受付スタッフの対応について”

夜遅くの訪問だった為か？お疲れだったのだろう。と思う事にしているが…。 素晴らしい塩対応でした！！！！ 冬スポにスノボ用品を買いに近くで宿泊先を思い 1月4日の夜23時ごろにチェックイン！ すいませんー！予約をしています。 〇〇と申します。と、会員カードを出すものの。 女性スタッフからムスッとした顔で舌打ちをされた所からドキドキが止まりませんでした。 (注意:喜んでませんw) そんな塩対応の女性スタッフさんは… 20代半ば、身長160〜165、顔はたてなが、髪型はセミロング、カラーは黒の整った方でした。 また30分後くらいに受付近くに行った際には、違う女性がいて中年夫婦の対応をしていました。 その方は20代半ば、身長160前後、顔はたまご型、少しふっくらした方で受け答えも笑顔でハキハキと接客をしていたので、こちらのスタッフさんに接客をしてもらえたら嬉しかったです。 心からこちらのスタッフさんが良かったです。 (大切な事なので二度と言いました。) 次回は、舌打ち女性スタッフさんが居ない時間を狙ってチェックインをしたいと思います。 皆さまもお気をつけてください。

きゅうな宿泊でも可”

泊まる準備をしていなくて、時間的にに帰宅するのには終電ギリギリだったので、インターネットカフェで過ごそうと思っていたのですが、週末なのでどこも満席。それで、安く泊まれるとこはないかとネットで探していたらAPAホテルが出てきて料金もリーズナブルだったのですぐ予約しました。深夜過ぎてもチェックインできるので、慌てなくて良いしすごく助かりました。

agodaで予約をしたにも関わらず、電話で確認したら、予約がとれてませんと言われました。agodaからは予約の確認メール来てますよと伝え、お調べしますと電話は保留、かなりの時間待たされ、やはり予約されていません。お調べしてお電話させていただきます。 とかかってきたら、ローマ字表記で気付きませんでしたとの返事。なんだかがっかりしたのと、本当に予約されてなかったらどこに泊まろうかと言う不安で不快でした

1階のインド料理のモーニングが食べたくて２回目の宿泊。 今回は本館に宿泊でした。にしても部屋のあちこちに埃が… 空気清浄機も無くショボイ加湿器だけ⤵︎⤵︎⤵︎⤵︎⤵︎⤵︎⤵︎ エアコンつけたら暑すぎるわで少し不快な思いで過ごしました。 お風呂と食事で何とかチャラの宿泊でした！

予約無しでも当日の美味しい朝食（インドカレーバイキング）が食べれて良かった。 ホテルチェックインの際、支払いはネット予約時カード払い済みのはずが？カウンターで支払いといわれ驚き？現地支払いの方が良いのでしょうか？、領収書の発行はネット予約はネットでと言われましたが簡単に受付で発行はできないのでしょうか？ ツインベッドでしたが、ベッド片側脇隙間が有るわりにはベッド間が狭くて2人同時に支度等で動きにくいので脇隙間無しでも良いと思いました。

チェックインの対応が不親切”

12月17日にも宿泊したのですが、15時のチェックイン時に混雑していて、他の客に横入りされたりスタッフによって並ぶよう指示する場所が違かったり、かなり不快な受付だった。ホテルのスタッフなんて最初の受付位でしか接しないのに、なぜこの人選？2人のうちの背の低い方は、自分のミスを謝罪するどころかこちらを責めるような表情をしていた。あと、個人情報の観点から人の名前をフルネームで大声で叫ばないでほしい。私にだけ聞こえればいいのに、気遣いがまるでない。

部屋がうるさい”

フロントが不親切だった。また、線路沿いにあるため、電車がとおる度にガタンゴトンと音がして、家具か壁かどちらか不明だがそれと合わせて揺れて音がしてこんなに静かに眠れないホテルもあるのだと驚いた。※隣の人のくしゃみやトイレのドアの開け閉めなども聞こえます。 あとパウチされてる紙がベッドや机の上に置かれていて、それが不潔でどかすのが毎回面倒。たった一つ良かった点は大宮駅まで送迎があり、その方が親切だったこと。
