Cheap but disappointing ”
The staff was very unwelcoming. Zero hospitality. Don’t even bother to ask any questions, directions or recommendations. They really seemed to get very unhappy. My room was facing a wall. I couldn’t see any day light. Here is my idea: Couldn’t you just give these rooms for people who arrives after it’s dark (and stay only one night) ? The public bath was extremely dirty, especially the wall above the ofuro, probably never have been cleaned.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Staff are so arrogant and rude except one guy. スタッフの態度とレベルが低過ぎる。ビックリする。唯一中肉中背の男性スタッフはまともかな。あとのスタッフはあり得ない。

APA Naha Experience”
It's a great place to stay. It's within walking distance of Kokusai Dori, and there are taxis readily available in front of the hotel. Also there is a bus stop a black down, where you can go to other areas of the island. Room was smaller than than the APA Hotel in Shinjuku, but as a single it wasn't really bad.

Apa was really nice compared with another business hotel in Japan .especially the bed aize is really spacious even though semidouble but only one thing I feel uncomfortable was The woman recepciinist 's attitude who worked at night in hotel was unkind to people who cannot speak japanese. anyway Im gonna give 98 score to Apa :) thanks

Great hotel, centurally located”
We have stayed in APA osaka Shinsabashi before and it was a pleasant experience. This time we choose APA Naha in Okinsawa. The hotel is easy to locate, about 7 min walk from Kenchome station. Airport to Kenchome is around 15 mins. It's also 10mins walk to Kokusai street. The room is very clean but small. breakfast is good with variety of choice. Typical Japanese buffet braekfast.

the car park always full and no service from front desk”
need to park on the other car park without the assist of hotel staff. the room got smell of smoke even we are staying in the non smoking room. I had been in APA hotel Osaka while the APA in Naha is bad. The one in Osaka is better.

Standard hotel with all facilities. Location is okay, nearby has many restaurants. The bed is nice but the room vary small, hard to find space to open my luggage. Staffs are good, overall I like it(because I booked with a cheap price :p)

Great location but small rooms”
i recommend it to anyone, however, if you have a car and arriving late the free hotel garage is closed at 9 p.m. aircon was great, had a room on the corner with view of downtown. because of earlier than expected flight, was able to check out quickly, efficiently and still make my 10:30 p.m. flight because of the location to the airport. will be staying again in future.

Very clean rooms. Staff were all fluent in English and very competent and reliable. Secured building at night requiring a key card for entry. Wifi on every floor was very stable with 100% uptime. Small but comfortable rooms. Typical hotel, nothing too fancy.

Affordable but”
Affordable but Absurdly small room. I have lived in Japan and experienced many, many business hotels with small rooms but this one takes the cake! In Tokyo sort of understandable with sky high land prices but Naha is not Tokyo. Also: hard bed, and far from station. Staff didn't try very hard to make guests welcome nor comfortable. Would rate less than "good" if it weren't for the low rate. Definitely a weak link in APA chain!

Ordinary bussiness hotel”
Booked for my friends, they had to transited in Naha to Miyakojima. Location was fair, within walking distance to monorail station, room was small and standardised as all other business hotels in Japan. Staff was polite and happy to help.

Small single room, but all you need”
Overall, I had a great short stay at the hotel. The single room was advertised as 'small' and it certainly was! That said, if you don't have much luggage and don't intend to spend much time in the room, then you don't really need much space. The vending machine on the floor was convenient too. If you don't rent a car, then this hotel is pretty good as as far as location is concerned. It's close to the monorail Miebashi stop and is a quick walk to tons of restaurants and bars. I'd stay again.
