check it on the TV screen in your room. If you have a chance to stay our hotel again, please use the sensor and the public bath. You may be able to relax your tired. I am sorry that our staffs can not speak English well. Room was small but store your suitcase under the bed. There is a free hot spa on the 2nd floor. Convenience stores very close, 7-11, Lawson 100, and Family Mart. Close to Nagoya Castle. I'm happy to stay here again.

The staff was very helpful so nothing wrong there. They fixed a checkin problem, gave me an extra pillow when I asked, decent location. Downsides, TV's not equipped with netflix, couldn't plug in my own device, pillows weren't great

Poor direction ”
The location of the hotel should state clearly when booking is done, since I needed to walked around to find the hotel , there are 3 APA hotels in Nagoya and they are so close to each other even people living there don't know where itis. I suggest that you better send the customer a map of the location and what subway station should be use that the one has booked. One more , the type of this trip is not the one mention above since you don't have the one that is what my trip was. I've just selected either one of it.
