I seldom give full stars of my reviews, here you are !!! This is one of the best hotel i ever stayed in Bangkok with this range of pricing. Although a bit far from Bangkok city, in fact not really far off because it near Chatuchak market. Location of this hotel is in a small road call Soi 1 off from the main road but no worry !!! The hotel provide free shuttle service from 8am to 7pm that brings you to the nearest street foods, convenient stores, BTS & MRT station, Union mall and Lotus, sound interesting right? yes, it is absolutely free !!! Nice warm welcome and greetings from the front desk lady when checking-in, my thought is she should be the boss who are working as front desk, otherwise, it will be a staff that treat this Hotel as her own business or so. Early check-in was granted and well, thank you very much !!! Level 2 have free flow of snacks, hot chocolate, coffee & tea. you can actually sit there for a few bites & drinks while planning where to go for the journey on your days at morning time. Hotel is with modern & classy design which i personally like it so much, the room is big enough & cleaned, it has a kitchen sink down there & large fridge, bed is comfy, two free 1.5L big bottles of water are provided daily, toilet is cleaned as well. The only con is that the air-con is freaking cold !!! Haha ... Oh, they also have a balcony that you can have some breeze air and hanging your wet clothes but not for smoking 🥰, smoker like me have to go down and smoke at the smoking area that hotel provided just outside of the carpark, well, this is another con also, Haha... Amazing service!!!”
We had the best experience at Apartelle. The stuff helped us so so much. We had problems with our mobile data and they called the service hotline of our provider. They took over an hour to help us fix the issues. We were allowed to late checkout without up-pay AND we then forgot a bag in the lobby while checking out. They got a driver to bring it to us to the airport and called several times to ask if it has already arrived and if we would catch our flight. AMAZING AMAZING STAFF. THANKS AGAIN for everything. Super clean rooms, we felt absolutely comfortable and liked the interior and design. We loved the community area, with free hot beverages and small treats. The location was also perfect for us. Walking distance to CentralPlaza Ladprao with BTS and MRT station, Lotus Market and a 7/11 close by. You can also take a bus. We will absolutely be back. Amazing price-value ratio.

The hotel is very comfortable and the public room is very useful. Further more, rooms are all clean and staffs are very friends! There is also the parking and private van so you don't need to worry about the transportation. Also it is near shopping mall such as Central Ladpao, Union mall and Tessco Lotus (you can even walk there!).

Excellent Choice”
Excellent choice. I would highly recommend. The rooms are very clean and are roomy enough to have sitting space, a kitchenette and a small work area. The staff were always very friendly. I appreciated the available shuttle to the BTS, MRT and local malls. Only negative was some daytime construction next door, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Stayed for 10 nights. Good location. Close to BTS station and the malls nearby. Staff very helpful and kind they even let us fed the koi fish. And they have free transfer to popular stops as well.

Love this hotel. Excellent location to bus and train stations. Close to two malls, Tesco, Big C, great street food and restaurants. Wonderful friendly staff, shuttle bus and a bright airy common room with all day coffee and snacks. Very comfortable beds is a bonus. Quiet safe area, I will be returning thankyou.

Very nice little place close to Chatuchak Market. Room is cosy, lots of light, reasonable soft bed, wel decorated, nice bathroom with a strong and warm shower. A shuttle will take you to the nearest BTS and Metro station or the Tesco nearby whenever you want and they will also pick you up when you return. But the best thing of this place is definitely the staff at reception and the drivers. Very professional and so so so kind. They will be so helpful in making your stay as comfortable as possible. I will definitely come back.

The rooms look all new and sparkling. The bed is super comfortable, everything is clean, there is even an ironing board and an iron in the closet. Big size fridge, mini "kitchen" consists of a counter top with sink, and electric tea-kettle. Nice little balcony. The staff is very helpful and polite. They also have a free shuttle to the metro station, but it is an easy 10-15 minutes walk to the closest station with lots of shops and places to eat and little market on the way. At the metro station there is a big shopping mall too (Union mall). Lovely place to stay.
