Muy tranquilo, sin ruido.
El ingreso al establecimiento estaba demasiado abandonado, y con mucho olor a humedad, tampoco hay recepción de huéspedes en ningún momento del día. Nadie te pregunta si necesitas algo. LO PEOR DE TODO ES LA LIMPIEZA, de los 5 días que estuve jamas pasaron a limpiar el baño, ni elementos para higiene,cambiar toallas, sábanas, etc. Unos mugrientos, pagué por una limpieza que jamás estuvo. La pileta bastante sucia, el agua sin mantenimiento.

La buena ubicación punto estratégico para ir a todos lados y sin lugar a dudas la amabilidad de Carlita excelente anfitriona junto a Marcos Antonio y Rosane que hicieron nuestra estadía acogedora y acompañados en todo momento, vuelvo sin dudarlo.
Quizás sería bueno un turno de recepción nocturna.

Tal vez relación precio-lugar, y algunos detalles en cuanto al equipamiento de la cocina del lugar.

La ubicación, cerca de Tartaruga. Fuimos caminando a todas las playas, si les gusta caminar se puede. Nosotros lo hicimos con chicos de 10 y 12 años. Nunca usamos los buses, que hay muchos y permanentes. Los super cercanos sin muy caros, conviene ir a Lojas Americanas que queda yendo al centro. En frente hay una farmacia, una panadería y rotisería y una frutería.
Cuando llegamos de noche no había ni una botella con agua para recibirnos. Éramos cuarto y dijo había día tazas. Sino habías un poco de detergente para lavar platos, y una isla con un &quot;cepillo&quot; para barrer todo el piso. En la heladera no había ni una cubetera con hielo. Estamos acostumbrados a otro tipo de recibimiento, dicte todo habiendo pagado demasiado con tres meses de antelación. La pileta es refrescante pero le ponen productos que te dejan el pelo como de goma. Hay cables eléctricos pasando por los techos, y en el balcón, es peligroso por descargas eléctricas. No volvería a esta lugar.
