Just next to NishiShinjuku-Gochome Station ”
I love this hotel. Is new, clean and comfortable. If u wish to have bigger room. Book twin bed room. Exit A2 u will see hotel opposit road. If u have big luggage , use A1 exit . Hotel just 100m away. This hotel have great onsen. We enjoy our 5 nigts stay.
Perfect setting with valuable for money ”
I have no expectation at all before check-in, because it shows the size of the room is extremely small in comparison with my past stay in other tokyo hotels. Nevertheless, its design and room setting were perfectly matching for my requirement, so I would definitely stay there again if I visit Tokyo shortly in future! And I would also definitely recommend it to my friends! BTW, the hotel staffs are also nice! Including cleaning staffs and the staffs at reception!
3mins to metro, Onsen provide
Convenient location, pricing fair, hotel facilities are nice. Only issue we ran into was we used the postal luggage transfer service to move our luggage from the previous hotel to this one, but the staff didn't keep our luggage even though it was delivered by the postal office, so then we had no change of clothe and had to cancel half of the next day in order to wait in the hotel for our luggage.
Good Location near numerous convenience stores, and has an Onsen”
Stayed here in February; automated check-in was a bit confusing but the reception staff were there to assist. Rooms are as small as stated in their room description, so no surprise there. Under-bed storage helps. Bathroom is tiny, my leg kept hitting the toilet. Bathtub is just a half-tub. The Onsen on the 2nd floor is a plus! Free to use, whereas the pool has a charge of ¥1000 per person per hour (and is closed during winter). Within a few meters walk, you’ll find Family Mart, Lawson, 7-11, Tomod’s and another cosmetics/drug shop, Matsuya, Sukiya, McDonald’s, and loads of other local restaurants, cafes, and izakayas. Further up the road, past the intersection, is a 24/7 grocery store, but wasn’t able to check it out. When you exit the hotel, there are already 3 subway exits for Nishi-Shinjuku Gochome (Exit A1 & A2, Elevator, Escalator, and Stairs). 2 stops to Shinjuku on the Oedo Line.Huge TV in room, BBC News only english channel. Pillow (1/bed) TOO flat & hard. Overall a great stay.
Good location but tiny room”
So tiny room, no space to put our luggage. Subway station just across the road. Convenient store are very nearby. Not recommend if bringing kids. Bed not even queen size.
We had a great stay, location was great and right near the subway. Room was small as expected but we made it work and the hotel was clean. The only negative comment I have to make is regarding the wifi. The room was sold with free wifi and it didn’t work once the whole time we were there and when I contacted the staff about it I was told that it is just crowded as the whole hotel uses it. For the size of the hotel they need a wifi router for each level and it might then work. Was very frustrating as we really needed the internet during the stay and as it never worked we had to go out and find the closest seven 11 or pub with wifi.
Very near NiShiShinjuku-Gochome station”
We had 5 nights stay in this small room hotel. Although the room is small but is very clean and comfortable. It has everything u need. Exit A1 if u have big luggage. Hotel has onsen too. Nice stay .
Return for a 2nd visit of 3 nights. Location wise is after 2 stns fro Shinjuku. We navigate thru Google maps for moving around the train n subway. Hotel room is small n the small double bed , barely can sleep 2 adults. Free onsen on 2 level. A few mini mart n restaurants along the streets n it can be pretty quiet late in the night but overall quite safe in Tokyo.
close to subway ”
this hotel is not really at the center of it all however it is abt 200m from the subway which is a plus, and a lot of restos and convenience store nearby, the customer service however could be much improved.
very convenient ”
The location is very convenient. It’s just opposite to the exit of nishi-shinjuku station. The room is a bit small but quite clean. The air conditioning is centrally controlled, it is a bit hot inside the room.
A very good hotel”
This hotel has become my favorite when staying in Tokyo. It is reasonable priced and the location is excellent being only one stop from Shinjuku station. The hotel is new. The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. The staff is very efficient and friendly. The ammenities include a japanese style "onsen" and a swiming pool. This hotel is definitely a bargain in Tokyo.
Great stay here”
Loved my stay, got a good deal in a great location for this hotel. Easy to get to at any time of the day, cute little park nearby for runs in the morning. Rooms were very clean and had everything you needed, except a gym!
Value for money! Good location! ”
This hotel is very near Nishi Shinjuku- Gochome exit 2, it’s right opposite exit 2. Less than 5 mins walk. The hotel itself have Onsen and public bath and I love it. Everything is good just that the receptionist is not helpful at all and very rude. Other that that everything is good.
Small but comfortable stay. Good location. ”
Clean rooms and daily change of towels. Toiletries are provided. Enjoyed the onsen in this hotel. However, do take note that the rooms are very small. Difficult to move around with big luggages. Eco cleaning doesn’t include bed making.
small room but very near train station”
price is okay compared to other hotels. very near the train station. although room is very small and room at first has a smell. it went away after a day. staff is great. always cleans the room thoroughly.
Nothing to complain but unhelpful staffs”
It was the 2nd time I stay here, for more than 1 week. Very good location, awsome public bathroom, small but convenient room. However, male receptionists were cold, unhelpful and often tell me to do by myself when I ask them for their help. Female receptionists were better.
Inconsistent service ”
I lived in this hotel in 2 periods of days during my 10-day trip in Tokyo. Staff are generally NOT helpful, sometimes rude when you speak English to them; inconsistent service in housekeeping, bedsheets not changed and room not cleaned thoroughly everyday, you can’t expect anything much COD they claimed this is not a hotel, a motel standard.
Rude and helpless staff”
No assistance from staff and very rude and nonsensible attitudes. Never had experience with such low standard of staff who know no word of English (that’s alright), but their attitudes were always showing very unfriendly face, no smile and not eager to help (don’t-mess-with-me facial expression). This is obviously not a hotel, maybe a motel.
Best location for enjoy night life in Shinjuku only 2 stations from hotel to Shinjuku. Hotel staff can speak English very well.
